In the 4th episode of A Poem A Day Korean Drama, Bo Young is scared that she bothers Jae Wook after she confessed her love, and tries to show her positive side to him, but she messes it.

Bo Young avoids Jae Wook after she saw him with Yoon Joo at the parking lot. Min Ho runs into her and asks her why she avoided Jae Wook, she tells him that she made a mistake. Bo Young is scared after returning office, because Jae Wook left a note and asks her to talk with him on the roof and claims he wants to give her some advise about her mistake last night.
She bows down and feels sorry when a voice asks, “May I give you some advise”. But she finds out it’s just Min Ho’s prank. Dae Bang calls Joo Yong Doctor Han and thinks they should keep distance when Joo Yong wants to apologize. Joo Yong reveals he is going to accepts he is an outcast, forever single and has no friend. But Dae Bang isn’t intention to accept it.

Shi Won scolds Min Ho that he needs a good score if he wants to become an intern at hospital after he knew he forgot to sanitize the fascia relaxation tool. Nam Woo reveals he will get a job at his father’s hospital. Shi Won is stunned and is jealous of Min Ho, thinking Bo Young is a ambitious woman to approach him.
Meanwhile Nam Woo feels dizzy because of cheap perfume and reveals his family was richer than Min Ho’s family, and he feels dizzy when he smells cheap rose perfume. Shi Won recalls Yoon Joo likes rose perfumes, but Nam Woo doubts she would use it and feels dizzy after smelling her body. Yoon Joo asks if he wants her to hit him until being dizzy and reveals he has to get on her good side for score.

Jae Wook tells Shi Won that Ye Line doesn’t exist when he thinks Jae Wook is going to take Bo Young to the village. Bo Young tells Jae Wook that she thinks she is when others called her Ye Line and promises she will only show her good side to him. Min Ho thinks she is disgusting when she drinks and shows her true side.
Dae Bang is told that Doctor Yoon cannot volunteer with him as his father got sick, hence Dae Bang has to take someone else. But he doesn’t want to take Joo Yong and asks it at group chat. It’s seems that nobody is going to join him, he has to take Joo Yong after he asked.
Nam Woo finds out ceiling is leaking and decides to look for job after knowing the right above his room is a laundry room. Yoon Joo praises Bo Young after knowing she made sandwiches for group. Bo Young hopes Jae Wook to see her positive side.
Nam Woo asks Min Ho not to tell others he got sick, as he needs good score to be a intern. Yoon Joo tells others that Bo Young prepared breakfast for them when they feel hungry. But he sandwiches turns into crust after she opened her food box.
Bo Young asks Jae Wook to take her coffee, but he already had it. Meanwhile, he gets a message from someone who claims she want to start over with him. Dae Bang calls Shi Won friend in front of Joo Yong, but Shi Won didn’t recognize him and calls his name wrong, and leaves when Bae Bang tells him that he cried on his chest at company diner last year.
Min Ho makes Bo Young tripe on Jae Wook’s kneels, she stares at Jae Wook until he asks her when she will get up. She warns Min Ho that she will kill him if he fools around with her again. Yoon Joo thinks Nam Woo is hard to work at their hospital when he cannot move the box. Shi Won agrees, but he hurts his back while carrying the box. Chief looks at Shi Won with sneer, and asks Bo Young to do the house visits instead of Shi Won.
A patient has dementia recognizing Dae Bang as his little brother Eun Shik, and hits him after Dae Bang accepted it. Grandma claims she needs to clean chicken coop during treated, Bo Young tells her that she will do it for her, but Min Ho releases the chicken from coop. She has to catch the fled chicken in person and cries after returning with the chicken. Bo Young tells Min Ho that she wants to show her positive side to Jae Wook since he is only one who accepts her effort since she worked hard at the hospital over 2 years.
Chief asks Nam Woo to get a shot from nurse and goes back Seoul after Shi Won finds out she is 39 degrees and sweating. Bo Young persuades the grandma to get physical therapy after knowing she doesn’t want to undergo surgery. Doctor Im scolds Bo Young and asks why she told the grandma to give up surgery since she isn’t a doctor. Jae Wook stands in front of her and asks him to talk to him instead.
Dae Bang admits he is a outcast without any friend, but Joo Yong tells him he has one, it’s him, and asks him to call him Joo Yong again. Dae Bang hugs him from his back and reveals he had a woman before, her pearl earrings looked great on her dark skin. Just then Yoon Joo wears her earrings, Shi Eun praises her dark skin.
Chief tells Bo Young to be careful what she says and reveals Jae Wook is talking to Doctor Im. Shi Won thinks she bothers Jae Wook and reveals he doesn’t see his smile. Bo Young tells Jae Wook that she messed it although she tried to show her good side to him. He reveals he saw her good side and reveals he looks after her although there isn’t Ye Line in the world, and smiles after telling her that he enjoyed the poetry she sent to him.
