What Happens In Twinkling Watermelon Episode 10?
Eun-Gyeol remembers what Master told him that he needs to help the helper first if he wishes to get help from the helper. Eun-Gyeol hides in the corner to blow the plastic bag because she cannot breathe. Yi-Chan sings a song in the band house when he plays guitar.
It flashes back. Chung-A gives her drawing book to Yi-Chan when he tries to tell her that he likes someone else. She runs out of the room. He reads her drawing book. He learns that she wishes to be his friend even if she knows he likes Se-Kyung.
The episode returns to the scene where Yi-Chan sings. Eun-Gyeol applauds. He’s surprised that Yi-Chan’s singing was improved. Yi-Chan blames Eun-Gyeol for his late. He asks him about Se-Kyung. Eun-Gyeol remembers he kissed Se-Kyung. He tells Yi-Chan that Se-Kyung is pretty.
Yi-Chan is furious to grab Eun-Gyeol’s collar. Eun-Gyeol explains to Yi-Chan what he meant is Se-Kyung’s photo. He shakes off his hand. He mentions he saw Chung-A’s drawings. Yi-Chan confesses to Eun-Gyeol that Chung-A is pretty. Eun-Gyeol is very happy. He thinks Chung-A can work with them.
Yi-Chan agrees to let Chung-A work with them. He shakes hands with Eun-Gyeol. The band members are happy to see the two get along. Ma-Joo takes a look at his watch. He thinks they’re late. Yi-Chan and Eun-Gyeol are confused. Hyun-Yul hugs the two. He reveals the landlord who rented the practice room to them wished to see them.
Eun-Gyeol mistakes that the landlord is the helper. The band members took him to the music store. The guys walk into the music store. They greet Choi Hyun. Choi Hyun recognizes Eun-Gyeol. He wonders why he didn’t return because he found a guitar for him. He thinks he had a fight with his father.
Eun-Gyeol admits to Yi-Chan that he has a father. But he reveals his father is childish. Yi-Chan tells Eun-Gyeol to return home even if he has a fight with his father. Eun-Gyeol promises to return home after he completes his task. Choi Hyun takes the guys to the restaurant. He orders them meat.
Se-Bum is surprised that Choi Hyun and Hyun-Yul know each other. Hyun-Yul reveals Choi Hyun taught him guitar. He introduces him as a legend guitarist. He tells Choi Hyun that Eun-Gyeol is a good guitarist as well. It makes Choi Hyun wish to hear Eun-Gyeol’s music.
But Eun-Gyeol wishes to hear Choi Hyun’s music instead. Choi Hyun reveals he cannot play guitar because of his terrible fingers. Eun-Gyeol takes a look at Choi Hyun. He thinks he cannot provide the help he needs. Choi Hyun tells the guys that he’s going to introduce a helper to them.
He reveals the helper is Dong-Jin. Ma-Joo and Yi-Chan are shocked when Dong-Jin walks into the restaurant. The band members welcome Dong-Jin. Dong-Jin asks them about the frontman. They try to point Yi-Chan. But they find out that the guy fled.
Yi-Chan blames Eun-Gyeol for telling a lie to them. Hyun-Yul asks Dong-Jin to perform for them. But Dong-Jin rejects it because he hates school band. Choi Hyun reveals some of the band boys tricked Dong-Jin. Si-Guk swears to take revenge for Dong-Jin.
Yi-Chan calls Hyun-Yul. He asks him not to let Dong-Jin know the name of the band. But Hyun-Yul persuades Yi-Chan to charm Dong-Jin. He stops Se-Bum before he tells the band name to Dong-Jin. He takes the band members to leave the restaurant.
The band members beat Yi-Chan and his friends after knowing they tricked Dong-Jin. Hyun-Yul and his boys think they’re over. Yi-Chan offers to change the name of the band. But Ma-Joo reveals they have signed up the name for the festival.
Yi-Chan thinks Ma-Joo can resolve the problem. But Ma-Joo points out that they don’t have time to do the T-shirts. Yi-Chan thinks Se-Kyung and Chung-A can help them. Se-Bum reminds Yi-Chan that they don’t have the money. Eun-Gyeol claims that he can offer the tutoring fee.
Hyun-Yul wonders who’s going to tell it to Se-Kyung. Eun-Gyeol is chosen after he defeated Yi-Chan. Eun-Yu finds the medicine from the suitcase. She takes the medicine. She grabs the rope and takes a look at the rope. Someone rings the doorbell. It startles her.
She opens the door and sees Eun-Gyeol. She wonders why he visited her. He reveals she has been a photographer of their band. He tells her to come to their band. He tries to leave. But he notes that she’s sick. Yi-Chan isn’t happy to walk on the street after he got defeated by Eun-Gyeol.
What’s the New Name of the School Band?
He passes by the bookstore. He remembers Chung-A wished him to be her friend. He walks into the bookstore. He asks the bookstore owner for the sign language book. He runs into Chung-A when he looks for the sign language book. Eun-Yu takes Eun-Gyeol to the cash store. She gets some cash from the cash store owner.
Eun-Gyeol wonders why Eun-Yu took him to the store. She reveals she did it for letting him protect her. He wonders how did she got the money. She reveals she sold her cello. He’s surprised and he confesses to her that he sold his guitar.
Chung-A tells Yi-Chan that she wishes to put the watermelon drawing on the T-shirts of their band. She teaches him the sign language. Eun-Gyeol mentions his father didn’t lost the hope after the accident because his mother told him the sign language.
Eun-Yu cries when she watches movie alone. Eun-Gyeol joins her. He tells her not to think about killing herself. He comforts her that she won’t die because she will have a beautiful daughter. He reveals he saw it in her future. He persuades her to live until the festival.
He reveals he will be very cool at the festival. It makes her laugh. Chung-A returns to her room. She sees the fax machine. She’s excited to jump. She tells the good news to Yi-Chan through the fax machine. He feels happy for her. He faxes her back and asks her to talk with him often.
She smiles. Gun-Hyeong sees the smiling of his daughter. Yi-Chan tells the band members that he’s going to change the band name to watermelon. He reveals the painter of the watermelon painting is very famous. Eun-Gyeol remembers the painter. He thinks his father did something right in the end.
Episode 10 of Twinkling Watermelon ends with the band members deciding to use the name “Watermelon Sugar” as their band name after they had a talk. They’re excited. They begin to practice the new song. Eun-Yu and Chung-A arrive at the band house. They greet each other. Chung-A reveals she just learned sign language. She walks into the band house with Eun-Yu.
