Wang Xiang thinks he cannot repay the grace to Ma Ying. Ma Ying mentions Wang Xiang pretended to frame Ma family, but he knows that he worried that King would punish him. But Ma Ying’s wish is to make Ma Zhaixing not know her history all her life. He says that he has to kill him, and pulls out his sword. Wang Xiang laughs and thinks he doesn’t have any regret because he took the revenge.
Wolf Boy runs to the girl who shakes the bell. But he is caught by the bodyguards. The girl leaves after she returned the bell to Ma Jun. He takes a stick to hit Wolf Boy, and tells him that Xing Er will never come back because she gave him the bell. He drops the bell to the ground. Wolf Boy tries to pick it up. But Ma Jun steps on his head.
Ma Jun asks Wolf Boy if it’s painful, and thinks he should blame himself for believing in Ma Zhaixing. He asks him if she comes to save him, and kicks him away. The wolves arrive when Ma Jun is going to kill Wolf Boy. But Ma Jun kills the young wolf. Wolf Boy is out of mind and kills the bodyguards who catch him.
Ma Jun gets the archer to shoot Wolf Boy. Mother Wolf gets hit for protecting Wolf Boy. She passes away in front of him. He glares at Ma Jun and chases him to the cliff. But he is shot and falls off the cliff. Ma Jun praises the archers and tells them to shoot Wolf Boy. Ma Zhaixing shows up and tells them not to shoot. She says that King found out the murderer isn’t Wolf Boy. But Ma Jun breaks her leg. She tears up and calls Wolf Boy. She passes out.
Ma Ying slaps Ma Jun and scolds him for breaking his sister’s leg. Madam Ma explains that her son just protected himself. Ma Ying tells Ma Jun to look for Wolf Boy and save him. But King rejects it and wants to look for Wolf Boy himself. He thinks it’s his fate if he disappears. He asks Ma Ying to hang Wang Xiang’s head on the city gate.
Ma Ying goes to see Ma Zhaixing and asks her if she is okay. She asks about Wolf Boy. He tells her that he didn’t find him, and King ordered not to step in the case. She gets up and thinks Wolf Boy will die if nobody goes to save him because he fell into the valley. He stops her and reminds her that the wound on her leg isn’t cured.
Ma Zhaixing thinks they cannot ignore Wolf Boy because they hurt him and the wolves. She wants to beg King to allow them to look for Wolf Boy. Ma Ying stops her and says that he knows that she wants to protect Wolf Boy. But he needs to protect her and Ma family. She tears up and puts her head on his shoulder when she takes the bell.
Wolf Boy wakes up and tries to get up. King clutches his neck and tells him that he likes the expression in his eyes, and thinks it’s untamed. He tells him that his life belongs to him from now on. He gives him the badge, and tells him that he can give everything to him in the world.
King tells the servant not to let everyone know he found Wolf Boy. He adds that he needs talented persons. He wants Wolf Boy to become the real wolf after he passes the Hell King Trial. Ma Zhaixing gets the butterfly to send message to Wolf Boy that she was fault. She wishes him to come back soon.
8 Years Later
Xiao Feng gets the paper to Ma Zhaixing, and tells her that her fiance asks her to pick up a date for their wedding. But Ma Zhaixing says that she wants to cancel the marriage. Xiao Feng worries that Ma Ying cannot explain it to Shen family. She thinks nobody wants to marry her. Ma Zhaixing tells Xiao Feng that she made the drama with Shen family.
Ma Ying visits Mr. Zhang and wants to see King. He intends to beg King to forgive Xiao Gui’s families. But Mr. Zhang reveals King passed away, and tells Ma Ying not to disturb King. He promises to report it to him after the doctor sees King.
The general hangs Xiao Gui on the city wall, and tells the people to surrender. Xiao Gui tells the followers not to surrender because he knows he will die no matter what he does. The wolves climb over the city and howl. Bo King rides the hose to arrive, and takes over the blade from the butcher. He casts the blade to Xiao Gui. The blade cuts off the chain. Xiao Gui falls to the ground. He passes away.
Mr. Zhang tells the generals to walk into the palace, and reveals Emperor woke up. Ma Ying and the generals ask Emperor to think about it. Bo King shows up with a box. Emperor introduces Bo King to the generals. Bo King tells Emperor that he killed Xiao Gui. Emperor laughs and tells the generals that he will be nice to them if they’re loyal.
Ma Ying tells Ma Fengcheng that they decided to hand over the military power. He thinks they can only protect Ma family by doing so. Ma Fengcheng tells Ma Ying that the soldiers cannot accept it if he hands over the military power. But Ma Ying tells Ma Fengcheng that it’s his order.
Bo King greets Emperor. Emperor laughs and thinks Bo King did a great job. He tells him that he trusts him most in all of the princes. But he worries about his weakness.
