The eunuch reads the emperor’s order, and announces that the princess of Xi Ning will come to marry Xi Fan. Zi Yan and Lu Ping spots it.
Xi Fan wonders why the emperor arranged Qin Sang to be the princess. Lu Ping thinks the emperor took revenge for his offending in E state, and Qin Sang is forced to get in the wedding sedan.
Xi Fan doesn’t thinks so, and tells Lu Ping to ask Qin Sang in person. Lu Ping is surprised as he and Xi Fang are rivals in love.
Qin Sang tells Lu Ping that she needs a relying since her older brother has passed away, and Infinite Mountain Villa is the best choice.
Lu Ping asks Qin Sang why she keeps the sword he gave her if she is ruthless. Qin Sang intends to break the sword, but Lu Ping hugs her.
