This is the recap for The Wolf Chinese Drama: Episode 2. Xia Houyi takes his sword and intends to kill the wolf. Wolf Boy shows up and kills him. Ma Ying arrives at the room and finds out Xia Houyi is dead. He asks Wang Xiang about it. Wang Xiang tells Ma Ying that the General Xia was killed by wolf beast, and regrets for going to Wolf Mountain to catch young wolf.

Wang Xiang thinks it made the wolf monster go downhill to kill Xia Houyi. But Ma Ying points out that the murderer is just a young boy like savage. But Ma Jun thinks he’s wolf demon, and reveals there’re hunters seeing him. Ma Ying orders to look into it because King is going to arrive at Kui State. He tells Ma Fengcheng to be careful of the wolf beast.
Ma Zhaixing encounters Ma Fengcheng and asks him what happened. He tells her that he is going to arrest the wolf demon because he killed General Xia. She is shocked and runs away. Wang Xiang tells Ma Ying that the wolf beast killed General Xia through taking off his neck. Ma Jun thinks the wolf demon should be killed.
Ma Zhaixing talks back that the person isn’t wolf beast. She explains that the guy is like wolf because he was raised by wolf clan. Ma Ying asks Ma Zhaixing if she knows the person. She reveals he is the friend she was going to introduce to him. She gets on knees and confesses that she planned the tale of wolf demon. She adds that she just wanted to protect wolves.
Ma Ying is furious and tells Ma Zhaixing that he cannot forgive Wolf Boy because he killed General Xia. Ma Zhaixing begs Ma Ying not to take army to catch Wolf Boy, and thinks he will be scared. She offers to let her ask Wolf Boy about it. Ma Jun stops Ma Zhaixing and thinks it’s the retribution she played him. He adds that everybody saw the wolf beast killing General Xia.
Ma Ying thinks what Ma Jun said is right. He asks Ma Zhaixing if she can promise that Wolf Boy wouldn’t kill people for protect the young wolf. She wipes off the tears herself, and thinks Wolf Boy wouldn’t kill people without a reason even if he has brutish nature. Ma Ying reminds Ma Zhaixing what she did will bring disaster to Ma family. He blames her for her biased standpoint.
Ma Ying tells Ma Zhaixing that he won’t get her involved it, and swears to catch the wolf beast. He says that he will let him repay if he killed General Xia. Ma Ying gets Wang Xiang to lock Ma Zhaixing up. She asks Wang Xiang to release her. But he rejects it and walks away. She cries and thinks nobody believes that the boy who raised by wolf is better than anyone.
Ma Fengcheng chases Wolf Boy. Wolf Boy has to let the young wolf flee alone. He steps on the trap and is hung on the tree. The wolves arrive. The bodyguards fear the wolf beasts. But Ma Fengcheng comforts them that they’re just normal wolves. Wolf Boy gets the wolves to leave. Ma Fengcheng asks the archers to shoot Wolf Boy.
Ma Zhaixing wakes up from the nightmare. She asks Xiao Feng if Ma family caught Wolf Boy. Xiao Feng denies and reveals King will come. She adds that King asks Ma Ying to catch Wolf Boy. Ma Zhaixing thinks she hurt Wolf Boy, and regrets for making up the tale of wolf monster. Xiao Feng tells the princess not to blame herself, and thinks she didn’t expect that the wolf beast would kill people.
Ma Zhaixing thinks Wolf Boy had a reason to kill General Xia. She tells Xiao Feng that she promised to protect Wolf Boy when she gave him the wolf necklace. Xiao Feng thinks Ma Zhaixing can only protect him through proving his innocence. Ma Zhaixing worries that he will be killed before she finds the truth. She asks Xiao Feng if she can help her. Xiao Feng mentions Ma Zhaixing treated her as sister, and claims that she won’t fear even if she will get punishment. Ma Zhaixing holds Xiao Feng’s face and praises her. She thinks she must let Wolf Boy leave Wolf Mountain.
Xiao Feng thinks Wolf Boy has left because there’re many bodyguards hunting him. Ma Zhaixing worries that he doesn’t leave because he doesn’t find her. He thinks he has to force him to leave.
Ma Fengcheng catches Wolf Boy and returns to the city. But Wolf Boy flees when he hears that Ma Zhaixing is summoning him. He returns to Wolf Mountain to see her. She tells him to wait for her when she notes that he’s injured. She walks to him and asks him where he got the injury. She thinks he made mistakes again.
Ma Zhaixing tells Wolf Boy that everyone thinks he is a murderer, and thinks he shouldn’t stay in Kui State. He reminds her that she promised to believe him. But she tells him that his life is very important. She drives him away and tells him not to stay for her. She tells him that he isn’t related to her from now on.
Ma Zhaixing picks up the stone and tells Wolf Boy that she regrets for being a friend of him. She asks him if he knows that he is a monster. She says that she won’t to be a friend of the beast. She adds that people will mistake her as his partner if they know it. She tells him that he will get her involved if he doesn’t leave. She yells at him and tells him to get lost.
Wolf Boy tells Ma Zhaixing that he’s not a monster but a human being. He gives the wolf necklace to her, and claims that he doesn’t want to leave because she believes him. But she throws the wolf necklace into the lake.
