Li Changge tells Ashina Sun that she’s going to return to the hotel. He walks her because he wants to return to the hotel as well. He feels happy after knowing he and Li Changge live in same hotel. The follower tells Ashina Sun that General Wang asked for iron ore. Ashina Sun decides to visit General Wang.
Li Changge returns to the room. A Dou asks her if Li Yuan accepted it. Li Changge says that she didn’t see him, and asks A Dou to prepare some ink and papers for her. Because she wants to write a letter. Hao Du notes that someone hides in the carriage. He intends to pull out his sword.

Wei Shuyu finds out that the person is Li Leyan. He helps her get off the carriage, and asks her why she followed them. She tells him that she worried about him. Hao Du wants to arrange his follower to escort Li Leyan to Luoyang. But she doesn’t want to return to Luoyang alone.
Li Leyan tells Wei Shuyu that she doesn’t trust Hao Du. She asks him to escort her. But he says that he has a business. She asks him to let her follow him, and promises not to bring troubles. Wei Shuyu tells Hao Du that he will take the duty if Li Leyan gets hurt. Hao Du agrees to let Li Leyan follow them.

Li Leyan tells Wei Shuyu that Hao Du wants to kill him and Li Changge. Ashina Sun goes to see the general Wang Junkuo. The bodyguard reports to Wang Junkuo that the carriage is empty. Wang Junkuo learns that Ashina Sun fooled him. Ashina Sun asks Wang Junkuo if he didn’t recognize him.
Wang Junkuo thinks Ashina Sun has guts to visit You State. Ashina Sun points out that Wang Junkuo invited him. Wang Junkuo thinks he will get a huge award if he sends Ashina Sun’s head to Changan. But Ashina Sun tells Wang Junkuo that he will be killed if he goes to Changan.
A Dou asks Li Changge what she’s writing. She says that it’s the way to live. She says that she wants to see if Li Yuan will accept it. She uses Crown Prince Seal on the paper. It startles A Dou. Li Changge says that she fears nothing from now on.
Ashina Sun tells Wang Junkuo to think out his position since Li Shiming became Crown Prince. Wang Junkuo claims that he’s loyal to the palace. Ashina Sun asks Wang Junkuo why he wants to look for iron ore if he’s loyal to the palace. He thinks he wants to make weapons to rebel.
