Yu Shi reminds Yi Zhou that engagement will have an effect on a rising actress, and he points out that she did nothing to help Xia Lin. Xia Lin agrees to it, and thinks they shouldn’t break up too fast since they just got engaged.
Yi Zhou offers to have a contracted engagement, and Xia Lin agrees to it. But she thinks it’s not necessary to say hello and good evening daily through Wechat.
Yi Zhou takes out his phone, and thinks actors need to get into role. Xia Lin tells him not to get involved into her work, and signs the contract.
Yi Zhou takes Xia Lin to the restaurant, and tells her to sit on the special seat he prepared for her. She worries that if she is appropriate to sit on the seat, and he tells her that it’s right as she is Madam Lin.
Xia Lin wonders if the restaurant has business as she notes that there isn’t any customer. Yi Zhou asks Xia Lin if she wants to get photographed, and offers to go to the street food stalls next time.
Yi Zhou takes Xia Lin to watch movie, and she thinks the man who drives fast are so handsome. Yi Zhou tells Wen Li to leave, and he decides to drive Xia Lin to company after she got a message from Yu Shi.
Xia Lin complains that Yi Zhou drives too slow, and he thinks she likes the man who drives fast. Xia Lin is panic to hold the handle when Yi Zhou drives fast.
Xia Lin gets off the car, and Yi Zhou wants to pick her up. She rejects it but trips. He catches her and thinks driving fast is dangerous. Xia Lin runs away.
Yu Shi tells Xia Lin that her image is turning around because of her engagement with Yi Zhou. She gives the questions to her, and tells her to go home and look them over. Because there will be a livestream.
Yu Shi asks Xia Lin if she was on a date with Yi Zhou. Xia Lin panics that it’s obvious. Yu Shi tells Xia Lin to take a look in the mirror, and asks if there is something going on with the two.
Xia Lin replies that it’s everything. Yu Shi thinks it’s a joke, and tells Xia Lin that she just has anemic. Xia Lin is very happy to kick off her shoes, and thinks everything is going in the right direction.
Xia Lin has a successful livestream, and asks Yu Shi if she bought e-posters. Yu Shi claims that she wouldn’t buy such dumb e-posters, and thinks the competitors bought them.
Yu Shi reveals the show invited Xia Lin and Yi Zhou. Xia Lin is against it as she doesn’t want to mix up her personal life and work. Yu Shi thinks the show is a great opportunity as Xia Lin doesn’t have any role.
Xia Lin thinks Yi Zhou won’t agree to it. Yu Shi reveals she promised to pay a high penalty if Xia Lin doesn’t participate. In the mountain, Chu Yan asks his follower if his phone has connection. The follower comforts Chu Yan that they will return after two days.
Xia Lin takes Jia Fei to visit Yi Zhou’s company, and Jia Fei thinks the place isn’t as lavish as she makes it out to be in her screenplays. Xia Lin claims that it’s called keeping it lowkey. Jia Fei thinks Xia Lin entered her role very quickly.
Wen Li sees Jia Fei and remembers they slept together ever. She runs away, but he stops her at the elevator. He asks her if it was her in the bar. She denies and closes the door of the elevator.
Xia Lin asks Yi Zhou to participate the show with her, but he thinks he doesn’t have the reason to take it. Xia Lin mentions people doubt their relationship after the fake and dumb comments. Yi Zhou agrees to it but asks Xia Lin to rehearse at his house.
The manager tells Chu Yan that they invited Xia Lin and Yi Zhou, and Chu Yan is surprised that the two are engaged. He doesn’t believe it and calls Xia Lin to ask what happened to them since the two didn’t know each other in the party.
Xia Lin explains that she just made a joke and her manager didn’t know it. Chu Yan asks her why she changed her mind, and Yi Zhou asks Xia Lin to come to him. Chu Yan tells Xia Lin to give the phone to Yi Zhou, but he hangs up.
Xia Lin asks Yi Zhou what Chu Yan talked to him. He says that Chu Yan said that she is good at cooking. Xia Lin denies, and Yi Zhou asks her to wash the ingredients.
Yi Zhou tells Xia Lin that he has known Chu Yan since three years old. Xia Lin asks Yi Zhou if he went to a costume ball. He denies and asks her to keep the loyalty to him.
Yi Zhou wears the apron for Xia Lin, but he cuts his index finger. She puts the index finger in his mouth, and goes to take the band-aid.
The show begins, and the man brings the dog. Xia Lin thinks the dog is adorable, and asks Yi Zhou to name it. But he avoids to the stairs, and asks to take away the dog. Xia Lin remembers that she told the reporter that Yi Zhou will agree to raise the dog.
Yi Zhou asks Xia Lin to take the dog away from their living area, but the letter says that they need to take bath for the dog. Yi Zhou is scared to flee to the bathroom.
