Episode 13 shows that Woo-Yeo is sick after he had a fight with Lee Dam in episode 12. He cannot walk, and has to grab the window to stand. Lee Dam isn’t happy as well when she walks around the street. Woo-Yeo has nobody to tell. So he meets with Hye-Sun and tells her the truth.
Hye-Sun tells Woo-Yeo to stand at the point of Lee Dam to think about her. Because she’s not a fox. So he follows Lee Dam, and hugs her when she cries. He confesses his feelings to her, and thinks about something when he stays in his study.
Hye-Sun meets with Lee Dam in the restaurant. She tells her what happened to the bead. Lee Dam rushes out of the restaurant and goes to see Woo-Yeo. She grabs his hand to comfort him. He’s surprised when she smiles at him. The two hold hand each other.

My Roommate Is a Gumiho: Episode 12 ends with Soo-Kyeong taking the class with Lee Dam. Soo-Kyeong tells Lee Dam that Young-Joo is dating Woo-Yeo. She’s in jealousy. But Lee Dam doesn’t believe that Woo-Yeo would betray her. Jae-Jin shows up and reveals he spotted Woo-Yeo and Young-Joo getting together. Lee Dam worries about it so that she walks out of the classroom.
Young-Joo walks Woo-Yeo out of his office. She asks him for a date. But he doesn’t dare to stare at her and pushes her hand off because he saw Lee Dam. He gets Young-Joo to walk away with his fox eyes. Lee Dam is shocked. She walks to Woo-Yeo and asks him if it’s the method he mentioned.
Woo-Yeo tries to persuade Lee Dam and grab her hand. But she takes his hand off. She points out that he intended to suck people’s souls to protect her. He takes her to get into his office because he worries that people will hear their talk.
Woo-Yeo closes the door and lets Lee Dam be against the cabinet when he puts his hands on her shoulders. She’s in tears and asks him if he hurt people for her. He admits it and tells her that he doesn’t have other options. She yells at him and blames him for lying to her.
