Do-Joon bows to Yang-Cheol. He introduces himself as the chairman of Miracle Investment. Yang-Cheol is shocked. He mentions what he did to him. Do-Joon admits it. He has a seat. Yang-Cheol yells at Do-Joon and asks him why he did those things to him. Yang-Cheol asks Do-Joon if he wants to inherit Soonyang. But Do-Joon tells his grandfather that he wants to buy Soonyang.
Sung-Joon tells Hyun-Min that he doesn’t know the chairman of Miracle Investment. It makes her believe that he isn’t suitable for her because he’s too kind. She tells him that she doesn’t want to get married with the eldest grandson of Yang-Cheol.

Sung-Joon mistakes that Hyun-Min rejected him. But she tells him that she wants to see him again. She reaches out her hand. He shakes hand with her because he knows she will accept him if he wins. Yang-Cheol doesn’t believe that Do-Joon has the money to buy Soonyang.
Do-Joon mentions how Yang-Cheol created Soonyang. He believes that he will only give the company to Young-Ki. But he points out that Young-Ki cannot run Soonyang like Yang-Cheol does. Yang-Cheol mentions what he said that he won’t forgive a betrayer. He tells Do-Joon to return to the school.
But Do-Joon asks Yang-Cheol to release Se-Hyun. He tells him that he will give some lands to him. Yang-Cheol points out that he will get New Seoul City if Chang-Je gets arrested. But Do-Joon tells Yang-Cheol that Chang-Je is going to hold a press conference.
Yang-Cheol doesn’t believe that Chang-Je has the power to hurt him. Do-Joon points out that people will think the mastermind was Yang-Cheol if they know the youngest son of Soonyang bribed the mayor. Yang-Cheol’s hand shakes. Chang-Je tells the reporters that he will help the homeless people.
Yang-Cheol summons Jung-Rae to his office. He asks her who speculate the lands. She tells him that it was her father. He scolds her for lying to him. It makes her tear up. Sung-Joon is going to go to see Yang-Cheol because he wants to tell something to Yang-Cheol. But Pil-Ok stops Sung-Joon.
Young-Ki gets on knees to Yang-Cheol. He confesses to him that he did it for buying Hando Steel. Yang-Cheol tells Young-Ki to get up. Sung-Joon sees it. Chang-Je welcomes Do-Joon and shakes hands with him. He thanks him for giving the idea to him.
Chang-Je tells Do-Joon to join Soonyang since he wants to run business. Do-Joon mentions Yang-Cheol doesn’t wish him to take over the group. Chang-Je agrees to what Do-Joon said. He believes that Yang-Cheol will drag him down. Do-Joon tells Chang-Je to climb high enough so that Yang-Cheol cannot hurt him. He tells him to be the president.
Se-Hyun walks Do-Joon. He asks him if he believes that Chang-Je will be next president. Do-Joon laughs. He tells Se-Hyun that he did it for helping Chang-Je overcome his fear. He lets him take the doughnut. Se-Hyun asks Do-Joon if it’s his second life. Do-Joon admits it. But Se-Hyun thinks Do-Joon bragged.
Sung-Joon treats Young-Ki’s leg. He asks him why he speculated the lands. Young-Ki points out that Yang-Cheol won’t forgive Sung-Joon if the one who speculated the lands was him. He tells him to gain the trust of Yang-Cheol. He reminds him that he only has him. He smiles.
Yang-Cheol mentions he made Young-Ki cripple. Hyang-Jae promises not to let others know what Do-Joon did. Do-Joon watches the rain. He promises not to make Yang-Cheol children succeed. He remembers he and his mother were killed by Yang-Cheol.
Yang-Cheol visits Doctor Jung. Doctor Jung wants to check Yang-Cheol’s health. Yang-Cheol laughs to tell Doctor Jung that he came as a guardian. Yang-Cheol watches Young-Ki. He thinks he’s too weak. Hyang-Jae tells Yang-Cheol to change the heir.
Yang-Cheol is against it. Because he knows his children will have fights after he passes away. He doesn’t want his children to jump into the fiery pit. He goes to Yoon-Ki’s company. He mentions he promised him that he won’t touch Soonyang. He blames him for breaking the promise. Yoon-Ki is confused. Yang-Cheol reveals Do-Joon told him that he wants to buy Soonyang.
Yang-Cheol lets Yoon-Ki sign the contract that he gives Soonyang Public Welfare Foundation to him. Yoon-Ki gets angry. He tells Yang-Cheol that he worried that he will become a father like him. Yang-Cheol points out that the one who gave up Soonyang was Yoon-Ki. He leaves his office.
Chang-Je eats with Hwa-Young. He reveals Do-Joon defeated Yang-Cheol. But the secretary hands over the note to Hwa-Young. Hwa-Young takes a look at the note. She learns that Yang-Cheol gave the company to Yoon-Ki. He reminds Chang-Je what Yang-Cheol told Yoon-Ki was that he can only get the company from Soonyang.
