Young-Ki walks into the room. He reports to Yang-Cheol that Sung-Joon came back with the wedding gifts. But he finds out that Yang-Cheol is eating with Dong-Ki. Dong-Ki explains to Young-Ki that he eats because he was hungry after he had played golf.
Dong-Ki asks Yang-Cheol how many shares he’s going to give Sung-Joon. He thinks he should know it because he’s Sung-Joon’s uncle. Yang-Cheol doesn’t give Dong-Ki an answer. He walks away. Dong-Ki asks the maid for water. Young-Ki pours Dong-Ki water.

Young-Ki tells Dong-Ki not to care for Sung-Joon. He reminds him that Sung-Joon will take over Soonyang because Sung-Joon is the eldest grandson. Se-Hyun walks into Do-Joon’s office. He tells him to give up the Digital Media City plan. But Do-Joon is against it because he wants to buy Soonyang.
Se-Hyun leaks that the cable channel “Buy and Sell Home Shopping” wishes to sell off their company. Do-Joon remembers Hyung-Joon told him that shopping is about buying things you want. Do-Joon decides to go to look for a buyer for the channel. He runs out of his office.
Se-Hyun and Do-Joon arrive at Soonyang Hospital. Se-Hyun doesn’t believe that Yeong-Il is in the hospital because he heard Yeong-Il went on a business trip. But Do-Joon is confident. He thinks Yeong-Il just doesn’t want people to tangle him. Se-Hyun wonders how Do-Joon knew the secret. Do-Joon leaks that he got the message through the papers Yang-Cheol gave to his father.
Do-Joon walks into Yeong-Il’s ward. He introduces himself as the youngest grandson of Yang-Cheol. Yeong-Il tells Do-Joon that he knew he got into the law school. But he gets angry because the guards let Do-Joon in. Se-Hyun is watching the game with the guards.
Yeong-Il tries to go to scold the guards. But Do-Joon stops Yeong-Il. He explains to him that he told the guards that he will tell reporters that Yeong-Il is in Soonyang Hospital if they don’t let him in. Yeong-Il blames Yang-Cheol for breaking his promise.
Yeong-Il tries to call Yang-Cheol. But Do-Joon stops Yeong-Il. He tells him that Yang-Cheol knows nothing about it. He adds that he’s going to teach him how to defeat Soonyang. Hwa-Young takes Chang-Je to come to the wedding. It makes Young-Ki happy.
Hwa-Young asks Young-Ki if he’s happy because of the shares. Jung-Rae thinks Hwa-Young doesn’t know the feelings because she has no kid. Hwa-Young is furious to walk away. The girls are happy to take photos with Hyun-Min. But Sung-Joon tells the girls to leave because he needs to have a talk with Hyun-Min.
The girls leave. Sung-Joon closes the door. He tells Hyun-Min that she’s pretty. She drops her flowers and walks to the mirror. He strokes her hair and tells her that he knows she’s waiting for Do-Joon. He adds that Do-Joon won’t attend their wedding.
Hyun-Min is furious to ask Sung-Joon why he wants to marry her since he knows she likes Do-Joon. He laughs to tell her that he thinks it’s very funny that she thinks everyone has feelings for her. She’s furious to throw away the crown. She tries to leave the wedding room.
Sung-Joon stops Hyun-Min. He reminds her that she will lose her money if she leaves the room. He tells her to continue the wedding with him because he knows she marries him for money. He tells her to pretend the prefect couple with him. He leaves the wedding room. She tears up and takes a look at the crown on the floor.
Hyun-Min holds Sung-Joon’s hand. She asks him to promise not to dirty the family register. She smiles to walk him. Dong-Ki hands over the papers of Sung-Joon’s slush fund to Yang-Cheol. But Yang-Cheol tells Dong-Ki that he has known it. He reminds him that Sung-Joon is his only grandson. He applauds when Sung-Joon and Hyun-Min walk. The couple laugh when they look at each other.
