In the car, Ki-Jun sleeps with In-A in Filing for Love episode 2. She winks at him. He wakes up from the sweet dream. He finds out that he’s in the bed at home. He’s startled. He wonders what kind of dream it was. He checks his cell phone. He sees the messages his colleague sent to him. He asks him if he rested well. He reminds him that he should be on time for work. He figures it out that he had the nightmare because he needed to go to work.

Ki-Jun arrives at the company. The girl gives him the coffee. But she asks him if he’s fine. She mentions he passed out when there was a commotion outside. The photos spread. He was called Passing Out Man. She heard that the affair was real. He reminds her that she received a lot of orders. She goes to take care of the customers.
The guy mocks Ki-Jun. He heard that he was in charge of extramarital affair. He mistook he was a big role. Ki-Jun tells the guy that it’s PM cases. He thinks he knows nothing. A-Jeong runs into Ki-Jun. She says that she heard the case. She asks him if he’s fine. She feels relieved after knowing he’s fine. She walks away.
Ki-Jun arrives at the office. In-A greets him. She tells him that she was happy to pass out after she saw him. He begs her not to make fun of him with the case. She asks him why she cannot do that. She wonders if she doesn’t have the right. She mentions he wasn’t hurt because she caught him with her arms when he fell. She saved him. She sprained her wrist so that she went for acupuncture. He feels grateful. But she says that it’s nothing.
He plans to write a report, explaining what they’re going to do to Myung-Soo. But she says that she has taken care of it. She closed the case.
In the meeting room, Myung-Soo gives a presentation. He earns a round of applause. Outside the meeting room, Mi-Young carries a box. She looks at the man with anger. She was demoted.
Ki-Jun doesn’t understand why Myung-Soo stays at the company. He can even continue his project. Ki-Jun thinks the man caused even greater harm than Mi-Young. But In-A points out that Myung-Soo did a great job at work. He’s in charge of the brand that that the food team invested in. Mi-Young is just one of the roles in his project. Her performance and reputation isn’t match for him. From the company’s perspective, she caused even greater harm than Myung-Soo.
Ki-Jun wants to talk ethics with In-A. But she hits her desk with her fist. She asks him if he’s a cop or judge. She thinks the company won’t praise good and punish evil. The company only cares for the profits and losses that employees caused. Because it’s their ethics. She wonders if he expects a real relief ending for a couple having an affair. She thinks he’s even more naive than he looks. He asks her why she let him be in charge of it. He thinks he doesn’t fit the task. Because he’s naive. But she thinks he’s a great fit. She persuades him not to be sad. She reveals Myung-Soo’s salary was deducted. The case ruined his reputation completely. It will be considered in the next KPI. He will face laws if he’s granted a divorce.
In-A offers to forget the closed case. She asks Ki-Jun to do his next task well. She suggests that he should go to check the employee website. The comments were going wild.
Ki-Jun reads the comment. The guy wishes someone manages Section F at the underground parking lot. Sung-Tae reveals the place is the meeting place of the couples at the company. The place is very dark. There’s no camera there. Nobody would park his car there. It’s perfect. Hae-Young can tell that Sung-Tae knows a lot. He talks back that he got it from hearsay. Gwang-Il offers to verify the facts first. They cannot look into it with the rumor.
Ki-Jun wonders who he should verify the facts with. Hyun-Kyu reports to Ki-Jun that their team built a Informant Network. They go to the parking lot. The parking lot employee doesn’t understand why those guys did that. He walks away. Hyun-Kyu tells Ki-Jun that their Informant Network confirmed that the rumor was true.
Outside Jae-Yeol’s office, the girl asks A-Jeong what are her plans for her birthday. She guesses her boyfriend arranged a date. Jae-Yeol walks out of his office. He ignores A-Jeong.
In the cafeteria, Hyun-Woo runs into So-Young. So-Young eats with the girls. One of the girls recognizes So-Young’s husband Hyun-Woo. She asks So-Young why she didn’t greet the guy. She figures it out that the two had a fight. So-Young laughs. She denies it. She claims that she and the man got along well. The girl is told that she will know it after she gets married.
Hyun-Woo’s colleague asks Hyun-Woo if he and So-Young are shy after they got married. Hyun-Woo says that he and his wife keep their personal and professional lives separate. It promotes the colleague to wonder if Hyun-Woo slept with So-Young. Hyun-Woo says that he doesn’t do it with his family. But the colleague knows Hyun-Woo was very enthusiastic. He wonders why his enthusiasm has faded. Hyun-Woo thinks he will be burned to death if he keeps up the enthusiasm.
