Xie Wanru brings the pastries to Princess and thinks it’s good that she got the order of Emperor. But Princess says that her fiance is missing. The maid complains that the third prince still doesn’t come to see Wang Xuan. Xie Wanru explains that Zi Tan worries about the troubles because there’re so many eyes staring at him.
Wang Xuan wants to see if Zi Tan will regret or not since she can choose her husband herself. Xie Wanru tells Wang Xuan that marrying her is the one of the biggest wish of Zi Tan. Wang Xuan thrills to ask Xie Wanru if Zi Tan said it. Xie Wanru reveals Zi Tan is like her mother who’s not good at expressing his love. She tells her that she will wait for her at the West Wall of Shangyuan Lantern Festival.
The follower brings Wang Lin’s letter to Xiao Qi. The letter tells Xiao Qi that Wang Lin wants to see him the the capital. The general worries that Wang Lin will hurt Xiao Qi. But Xiao Qi thinks he has to attend because of his current position.
Teacher Gu tells Wang Lin that he will tell Emperor not to give the title “King” to Xiao Qi. Wang Lin asks Wang Su why Xie family wants to help Xiao Qi. Wang Su thinks Xie family targets on the military leadership of Xiao Qi. Wang Lin smiles and thinks Emperor cannot keep his throne without Wang family.
Princess sees the lantern in the sky. She gets the maid to be the stone desk, and climbs over the wall. She falls off the wall. Zi Tan catches her. She learns that Xie Wanru lied to her, and asks him why he didn’t appoint her. He tells her that he wanted to give her a surprise. But she gave him a startle.
Su Jiner finds Wang Xuan in the street and gives her the coat. Zi Tan wears the coat for Wang Xuan. She runs away with him when the people recognize them. The two wear the mask and think nobody will recognize them. Wang Xuan tells Zi Tan to listen to her on everything. But she is bumped by Xiao Qi. She thinks he’s a clown. Zi Tan tells Princess not to put it into her mind.
Wang Lin meets with Xiao Qi at the bar, and tells him that Emperor cannot sleep because his military leadership. Xiao Qi asks Wang Lin if he cannot sleep as well. Wang Lin tells Xiao Qi that he wants to be a friend of him. Princess sees the drama, and asks the guy about it. He tells him that the drama is about Xiao Qi fighting with Hulan King.
