At the parking lot, Soon-Wook meets Store GM in The Ordinary Jackpot episode 10. Store GM says he didn’t know Hongsung was going to join forces with Mantova. Soon-Wook thinks it’s not the thing that Store GM should brag. They worked with Hongsung. They just go back to the beginning. Nothing will be changed.

In-Mok takes Eun-Tae and his people to the restaurant to meet Soon-Wook and his team. Soon-Wook brings up that they haven’t been face to face like that. Mr. Hong visited his store, and he threatened to remove the brands.

In the next room, the Stenographers are recording the meeting content. They will report it to the chairman. The meeting is very important.

Store GM says he was there. The one who came back to negotiate was Kyung-Chul. Store GM retrained the employees after the case. He told them not to provoke Hongsung. Otherwise they won’t have a good ending. Store GM blames CGM for forcing them to fight. But Kyung-Chul claims that they did nothing.

Eun-Tae says they didn’t want to fight Belmore. But Belmore asked for money, and it forced all the company to compete with each other. Soon-Wook recognizes Eun-Tae. Hyun-Sook reveals Eun-Tae was the one who introduced Mantova to Korea. Soon-Wook says it’s business. He wishes Hyun-Sook can understand that they have no choice in the matter at that time. If several companies want to move in the same space. Competition is inevitable.

Hyun-Sook says she understands it. Eun-Tae said so isn’t because he didn’t understand. He tells Store GM that they can only accept 14 percent commission rate after they betrayed them.

Jun-Ho brings coffee to Paradis Mall Staff. She doesn’t understand why he closed the store and opened it then. Hongsung and Paradis can play power game. He tells him that their company will go out of business. He gets on his knees to him. He wants to move boxes for him.

Jun-Ho tells Team Leader Kang that he won’t let him do the humble things. He saw the renovation in the store was old. He wants to talk about it. He helps him up.

In-Mok and his people return to Hongsung. He asks Hyun-Sook to come to his office. Eun-Tae lets Kyung-Chul get in the company first. He goes to park the car.

Eun-Tae joins Seon-Hyuk on the roof. He asks him how did he reach there? Seon-Hyuk shows his employee card. He says he can still use his card. He has wanted to come to the place. Eun-Tae points out that Seon-Hyuk’s office is better. Seon-Hyuk thinks the United States company is very good. Even if he messed it up, they still gave him a chance.

Seon-Hyuk figures Eun-Tae closed the deal with Mantova. Eun-Tae says it’s the effort of his team. Seon-Hyuk thinks Eun-Tae shouldn’t have said something like that. He should have said it was his idea. Hongsung has a better grasp of the market. Seon-Hyuk notices that they share the profit with the loyal partners. They send a message to the market. Eun-Tae thinks he was lucky to own the colleagues. So he enjoys the feeling. Seon-Hyuk asks Eun-Tae is he a colleague like that to him? He doesn’t think any relationship should be cut off. He offers to have a drink together. Eun-Tae agrees. He asks Seon-Hyuk has he bought lottery tickets?

In In-Mok’s office, In-Mok blames Hyun-Sook for excluding him. She apologizes to him. He thinks she doesn’t have to apologize. If it happens again, she will do the same thing. He asks her how old is her daughter? She says her daughter is studying in a high school. He asks her how did she work while she raised her? She says she did nothing. Her daughter grew up on her own. He thinks she should earn a lot to pay for her college education. She admits it. This is why she’s working hard.

He tells her that the company will subsidize the tuition of executives. He asks her to be the executive. They will merge the two sales departments. She serves as sales executive. Sales Planning Department will report to her. She promises him that she will continue to work hard. She thanks him.

Jun-Ho works in the office. He sees the notice. He finds out that Eun-Tae became Deputy Director. He congratulates Eun-Tae. But Eun-Tae congratulates Jun-Ho instead. Because Jun-Ho is a team leader now. He tears up. Eun-Tae tells his team that they have five minutes to wrap things up.

In the evening, the team has a gathering at the restaurant. Jun-Ho wants to pour Eun-Tae a drink. But there’s no beer. Jun-Ho wishes Gi-Tae will go to take some beer. Eun-Tae does the job. He hands over the stomach supplement to Jun-Ho. He tells him that it’s good for his stomach. Jun-Ho didn’t expect that the day came. He thinks they did a good job. They praise each other.

Jun-Ho thinks it begins from the day when Eun-Tae threw a fit to him. Their team achieved some results from that time on. He worries about what will happen to Ji-Hye. Eun-Tae says they have tried their best. They have to wait.

The next day, CEO walks into In-Mok’s office. He asks In-Mok to summon Eun-Tae. Kyung-Chul informs Eun-Tae that CEO wants to meet him. He’s nervous. It’s the first time that CEO came to the company, and he wanted to see someone. Kyung-Chul met CEO ever. He thinks the ordinary people like him cannot judge CEO. He asks Eun-Tae to take it easy. Eun-Tae gets in In-Mok’s office. CEO takes a look at Eun-Tae. He thinks he’s very handsome. He heard that he worked hard. He congratulates him on his promotion. She did it job with signing the contract with Mantova. CEO learns that Ji-Hye is an outstanding employee. But he wants to fire her.

CEO tells Eun-Tae that he just gave him the authority. It was the first order after he became deputy director. He could give permission to sales department. But he only wanted to use the authority to help the contract employee. Eun-Tae claims that he thinks Ji-Hye is an outstanding employee that the company needs. CEO points out that Eun-Tae should have asked to give deputy director the authority to interfere with personnel transfers. It’s the mindset that a director should have. He present he gives him is to fire Ji-Hye. He wishes he can learn the lesson.

But everything is changed. Eun-Tae arrives at the company. He gets in the elevator. His colleagues join him. Eun-Tae goes to the convenience store. Sang-Chun doesn’t have any change again. He asks Eun-Tae what will he do? Eun-Tae smiles.