Hyun-Woo works in the office. So-Young sends a message to him. She tells him that he’s going to meet the old friend at the school. So she will come home late. Ms. Seon is bumped by someone. She sits on Hyun-Woo’s thigh. She’s startled to get off him. She apologizes to him. She thinks she was very stupid. But he tells her that it was inevitable. The team leader calls her. So she walks away. Hyun-Woo takes a look at the girl. He smiles.
At the restaurant, So-Young drinks with her friends. Jun-Seo walks into the restaurant. She notices him when the guy calls him. He’s more handsome than before. The girl apologizes to So-Young for forgetting to tell her that Jun-Seo would come. So-Young says that it’s fine. Because she broke up with Jun-Seo for a long time. Jun-Seo greets So-Young. He thinks she isn’t changed. She mistakes that she’s aged. But he says that she’s beautiful like before.
Ki-Jun drinks when he watches the show “Boys Planet” at home. He tries to vote for the boy. But A-Jeong visits. She greets him. She brings up that they haven’t had a drink together for a long time. She walks into the house with a bottle of wine. He mistakes she wants to get back together with him. She asks him if he wants to do that. He complains it to her that she does as she pleases. She asked him out. But she suddenly went missing. She broke into his house two years later.
She asks him if he’s sad after he was dumped by her. She asks him if he cried for her. She knows he didn’t do that. He thought he wouldn’t keep her since she wanted to leave. She can make a bet that he didn’t shed any tears. She hands over the wine to him. She asks him to drink it so that they will write it off. He tastes the wine. He thinks it’s not bad. She asks him to let her live in his house for a while. The whiskey is the rent. It’s worth three million won. He asks her to get out of his house. He claims that it’s not a host family. She tells him that she has nowhere else to go. She needs to leave the original location. But she hasn’t found a new house. She thinks he knows her family cannot help her.
He understands her situation. But she shouldn’t break into a man’s studio apartment. He tries to book a hotel for her. He asks her how long she’s going to stay. But she doesn’t know it. She asks him if he has ten million won. She learns that he cannot help her. She decides to go to stay in a sauna or live on the streets. She will leave with a weirdo if he picks up her. She has no choice.
She tries to leave with her suitcase. But he stops her. He agrees to let her live in his house. But she needs to leave soon. She hands over the whiskey to him. She volunteers to live in the small room. He thanks her. But he realizes that it’s naturally.
Hyun-Woo and So-Young lie in the bed at home. She asks him to go to check the shower head. It leaked again. He says that he will do it. But she knows he just says it. He asks her if she saw the message board about Section F at the company. She did it. She thinks some people were full of energy. She complains it to him that the thing those guys did at the company they don’t do in the bed. She offers to do it. But he’s tired. She claims that she wasn’t interested in it as well. She asks him to turn off the light.
At Ki-Jun’s house, A-Jeong walks out of the bathroom after she took a shower. She notices that Ki-Jun lost weight. She guesses he did it because of In-A. He grabs the beer from her. He asks her not to touch his beer. She wonders if he hates the girl because the girl asked him to take care of extramarital affair. He claims that it’s PM cases. He believes that In-A will know how good he is after she sees his file. She will reappoint him. He thinks she won’t waste a talented person like him on the boring case. But A-Jeong tells Ki-Jun that he’s perfect for the job. He remembers In-A said the same words. He asks A-Jeong why him? She tells him that it’s his area of expertise about couples in love. He thinks In-A wouldn’t know it because they just met. He remembers the long hair girl who left. He wonders if In-A saw him. So the reason she chose him because of it.
The next day, Ki-Jun watches In-A outside the lounge. He thinks the person wasn’t her. She turns around suddenly. He gets into the lounge. She asks him why he stared at her. She wonders if there’s a ghost pestering her. He says that he came to make coffee. She figures it out that he wants to say something to her. She tells him that he can visit her anytime if he has reservations. He realizes that he should ask her about it to clear up any doubts. But he cannot ask her if she saw him kissing. He asks her how to handle the parking lot case. They confirmed that it was a problem through informants. He offers to put up a sign to disallow affair. But she goes against it. She thinks they must expose those guys. He says that he cannot go set up an ambush to wait for it. She thinks they don’t have to do it. Because they’re not police. She mentions there was an employee controlling drone to go to film. She blames the employee. Because they’re not drone club.
