Wei Liang joins Xiao Tao when she watches Wei Shao carry Xiao Qiao into the city in The Prisoner of Beauty Chinese Drama Episode 6. He tries to brag. But she steps on his foot. She blames him for going to report it to his master when her lady would die. She thinks he’s not a human.
Wei Liang notes that the three generals are watching him and Xiao Tao. He lets them leave. He keeps her out of the rain with his robe. She scolds him after she pushed him away. He explains it to her that he worried that she will be sick. But she thinks he just pretended to be nice to her. She leaves angry.
Wei Shao carries Xiao Qiao walking on the street. She wakes up and she’s weak. She sees his neck. He returns to Wei Mansion. He asks the maids to take care of her. Gongsun Yang joins Wei Shao in the yard. He thinks Wei Shao’s mother did it too much. But Wei Shao tells Gongsun Yang not to worry about it because Xiao Qiao is fine. But Gongsun Yang has a different view. He mentions Wei Shao abandoned the lady outside the city for a few days. He worries that Wei Shao will lose face if the people of Yan State know it. He persuades his master to comfort Xiao Qiao.
The maids leave Xiao Qiao’s room. Xiao Qiao wakes up. Xiao Zao reveals Xiao Qiao has slept for two days and one night. She comforts her lady that she can have meal because Xiao Tao went to prepare it. Xiao Qiao looks around the room. The room is unfamiliar.
Xiao Zao reports to Xiao Qiao that the room belongs to Wei Shao. She reveals they guy invited a doctor when Xiao Qiao had a fever. But a person Zheng Shu came after Wei Shao left. She claimed that Wei Shao doesn’t wish anyone to enter his house. Mrs. Zhu asked Xiao Qiao to go to side house.
Wei Shao walks into the room. Xiao Qiao greets him. He asks her if she recovers. She reveals she feels better and she thinks he had a hard time because of her. He’s cold to her and he reminds her that it’s not her home. He thinks the bad things will come soon.
He takes a look at the bed. He intends to go to let someone make the bed. She rejects it and she reveals his mother’s follower wished her to sleep elsewhere. She asks him about the location of the side house when she coughs. She persuades him not to worry about her because she just caught a cold. She thinks she can take a walk. She reveals she plans to drink some herb soups.
Wei Shao grabs Xiao Qiao’s hand when she’s going to pass out. But he touches her injury. She thinks her hand will recover soon because she applied the ointment he gave her on it. She goes to pack her stuff. But he volunteers to go to the side house. She thanks him for his care. She goes to the bed. She persuades him to sleep early. She sleeps. He’s confused after he witnessed her tricks. He leaves the room.
Chun Niang and Xiao Zao return. Xiao Qiao gets up from the bed quickly when Chun Niang calls her. She learns that the guy left. Xiao Zao laughs. She wonders if they need to go to the side house. Xiao Qiao denies it. She cannot be the princess of Wei Nation if she lets those guy achieve their goal.
Zheng Chuyu and Mrs. Zhu are in the room. She pours her aunt some tea. Mrs. Zhu is shocked after knowing her son carried the beauty into the room. Zheng Chuyu complains it to her aunt that the bad girl used a trick to make Wei Shao pity her. She worries about the future. Mrs. Zhu thinks the girl is a disaster. Zheng Chuyu comforts her aunt that she has arranged Xiao Qiao in the side house. She doesn’t know her plan failed.
Wei Shao goes to the side house. He opens the doors. But the dust welcomes him. He coughs and he walks into the house with a lamp. He sits on the bed. He checks the quilt. The quilt is dirty. The window falls after it was blown by the window.
The next day, Zheng Chuyu is on the way to Wei Shao’s house. She prepared a gorgeous suit. The maid flatters Zheng Chuyu that the marquis will praise her. Zheng Chuyu is very happy. But she’s cautious. She’s sure if the suit fits Wei Shao.
The maids complain that they were asked to serve Xiao Qiao in the yard. Wei Shao opens the doors. The maids are startled. He leaves. The maids go to check the house. They wonder where Xiao Qiao slept last night. Zheng Chuyu dresses up in the living room for seeing Wei Shao. But Xiao Qiao walks out of Wei Shao’s room. Zheng Chuyu and Xiao Qiao have an eye contact.
