Emperor says that he has written edict that Heaven Long Army transfers to Long State, and they will be led by Ming An. Bai Zhou tells Emperor to hire people in the Long State if he needs to use men. But Emperor claims that he needs the people who can be used when they go there. Because the war is going to begin.
Lu Zhen tells Du Heng the show is better than the shooting. Bai Zhou blames Emperor for not talking with them before writing the edict, and he wants to reject the edict.
Lv Han tells his men to follow him if they don’t want to part with family and die in the field without getting buried. Emperor learns that the men he cannot get, but Bai Zhou says that he just wants to delay it until they go back to the court. Bai Zhou wants to ask if Lv Han agrees to it or not. Emperor offers to call Lv Han back.
Shi Yu asks Wen Xi if Ming An went to moving palace. She says yes. He thinks Lu Ying is stubborn and he didn’t know the thing between her and Crown Prince if Ming An didn’t come back.
Shi Yu tells Wen Xi that Emperor can be moved, and he promises to persuade Lu Ying. But she says that she will leave with Ming An. Because she thinks the her family is more important.
Shi Yu asks Wen Xi to do a task for him before she leaves. He asks her to give the stuff to the owner in person, and thinks the owner will regret all his life if he loses it.
The servant informs Shi Yu that someone visits, and Shi Yu asks Wen Xi to wait for a while.
Crown Prince and Qi Prince go to shoot, and Crown Prince notes that Lv Han wears the soft armor and rides to Emperor. So he chases Lv Han and draws the bow. Emperor takes the bow, and the bodyguards rush out.
Palace General warns Crown Prince to give up his arrow and get off the horse. He says that taking weapon in front of Emperor is rebelling. Crown Prince and Emperor shoot at each other. Emperor shoots the horse Crown Prince rides. Crown Prince shoots Lv Han. Qi Prince shoots the gourd, and the pigeon flies out.
Crown Prince remembers Wen Xi asked him if he has the person he wants to protect when he doesn’t have power. He says that he has, and the person isn’t one. Feng En and Wang Weng call Crown Prince.
Crown Prince is on the ground, and he asks to stop Lv Han because he takes the armor and wants to hurt Emperor. Palace General asks the bodyguards to arrest Lv Han, and they find out that Lv Han wears the armor.
Lv Han’s men get arrested as well, and Qi Prince’s smile is frozen. Qi Prince asks them what they’re doing, and the bodyguards find out the men wearing armor like Lv Han. Qi Prince learns that it’s rebelling. Feng En and Wang Weng help Crown Prince get up.
Zhao Prince brings the handwriting to Shi Yu, and asks him to be his teacher. But Shi Yu rejects it as he worries to delay Zhao Prince’s future. Zhao Prince says that he will study hard, and claims that he will visit him.
Shi Yu wonders why Zhao Prince didn’t go to the shooting party, and Zhao Prince reveals Emperor thought Crown Prince and Qi Prince are enough.
General Palace reports to Emperor that the arrow men took armor. Bai Zhou asks Lv Han to confess who got him to do that. He remembers that he told his man that nothing is better than Lv Han’s head.