Hwa-Young laughs to tell Chang-Je not to be close to Do-Joon. She tries to leave. But he asks her to take her bag because he has pride. But she rejects it and walks away. Dong-Ki is told that Yang-Cheol gave the company to Yoon-Ki. He wonders why his father did that. But the follower tells Dong-Ki to focus on Sung-Joon.
Yang-Cheol walks into Sung-Joon’s room. He sees the New Seoul Town Plan on the table. He takes a look at the plan. Sung-Joon reveals someone told him to take revenge. Yang-Cheol smiles. He asks Sung-Joon if he wants to take revenge.
Do-Joon thinks he can buy some shares of Soonyang of his plan works. Se-Hyun wonders why Do-Joon chose the hardest path since he can inherit the group. Rachel reports to Do-Joon that the film studios dropped their plan. Yang-Cheol wonders how did Sung-Joon make the film studios do it. He worries about Chang-Je.
Sung-Joon tells Yang-Cheol that he will go to see Chang-Je. Yang-Cheol laughs. He thinks families should aid each other. Sung-Joon tries to leave. Yang-Cheol stops Sung-Joon. He asks him about Hyun-Min. Sung-Joon tells Yang-Cheol that he’s seeing Hyun-Min. Yang-Cheol feels happy.
Young-Ki wants to meet with Sung-Joon after knowing his son got praised by Yang-Cheol. But Joo-Ryun tells Young-Ki to treat Sung-Joon as Yang-Cheol’s grandson instead of his son. Young-Ki promotes Joo-Ryun. Joo-Ryun is moved to bow to Young-Ki.
Rachel wonders why the film studios broke their promises. Se-Hyun thinks those studios did it for money. Do-Joon realizes that Yang-Cheol took revenge for him. Chang-Je calls Do-Joon. He asks him if he’s going to give up New Seoul City.
Do-Joon denies it. He tells Chang-Je that he’s looking for the film studios. Chang-Je tells Do-Joon that he wants to give the project to a big company. He takes a look at Sung-Joon. He mentions the dream Do-Joon told him. He hangs up.
Chang-Je tells Sung-Joon that he’s going to help him run his business. But Sung-Joon points out that it’s the chance Yang-Cheol gave Chang-Je. He tells Chang-Je to go to see Yang-Cheol if he needs help. Do-Joon drinks at the bar. He remembers Yang-Cheol told him that he will repay it if he dares to buy Soonyang. Se-Hyun joins Do-Joon. He persuades him to give up the plan of Digital Media Plan. Do-Joon takes a look at the Internet Cafe. He thinks there’s a place where Soonyang cannot manage.
Rachel reports to Do-Joon that there’s a station interesting in their plan. But they asked for seeing Do-Joon. Do-Joon goes to the exhibition to meet with the person. He’s surprised to see Hyun-Min. Hyun-Min explains to Do-Joon that he asks her uncle to help him after she had known he needs a station.
Hyun-Min mentions Yang-Cheol needs her family’s support. Do-Joon points out that Yang-Cheol doesn’t wish him to get married with Hyun-Min. She reveals she has convinced his father to help him. The light explodes. Do-Joon hugs Hyun-Min to protect her. He thinks he cannot reject her offer.
Do-Joon leaves the exhibition. He goes to the cafe where Min-Young works. But Min-Young isn’t at the cafe. Min-Young’s colleague tells Do-Joon that Min-Young is studying for the bar exam. He leaves the cafe and gets in his car. Min-Young walks into the cafe.
Min-Young’s colleague reports to Min-Young that Do-Joon just came. Min-Young runs out of the cafe to look for Do-Joon. He drives away. Hyun-Min remembers Do-Joon rejected her because he doesn’t want to be her puppet. She sees the flowers Sung-Joon gave to her. She calls Sung-Joon who prepares the wedding ring.
Yoon-Ki shows the shares to Do-Joon. He thinks Yang-Cheol doesn’t wish them to touch Soonyang. He asks him why he wants to be against Yang-Cheol. Do-Joon mistakes that his father is against his plan. But Yoon-Ki tells Do-Joon that he wants to help him. He reminds him that he will always take his side.
Hae-In is furious to break into the room after she knew Yoon-Ki’s plan. She asks him to protect his son. He nods. Do-Joon takes a look at his family photo. He decides to treat Hae-In and Yoon-Ki as his parents. Yang-Cheol tells Sung-Joon that he’s going to give a wedding gift to him.
Young-Ki mistakes that Yang-Cheol intends to let Sung-Joon inherit Soonyang. He tells the good news to his families. Jung-Rae is happy to tell Pil-Ok that her future daughter-in-law owns a gallery. But Pil-Ok reminds Jung-Rae that Yang-Cheol doesn’t return home. Yang-Cheol takes a look at his medical report. He remembers the doctor told him that there’s a tumor in his brain. He tries to drive the truck.