Mrs. Zhu gets angry after knowing what happened. She thinks the woman bullied her son. Zheng Chuyu provokes her aunt that the woman was proud after she knew Wei Shao cares for her. Mrs. Zhu holds the table. She questions if the family is Wei family.
The solders and the citizens are working on Yongning Channel. Gongsun Yang reports the good news to Wei Shao. But Wei Shao asks Wei Liang to prepare 3,000 soldiers for garrisoning Panyi. He mentions the battle was because of Yongning Channel. He thinks those guy won’t attack him because of his notoriety. But he thinks he should be careful.
He thinks the garrison can threaten Yan State. He intends to attack the state in the future. Gongsun Yang reminds his master that Qiao family will be scared if he does it. Wei Shao doesn’t care for Qiao family’s feelings. Gongsun Yang persuades Wei Shao to consider Xiao Qiao. Wei Shao claims that he has asked Xiao Qiao not to be the daughter of Qiao family.
Xiao Tao and Xiao Qiao are in the room. Xiao Tao reports to her lady that she’s going to negotiate with the stores. Wei Shao returns home. He finds out that Xiao Qiao doesn’t move out. He walks into the room when he questions her if she packed her stuff.
She pretends to cough when she walks to him. He wonders what happened because he heard she recovered. She reveals she took some mint leaves before she went to see her mother-in-law. He asks Chun Niang to go to invite the doctor. But Xiao Qiao goes against it. She plans to go to the side house. She asks the maids to let her carry the baggage. Wei Shao stops her. He promises to let her live for one day. She thanks him. He finds out that she’s fine. She continues to pretend to be sick. He leaves the room. He realizes that it was her trick.
Wei Shao has a meeting at the court. The chancellor reports to Wei Shao about the droughts. He worries about the harvest next year. Wei Shao orders to reduce the water use by soldiers. But Wei Dian goes against it. He wants to start the battle.
Wei Shao explains it to his uncle that the citizens and the soldiers are tired because he has been fighting. He reveals he was allied with Yan State for taking a break. He claims that he won’t attack any kingdom. Wei Dian sneers. He persuades Wei Shao to marry a concubine since Xiao Qiao cannot give a birth because she just lost her grandfather. Gongsun Yang goes against it because Wei Shao has just been married for three days. He thinks it breaks the etiquette.
Wei Dian doesn’t care for the etiquette. He reveals he has an adopted daughter. He thinks her adopted daughter can help Wei Shao continue the bloodline. He tells Wei Shao that he will feel relieved if he does it. Wei Shao learns that his uncle won’t feel relieved if there’s no prince in Wei Nation. Wei Dian explains it to Wei Shao that he does it for Wei Nation. He claims that he wouldn’t say anything if Wei Shao has a girlfriend he loves. He points out that Wei Shao married Xiao Qiao for the benefits.
The chancellors want to pick a concubine for Wei Shao. But Wei Shao claims that he loves Xiao Qiao. He admits that he married the beauty for the city. But he found out that the woman cares for citizens. He thinks she can be the princess. He mentions she promised to be only the daughter-in-law of Wei family. He reminds the people that Xiao Qiao betrayed her family.
Wei Shao tells Wei Dian that he cannot accept any woman because he and Xiao Qiao love each other. Gongsun Yang mentions Wei Shao gave his room to Xiao Qiao after he knew the lady is sick. He thinks his master loves the lady very much. Wei Shao thanks Wei Dian. But he refuses to accept his goodwill. He leaves the court with his followers. Wei Dian reminds the chancellors that Wei Shao is watching out for them.
The maids bring some pastries to Xiao Qiao. Xiao Zao is surprised that those women changed their attitude. Chun Niang mentions Wei Shao has lived in the side house for the recovery of Xiao Qiao. She thinks it’s not weird that the guy asked some maids to take care of Xiao Qiao. Xiao Qiao wonders if Wei Shao is a good person. She lets Xiao Zao inform Wei Shao that she recovered. But Xiao Tan shows up for taking some quilts for Wei Shao. Xiao Zao reveals Xiao Qiao wished her to go to invite Wei Shao. But Xiao Tan tells Xiao Qiao that Wei Shao asked her to live in the main house for a few more days.
