This is the Recap & Ending for A Dream of Splendor Chinese Drama: Episode 5. Wan Qi goes to prepare some food. But he lets the killers break into the room after Gu Qianfan passed out. Wan Qi tears up and slaps himself. Zhou She hands over the food to Zhao Paner. He tells her that he dislikes because she cheated on him.

Zhou She tells Zhao Paner that he feels regret for not staying with her. He goes to the restroom. But he runs into the loan shark. The loan shark beats Zhou She after he found out that he has money to spend on women. Zhao Paner stops the loan shark. She gives the money Zhou She owed to him.
Wan Qi returns to the room. He finds out that the killers are dead. He turns around and sees Gu Qianfan who holds a sword. Wan Qi tells Gu Qianfan that his families will get killed if he helps him flee. He fights with him. He gets defeated.

Wan Qi asks Gu Qianfan to go to see Lei Jing with him. Gu Qianfan ignores Wan Qi. He tries to walk away. But Wan Qi attacks Gu Qianfan from his back. Gu Qianfan has to kill Wan Qi. Zhou She flirts with Zhao Paner. He thinks she’s a goddess.
Zhao Paner slaps Zhou She. She mentions he bragged about his wealth. He explains that he’s poor because Song Yinzhang asked him for money. Zhao Paner kicks Zhou She. She tells him to go to see Song Yinzhang. He rejects it and gets on knees to her. He hugs her leg, asking her to beat him.
Zhao Paner tells Zhou She to get lost if he doesn’t tell her the truth. He reveals he spent all of the money on the goods. He tells her that he will be rich once his ship comes back. He asks her for the money. He promises to give himself to her.
Zhao Paner rejects it. She pushes Zhou She over. She thinks he wants to get her when he owns Song Yinzhang. She tells Sun Sanniang to drive Zhou She out of her room. Zhao Paner tells Zhou She to divorce Song Yinzhang if he wants to get the money from her.
Zhao Paner cries. Sun Sanniang tells Zhao Paner that the men cannot be trusted. Zhou She agrees to divorce Song Yinzhang. But he asks Zhao Paner to give him some time. She opens the box and shows the money to him. She tells him that she will leave if he tricks her.
Zhou She promises to divorce Song Yinzhang. He leaves Zhao Paner’s room. Sun Sanniang sets off the fireworks. The maid sees the fireworks. She tells Song Yinzhang to cry. Song Yinzhang worries that Zhou She won’t believe it. The maid grabs Song Yinzhang’s hands to comfort her. She mentions what Zhao Paner said that Song Yinzhang will be successful if she has the courage that she ran away from home with Zhou She.
A Dream of Splendor Chinese Drama: Episode 5 Ending
Song Yinzhang tries to show the divorce agreement to the lord. But Zhou She takes the divorce agreement away. He eats it up. He believes that Zhao Paner cannot sue him.
