The stone statues collapse. The groom and the bride take a look at the holes. They’re possessed by demons. The groom kills the photographer. Ban kills the groom.
Savior and Demon Slayers
Note: From here on out there are specific plot spoilers for Island K-Drama: Episode 1.
The priest sees the blood from the painting. He tells his follower to go to look for Priest John. The follower finds Priest John in the room where Priest John is dealing with the demon. Priest John tells the follower not to speak. He kills the demon.
The priest takes Priest John to take a look at the painting. He tells him that that the woman in the painting is the savior. Priest John sees that the man in black robe killed the woman. The priest admits it. He reveals the man is still in the island. He asks Priest John to go to help the woman.
Mi-Ho tries to introduce the painting to the people. But Reporter Choi believes that the painting is used for Daehan Group’s slush fund. She tells him that all of the paintings will be displayed in Daehan Hotel. Butler Jang eats with Mi-Ho at the restaurant. He tells her that he plans to retire. But she doesn’t wish him to leave.
Mi-Ho’s aunt shows up. She claims that she’s the owner of Daehan Hotel. But Mi-Ho reminds her aunt that her shares are more than her shares. Mi-Ho’s aunt is furious to leave. Mi-Ho is crashed by another car. The driver forces Secretary Kang to bow to him. Mi-Ho cannot stand it. She beats the driver. The driver’s friend catches the chance to film Mi-Ho.
Mi-Ho arrives at her father’s office. She sees Aunt. She realizes that it was done by her. Aunt doesn’t admit it. She only tells Mi-Ho that her father is very angry. Mi-Ho walks into her father’s office. She tries to explain it. But he only cares for the money he lost. He doesn’t wish to fight with Aunt when Mi-Ho believes that Aunt is behind the case.
Butler Jang persuades Mi-Ho to leave Korea. But she rejects it and she wants to resolve the trouble on her own. She calls Secretary Kang and tells him to look into the two men. Butler Jang tells Mi-Ho to go to Jeju Island. Mi-Ho and Secretary Kang arrive at the airport. But they’re surrounded by the reporters.
Secretary Kang blocks the reporters. He lets Mi-Ho run away. He throws the car key to her. She arrives at the parking lot. She tries to look for her car. But she runs into the bride. She’s scared to flee after she sees the looks of the bride.
Ban shows up and stops the bride before she kills Mi-Ho. Mi-Ho has an eye with Ban when he fights with the bride. He opens the door of the truck after he killed the bride. Mi-Ho passes out. She wakes up and Secretary Kang. She asks him if he saw a man who wears black suit. He denies it and tells her that he found her at the parking lot.
Mi-Ho walks to the balcony. She looks around and finds out that the place is like a forest. She doesn’t wish to stay in the house. Secretary Kang mentions what Butler Jang told him that there will be many people recognizing Mi-Ho if she stays in the hotel. Baek-Joo visits Ban. She asks him if Mi-Ho came to the island. He admits it but he tells her that Mi-Ho didn’t recognize him. She believes that Mi-Ho doesn’t wake up. But he tells her that the demon found Mi-Ho.
It flashes back. The monk finds the surviving child from the village. He reports it to Leader Jongryeong. Leader Jongryeong tells the monk to process the plan. Baek-Joo is against the plan because she doesn’t wish the children to be killed. Leader Jongryeong insists on doing the plan.
Leader Jongryeong takes the kids to see the demon. He stabs the demon with the knife. He pours the demon’s blood into the children’s bodies. There’s only two survivors. Leader Jongryeong tells the two kids that they’re not humans anymore.
The principal introduces Mi-Ho to the teachers. Soo-Jin offers to let Mi-Ho be the teacher. Mi-Ho agrees to Soo-Jin’s plan. She walks into the room. Soo-Jin shows up. Soo-Jin is excited to hug Mi-Ho. She tells her that she was happy when she heard that she’s going to come to her school.
Mi-Ho leaves the school. She tells Butler Jang that Soo-Jin is waiting for her at the cafe. But she sees the news that her aunt became the chairman of Daehan Group. She calls her father and asks him about it. He explains to her that he wants to give her aunt a chance.
Island K-Drama: Episode 1 Ending
Episode 1 of Island K-Drama ends with Mi-Ho asking Secretary Kang to stop the car. She tells him that she has known he betrayed her. She shows the photos of him and her aunt to him. She fires him. But he tells her that he didn’t betrayed her. He touches her shoulder. She beats him and leaves the car to him. She walks away. He tears up.
Secretary Kang picks up the key. The demon possesses Secretary Kang. Mi-Ho calls Butler Jang. She asks him to prepare a car for her. But she sees Secretary Kang. He tries to bite her. She kicks him and runs away. Ban cuts Secretary Kang’s hand with his knife before Secretary Kang bites Mi-Ho.