Xiao Zao reports it to Xiao Qiao that Wei Shao refused a woman for her at the court. She thinks nobody is going to bully Xiao Qiao. Chun Niang thinks Xiao Qiao and Wei Shao had some friendships after they went to Panyi. She tells Xiao Qiao that she won’t suffer as long as Wei Shao guards her. She thinks Xiao Qiao and Wei Shao will love each other. But Xiao Qiao doesn’t believe that Wei Shao has feelings for her. She wonders where Xiao Tao went. Chun Niang reveals her daughter went to run business with Xiao Qiao’s dowry.
Xiao Tao visits the jewelry store. She finds out that the jewelry isn’t good. She takes out her jewelry and she asks the jewelry store owner to sell the jewelry for her. Wei Shao meets with Wei Liang in the palace. He asks him if he picked some good soldiers. Wei Liang reveals he plans to transfer the soldiers from Wei Qu. But Wei Liang points out that Wei Qu’s men are cavalry. He offers to pick another 1,000 soldiers.
We go to Scarlet City. Liu Shan regrets after he knew Wei Shao got Panyi. He thinks it will be hard to take the city because Wei Shao garrisoned his army in the city. Liu Yan offers to ask his father to increase some soldiers in Xiaogang. Liu Shan thinks it’s a good idea.
Xiao Qiao receives a letter from her uncle. Her uncle wishes her to resolve the conflicts of the two clans. She learns that he wants her to tempt Wei Shao with her beauty for Yan State. She thinks they won’t get the good deal. The chancellors persuade Wei Shao to marry the girl Wei Dian recommended. But Wei Shao scolds the chancellors. Xiao Qiao passes by with Xiao Tao. She overhears it.
Wei Shao claims Xiao Qiao is the princess since he married her. He asks them not to mention marrying a concubine. Xiao Tao laughs. She thinks it’s very sweet. Xiao Qiao glares at the maid. Xiao Tao explains it to her lady that what she meant is the red bean porridge. They run into Xiao Tan. He notes the food Xiao Tao is taking.
He walks into the study and he reports it to Wei Shao that Xiao Qiao delivered the porridge for caring him. The chancellor laughs. He thinks the two love each other. Wei Shao asks Xiao Tan to let the lady in. But Xiao Tan mentions Wei Shao didn’t allow any girl to enter his study. He’s told that Xiao Qiao is an exception.
Wei Shao goes to pick up Xiao Qiao. He holds her hand and he takes her to his study. He introduces the uncles to her. She greets the uncles. Wei Shao asks Xiao Tan to go to take the cape. He puts the cape on Xiao Qiao in person. The chancellors leave because they don’t want to bother the two.
Xiao Qiao asks Wei Shao to come back to live because she has recovered. They leave the study. He carries her because he doesn’t want her shoes to get wet. She smiles to follow him. Xiao Qiao returns home. Xiao Zao notes that her lady is blushing. She worries that she caught a cold. Xiao Qiao reveals she was flustered for some reason.
Xiao Tao thinks Xiao Qiao was flustered because Wei Shao carried her back. She reveals Wei Shao carried Xiao Qiao into the city when Xiao Qiao had a fever. She’s surprised that Xiao Qiao was embarrassed when Wei Shao got used to it.
Xiao Qiao remembers the scene. She realizes that she misunderstood Wei Shao. She regrets for letting him sleep in the side house. Xiao Tan visits her with some fabrics. Wei Shao asked him to do that. Xiao Qiao is very happy. The next day, she visits Wei Shao with the cape. But he puts the cape on her. He thinks she just needs to take care of herself well. He leaves. She walks into the house with her maids. She finds out that the house is terrible. Chun Niang thinks Xiao Qiao’s life won’t be hard because Wei Shao will take care of her. Xiao Qiao decides to do something for her husband. She sees his shoe.
Xiao Tao runs into Wei Liang. She asks him what he was doing when he stayed with Wei Shao. Wei Liang walks his brothers on the street. He reveals there was a girl keeping caring him. Wei Xiao thinks the girl fell for Wei Liang. Wei Liang snickers.

Wei Shao returns home. He finds out that the room is clean and there’s food on the table. He summons Xiao Tan. He asks him who did it. Xiao Tan reveals Xiao Qiao prepared it. Wei Shao decides to take his wife to see his grandmother.
