This is the recap for Queen of Tears Episode 8. Hyun-Woo takes Hae-In to the aquarium. He’s surprised that the place is empty. He doesn’t know she rented the place. He finds out that the music is too romantic. She lets the workers change the song.
Queen of Tears Episode 8 Recap: Hyun-Woo Wishes to be Hae-In’s Side
Hyun-Woo makes a proposal. Hae-In is happy to accept his proposal. She lets him put the ring on her ring finger. We come back to the present. Hyun-Woo tears up when Hae-In holds the umbrella for him in the rain. She hugs him and confesses her feelings to him.
He helps her remember that he wanted to get a divorce with her. She decides to get a divorce with him. He goes to the company with Yang-Gi. Yang-Gi wonders who’s Hae-In’s lawyer. Vincenzo shows up with Hae-In. Yang-Gi reveals Vincenzo comes from mafia. He believes that Hae-In wants to kill Hyun-Woo.
Hyun-Woo meets with Vincenzo. The lawyer thinks the divorce reason Hyun-Woo wrote will damage Hae-In’s reputation. Hyun-Woo lets him write anything Hae-In wants to write. Hae-In is on the way home. She sees the subway. She remembers Hyun-Woo took her to see the best sunset.
She lets the driver park the car. She goes to the park and she sits on the swing. She watches Hyun-Woo’s footage. She finds out that he ran alone. She sees the photo and she finds out that he went to play baseball. She goes to the baseball place. She plays baseball like him.
She goes to the restaurant he stayed. He shows up with Yang-Gi. She avoids him and she lowers her voice when she orders the food. She learns that he had a hard time because of her. But he still wants the life. Secretary Kim looks into Hae-In’s medicine. He reports it to Eun-Sung.
Eun-Sung remembers he beat the dog with the stone when the dog chased Hae-In. But his leg was hurt. The dog owner showed up. He slapped Eun-Sung. Hae-In took Eun-Sung’s side. She revealed that the dog almost bit her. Her family show up. The dog owner was scared to leave. Hae-In used her handkerchief to dress Eun-Sung’s wound. She left with her family. He picked up the necklace she left.
Eun-Sung touches the necklace he wears. He calls Hae-In’s driver and he asks him about Hae-In’s whereabouts. But the driver doesn’t know it. Hae-In returns home. She tells Eun-Sung that she won’t fire Hyun-Woo. He claims that he’s the man she needs.
But she doesn’t want to use him anymore. He wonders if she needs him after she lost everything. Seul-Hee shows up. Hae-In and Eun-Sung leave. Seon-Hwa meets with Soo-Cheol. She asks him to fire Hyun-Woo. But he fears Hyun-Woo’s power as a lawyer. She gets a call from Bong-Ae. Bong-Ae visits her daughter’s hair salon. She asks her to make her look confident.
She meets with Seon-Hwa at the cafe. Seon-Hwa reveals the two kids are divorced. She asks Bong-Ae to let her son resign. Hyun-Woo goes to the store. The salesgirl gives the list of the customers to him. He finds out that the one who bought the watch was Seul-Hee.
Eun-Sung drives when he wears the watch. He tails Hae-In. But Hyun-Woo blocks his way with his car. He reveals he blocked his way because he found out that he was tailing Hae-In. We learn that Hyun-Woo caught Secretary Kim when Secretary Kim reported Hae-In’s illness to Eun-Sung. Secretary Kim confessed to Hyun-Woo that he was working for Eun-Sung.
Eun-Sung has an argument with Hyun-Woo for Hae-In. Hyun-Woo sees Eun-Sung’s watch when Eun-Sung tries to get in his car. He finds out that the guy is related to Seul-Hee. Eun-Sung goes to see Soo-Cheol. He brings a bad news to him about the land.
Man-Dae calls Soo-Cheol. He asks him to come to his office. Soo-Cheol asks Hyun-Woo to save him. Because he knows he was a soldier. Man-Dae watches the news. He learns that he will earn less because of the military. He asks Beom-Jun about his son’s whereabouts.
But Soo-Cheol is confident to come back. He reveals Hyun-Woo has resolved the problem. Man-Dae is very happy after knowing Hyun-Woo helped them. He asks Soo-Cheol to explain it to the investors. But the investors still pull out. Eun-Sung makes Soo-Cheol believe that Hyun-Woo tricked him.
Eun-Sung becomes the only investor. Man-Dae tries to sign the contract. But Hyun-Woo stops him. He reminds him that Eun-Sung will get the shares from him if he does so. Man-Dae asks Hyun-Woo to get out of the meeting room because he betrayed him three times.
Hyun-Woo arrives at the company. But the audit team asks him to leave the building. Hae-In shows up. She helps Hyun-Woo. They take the elevator together. He reveals he does it because he wants to be there. He walks out of the company. Beom-Ja parks her car in front of him.
She takes him to the rooftop. He promises to stay by Hae-In’s side. So she reveals Seul-Hee is a bad woman. She asks him to team up with her. She takes him to meet with Conan Park at the cafe. Conan Park reveals Seul-Hee sent her son to the orphanage. Beom-Ja is surprised because her father sponsored the orphanage.
They go to see the woodsman and his wife. They target Eun-Sung. Man-Dae signs a paper. He lets Seul-Hee be his financial manager. Seul-Hee prepares the birthday party for Man-Dae. But she has a fight with Seon-Hwa when they talk about if Eun-Sung needs to sit with Hae-In.
Beom-Ja shows up. She finds out that Seul-Hee wears her mother’s ring. She takes her to see her father. She throws a fit to Man-Dae. He beats her when she pulls Seul-Hee’s hair. She cries to leave his place. She goes to see Conan Park and she hands over Seul-Hee’s hair to him. Hyun-Woo shows up. She complains to him that her father just beat her.
Soo-Cheol is going to go out. He thinks it will be the best day of him. He asks Da-Hye to wait for him at home. She thanks him before he leaves. Man-Dae’s family come to attend Man-Dae’s birthday. Man-Dae is very happy. Da-Hye is at the airport when Soo-Cheol gives a speech at the birthday party.
He returns home and he finds the letter she left. He goes out to look for her. He see the bike. He rides the bike to look for her. But he trips. He cries to tell her that his son cannot sleep without him. Da-Hye feeds her son on the plane when he cries.
Man-Dae plays chess with Seul-Hee. Beom-Ja calls him after she got the DNA result. But he doesn’t pick up her phone. So Hyun-Woo calls Man-Dae. He reports to him that Eun-Sung is Seul-Hee’s son. But Man-Dae passes out after he was drugged by Seul-Hee. He remembers the scene when he stayed with his family.
Beom-Ja goes to the hospital after heard her father is in a coma. But the guard doesn’t allow her and her family to see Man-Dae. Seul-Hee shows up. She takes out the papers. It shows that Seul-Hee is the only guardian of Man-Dae. Beom-Ja tells her family the truth that Eun-Sung is Seul-Hee’s son. But it doesn’t change anything.
Eun-Sung and Seul-Hee take over the company. They kick Hong family out of Queens Group. Du-Gwan gathers with his friends. He gets angry when he thinks about Hong family bullying his son. Hyun-Woo returns home. His family blames Hong family when they care for him. But they find out that he took Hae-In and her family home.

Hae-In learns that Hyun-Woo wishes to be on her side in the epilogue. He leaves the restaurant with his friend. She cries. The restaurant owner hands over the handkerchief to Hae-In. Hae-In wishes to be alive after hearing what Hyun-Woo said.