At the parking lot, Ki-Jun is with Hyun-Kyu in the car. Hyun-Kyu tells Ki-Jun that it’s the only company car that was left. Ki-Jun feels regret that he didn’t drive his car. Hyun-Kyu is proud of working in the team. Ki-Jun asks Hyun-Kyu what In-A wore when she came to the company. But Hyun-Kyu doesn’t quite remember. Ki-Jun gets angry. He wants to beat his partner. He goes to buy coffee.
Ki-Jun returns to the company with the coffee. He goes to the stairwell. He doesn’t care even if In-A saw it. He didn’t commit a crime. He tries to leave the stairwell. But In-A breaks into the stairwell. She wonders why he was startled. He explains it to her that he did it because she walked into the stairwell suddenly. She asks him if she should have knocked at the door before she came in. She makes him lean against the wall when she lifts her leg. She asks him if he was doing such a thing. She pulls down his suit. She walks away. He learns that she saw it all. He chases her out of the stairwell. She turns around. She pretends to be shocked.
In the evening, Ki-Jun runs into A-Jeong. He mentions she asked him to ignore him at the company. She points out that they’re alone. She guesses he did it because of In-A again. She tells him that he’s on the verge of death. He asks her to bury him on a sunlit hillside. She reminds him that he has a lifeline. The lifeline is Han-Su. The guy is looking for a drinking buddy after the dinner with Vice President was cancelled. Ki-Jun calls Han-Su after A-Jeong left.
Ki-Jun drinks with Han-Su at the restaurant. Han-Su reveals he’s going to establish a new department. Ki-Jun can escape from the team. So-Young works in the office. She contacts Hyun-Woo. She mentions it’s raining outside. She asks him when he will be off duty. He says that he needs to work overtime. He asks her to buy an umbrella and go home. She gets a call from Jun-Seo.
So-Young drinks with Jun-Seo at a bar. She mentions they were young and reckless. He refuses to go to have dinner. Because he’s very happy as long as he’s with her. He offers to stay together until the rain stops. He puts his arm around her shoulders. He kisses her.
In the office, Hyun-Woo helps Ms. Seon upload the file. He guesses she must be tired. She denies it. She’s proud of it. Because she works overtime for the first time in her life. He offers to go to have a drink. She agrees. But So-Young calls him.
At the parking lot, Hyun-Woo gets in the car. He notices that So-Young got caught in the rain. She remembers she resisted when Jun-Seo kissed her. She tells Hyun-Woo that they should do it. But he wants to go home. Because he worries that she will catch a cold. She kisses him. He sleeps with her.
The next day, Ki-Jun is on the way to the company. He’s happy to dance in his car. He receives a message from Han-Su. Han-Su tells Ki-Jun that he will leave the Audit Team within a few days. Ki-Jun arrives at the company. He runs into Hyun-Woo and So-Young at the elevator. The two hold each other’s hands behind Ki-Jun.
Ki-Jun gets off the elevator. He runs into In-A. He tells her that her shirt is good looking. She asks him to work hard. He promises her that he won’t let her down. Because he’s going to leave. Gwang-Il asks Ki-Jun to continue with the parking lot case. But Ki-Jun needs a partner. He recommends In-A. He mentions what she said that every case was very important.
At the parking lot, Ki-Jun tries to tell In-A that he’s not such a person. But she notices the car’s moving not far from them. They catch the cheating man Han-Su.
Ki-Jun and In-A return to the office. She praises him. She thinks he’s the ace of the Audit Team. She reveals Han-Su will be fired. In the evening, Ki-Jun goes to attend the family gathering. His sisters get angry after knowing he was bullied at the company.
The next day, Jae-Yeol meets his father Mu-Tae. He claims that he didn’t intend to deal with Han-Su. His brother Sung-Yeol gives the natural gas project to Mu-Tae. He wants to get a position at the company. Jae-Yeol is furious to return to his office after his brother won his father’s heart. A-Jeong helps him tie his tie. But he claims that he can do it on his own.

In the Karaoke room, she sings a song. She tells him that he’s a fool. He admits it to her that he kissed. He asks her if she never kissed. She blocks his mouth with the microphone.
The next day, Ki-Jun wakes up in the morning at home. A-Jeong persuades him to resign. Because he has been targeted by In-A. He goes to the company. In-A brings up that he was going to join the department. But there’s no hope for him since Han-Su was fired. He writes a resignation letter. He walks to her. He tries to tell something to her. But Hae-Young tells him that he took her paper. He returns the paper to her. He goes back to his seat. He receives a new email. Someone reports to him that In-A involved inappropriate workplace relationships. In the room, a man strokes In-A’s face when she looks at him.