Do-Joon shows up when his families are taken family photo. He joins Yang-Cheol. Yang-Cheol wonders why Do-Joon smiles because he thinks there’s no good news to him. Do-Joon admits his mistake. He tells Yang-Cheol that he won’t buy Soonyang. Yang-Cheol is surprised to take a look at Do-Joon.
Hyang-Jae reports to Yang-Cheol that Yeong-Il came. Yang-Cheol goes to see Yeong-Il. Yeong-Il scolds Yang-Cheol for not training his grandson well. Do-Joon goes to see Sung-Joon. He congratulates him on his wedding. Sung-Joon tells Do-Joon that he cannot defeat him. But Do-Joon disagrees to what Sung-Joon said.
Sung-Joon gets a call from someone. He’s told that Do-Joon has resolved the Digital Media City problem. He asks Do-Joon that it’s true. Do-Joon tells Sung-Joon that he won’t give the Digital Media City to him. Sung-Joon is furious to ask Do-Joon how he made it. Do-Joon is happy to leave.
It flashes back. Yeong-Il asks Do-Joon how to defeat Soonyang Distribution. Do-Joon tells Yeong-Il to buy the home shopping channel. But Yeong-Il tells Do-Joon that he isn’t interested in showbiz. But Do-Joon points out that it’s distribution. He turns on the TV which sells the coat. He tells Yeong-Il that he can defeat Soonyang if he owns the shopping channel.
Yeong-Il laughs to tell Yang-Cheol that he joined the Digital Media City after Do-Joon persuaded him. He believes that he will defeat him soon. Yang-Cheol is furious to leave the room. Hyang-Jae hands over the share transfer contract to Yang-Cheol. But Yang-Cheol trips. He picks up the contract. He stands up in Hyang-Jae’s help. He asks him to make the doctor conceal his illness.
Yang-Cheol drinks with his families. Young-Ki asks Yang-Cheol to say something. Dong-Ki knows Young-Ki wishes his father to give his shares to Sung-Joon. But Yang-Cheol gives the distribution warehouse to Sung-Joon. He tells him that he gave it to him because he failed to buy the Digital Media City.
Yang-Cheol tells his families that everyone has a chance to take over Soonyang Group if he proves himself. Young-Ki tries to persuade his father to change his mind. But Yang-Cheol rejects it. He tells the people that he cares for Soonyang very much. He leaves the restaurant.
Dong-Ki thinks Sung-Joon knows why Yang-Cheol changed his mind. Sung-Joon is furious to break the glass. He walks to Do-Joon and grabs his clothes. He tries to beat him. But Hyun-Min passes out. Yang-Cheol returns home. He remembers what Yeong-Il told him that Do-Joon is good at making money like him.
Yang-Cheol takes a look at Do-Joon’s photo. He remembers Do-Joon told him that he will use what he taught him to buy Soonyang. Yang-Cheol asks Hyang-Jae if he thinks Do-Joon is like him. Se-Hyun drinks with Do-Joon. He congratulates him on getting the chance to inherit Soonyang.
But Do-Joon tells Se-Hyun that he still wants to buy Soonyang. Because he knows his families very well. He believes that they will show their real faces to each other.
Pil-Ok blames Yang-Cheol for doing it to Sung-Joon. She thinks he shouldn’t shame him in front of his wife. He complains to her that Sung-Joon’s elders didn’t educate Sung-Joon. She mentions he gave the useless fund to Yoon-Ki. She reminds him that people will think she bullied the kid who wasn’t given birth by her. Yang-Cheol mentions what he said that only the capable kid can take over his group. Pil-Ok reminds Yang-Cheol that she raised Yoon-Ki like she did to his two brothers for his reputation.
Hyun-Min is sent to the hospital. Young-Ki tells Sung-Joon that his wife will be fine. He asks Jung-Rae to inform Hyun-Min’s parents about it. Jung-Rae blames Hyun-Min for making her husband take care of him. Sung-Joon tells his parents to leave.
Sung-Joon returns to the ward. He’s surprised that Hyun-Min woke up. She asks him to tell his mother that her son is the weak one. She asks him if he wanted to beat Do-Joon. She slaps him when he thinks she worried about Do-Joon. She reminds him that his families wanted to drag him down.
Hyun-Min tells Sung-Joon that she only allows him to show his back to his family when she agrees to it. She tries to walk away. But he holds her arm and tells her not to look down on him. She’s furious to shake his hand. He tells her that he only allows her to slap him in the wedding night. He tells her that he doesn’t want to sleep with her. He leaves her ward.
Hyang-Jae hands over the papers to Hwa-Young. He tells her that she needs to repay his brothers’s subsidiaries. Chang-Je carries Hwa-Young. He persuades her to borrow money from Se-Hyun. But Hwa-Young doesn’t want to ask Do-Joon a favor. She sees Hae-In’s newspapers. She’s furious to throw away the newspapers.
Chang-Je takes a look at the newspapers. He thinks their department store needs Hae-In. Hwa-Young has an idea. Min-Young reads Hae-In’s newspapers. She thinks Do-Joon is like his mother. The guy takes over the newspapers from Min-Young. He’s envy of Do-Joon who doesn’t have to take the bar exam.
The girl believes that Do-Joon will marry a star. Min-Young tells the two not to care for Do-Joon. Because she believes that Do-Joon doesn’t care for them. She’s furious to walk away. Do-Joon runs into Hae-In at the department store. She’s taken to see the customer. The customer grabs Hae-In’s hand to take a look at her bracelet.
Hae-In is asked to show her back to the customer. The girl tells the customer that Hae-In isn’t a star anymore. Do-Joon watches the footage. He tries to go to help his mother. But Hwa-Young walks into the waiting room. She asks him if he enjoyed the show. She yells at him and tells him to know his position. She smiles at him.
Hwa-Young tells Do-Joon not to touch Soonyang. He leaves the department store. Rachel mentions the New Data Technology. Se-Hyun thinks Do-Joon won’t invest in the company. But Do-Joon denies it. In-Suk reports to Dong-Ki that Do-Joon invested in New Data Technology.
Dong-Ki finds out that the stocks of New Data Technology are profitable. He believes that Yang-Cheol changed his mind for Do-Joon. He tells his followers to buy the stocks of New Data Technology. Ms. Im tells Hwa-Young that they need 400 million dollars. She tells her to borrow the money from her two brothers.
Hwa-Young calls her two brothers. But they refuse to help her. She remembers what her husband told her to ask Se-Hyun a favor. She takes out Se-Hyun’s business card. She meets with him at the cafe. She tells him that she needs 400 million dollars. He asks her for 30 percent of her department store’s stocks.
Hwa-Young signs the contract with Se-Hyun. He reveals he had a fight with Do-Joon for the stocks of New Data Technology. He believes that the stock price will reach 40 dollars. Young-Ki is surprised that Hwa-Young paid his money back. He wonders where she got the money.
Yang-Cheol is told that Hwa-Young got the money from Do-Joon. He believes that she paid some shares to Do-Joon. Hwa-Young invests in New Data Technology. She reports it to Se-Hyun. He tells her to end the investment after the price reaches 40 dollars.
Young-Ki and Dong-Ki meet with Se-Hyun. They ask him for Hwa-Young’s shares. But Se-Hyun rejects it. Dong-Ki realizes that Se-Hyun did it for Do-Joon’s sake. Do-Joon watches the news. He finds out that the stock of New Data Technology reached 40 dollars. He wonders what his aunt is going to do.
Do-Joon visits Hwa-Young. He asks her if she invested in New Data Technology. She complains that Se-Hyun made her lose money. He reveals her two brothers want to buy her shares from Se-Hyun. Hwa-Young tells Do-Joon not to touch her shares. She promises to repay the money. He leaves her office. She summons Ms. Im to her office. She asks her to invest all of her money to New Data Technology. She laughs. Do-Joon smiles after he knew his aunt’s decision.
