Yi-Jae kisses Su-Bin on the street in Dream to You episode 5. He wants to kiss her back. But she asks him what he’s doing. He says he wants to ask the same question. She thinks she’s crazy. She begins to run. He follows her. She asks him not to follow her. He says she got caught in the rain. He offers to give the umbrella to her. She rejects it. He says she will catch a cold. She asks him not to care for her.

Yi-Jae takes a bath. She walks out of the bathroom. She sees Su-Bin. She asks him to pretend that the case didn’t happen. He says he cannot do that. Because it happened. She guesses she wrote kissing scene and she was crazy. He knows she didn’t write it. She explains it to him that she was insane when she thought about it. But it’s a good thing. After all, they need to resolve the problem. She wants to confirm her heart.

Now they’re colleagues. She shouldn’t be affected by the personal feelings. He asks her if she finds the answer. She thinks they have to write kissing scene. But they shouldn’t have kissed. He walks to her. He asks her to say it when she looks at him. She explains it to him that she did because they have been together. Because he has appeared in front of her. Her gaze was drawn unconsciously. It made her care more and more. So it turned out to be like that.

She tells him that it won’t happen again. She apologizes to him for making him unhappy. He stops her. He says he doesn’t want to accept her apology if it’s her answer. They don’t have to share their hearts without reservation. So she should take care of her feelings on her own. He asks her not to use him to confirm it. The behavior is childish. They’re not 18 years old.

He returns to his room. He slams the door. He sits on the bed. He thinks he’s American style as well. He walks out of his room. He asks her to go home when she’s going to write. He returns to his room. He slams the door again. She gets angry and she thinks he’s childish. She packs her stuff. She yells at him. She says she planned to leave. She leaves because she wants to do that. He walks out of his room. He calls Young-Jae.

Yi-Jae is on the way home. Young-Jae shows up. He tells her that Su-Bin asked him to pick her up. He said it was dangerous at night, and he asked him to protect her. Young-Jae tells Yi-Jae that he will protect her. But she thinks he’s crazy. He asks her if she ends running away from home, and she comes back. She asks him about their mother. He says mother is at the restaurant. She gives her bag to him. She asks him to go home.

At the restaurant, Hyun-Ok watches the videos Yi-Jae filmed. She sighs. Yi-Jae walks into the restaurant. She tells her mother that she’s hungry. Hyun-Ok laughs. She prepares the noodles for Yi-Jae. Yi-Jae mentions what she said that they dared to eat carrots. Hyun-Ok points out that it doesn’t mean Yi-Jae likes it. She asks her not to force herself since she doesn’t like it. She returns the bankbook to her. She tells her that she can do anything she wants. She doesn’t have to worry about her and Young-Jae. Yi-Jae is moved and she cries. Hyun-Ok asks Yi-Jae if the director works while sitting down. Yi-Jae nods. Hyun-Ok thinks Yi-Jae should tell the case to the guy since she decides to work with him. If she conceals the secret, the problem will happen one day.

The next day, Su-Bin runs along the beach. He goes to see Jong-Sun. He finds out that she passes out at her house. He takes her to a hospital. The doctor tells Su-Bin that Jong-Sun was saved because he took her to the hospital. She had hypoglycemia and she went into shock. The doctor suggests that the old lady should stay in the hospital for some days so that they can watch her. They can do some tests and find the cause.

Su-Bin thanks the doctor. The doctor laughs. She asks Su-Bin if he didn’t recognize her. He takes a look at her tag. She realizes that she was his classmate Ms. Lee. She tells him that he’s very handsome. She thinks he’s like a star. He doesn’t expect that he would encounter her there. She mentions he went to her mother’s restaurant. She reveals Jin-Soo’s mother is her mother-in-law. She asks him to persuade Jong-Sun to stay in the hospital. She goes to take care another patient.

Su-Hee takes Ha-Na to attend the event. Su-Hee thinks her daughter will renew her contract with Director Kim. But Ha-Na says that she will spit out the food if her mother forces her to eat it. Su-Hee walks to the stage to win the award. She thanks Ha-Na. She wishes Ha-Na will thank her back. But Ha-Na walks away.

At the hotel, In-Wook receives his washed clothes. He sees the number that Sa-Rang wrote on his shirt. He remembers she asked him if he wanted a date. He smiles.

Sa-Rang drinks with the guy at a restaurant. She persuades him to date someone new before he’s 30 years old. She tells him that it’s a good chance to him. She thinks he can promote his website even if he doesn’t know a girl. But he blames her to letting him star it. She asks him if he cannot forget her. They had only been dating for three months. It’s been three years since they broke up. He tells her that she went too far.

She asks him to appear on her show “Love Chain”. She gets a call from In-Wook. She doesn’t know who he is. So he brings up that they had a meeting at the hotel, and the shirt and lipstick. The guy asks Sa-Rang who’s the man. She asks him to leave. He asks her not to contact him. He walks away.

In-Wook comes to the restaurant. Sa-Rang drinks. She says it’s fine even if it’s only early evening. She asks him to accompany her to get drunk. He learns that she wants to invite him to her show. She’s the writer Choi Sa-Rang. She admits it. She says their PD filmed “Crazy Love”. She asks him if he knows the top 1 show. He doesn’t know. He asks her if she invites guests in such a way. She denies it. She says they’re mean to be together. He asks her if he can keep seeing her if he stars the show. She says yes. She will be all over him for two weeks until he feels annoyed. If she doesn’t star, it will be the last time they meet. He thinks it’s a bit of a shame.

Sa-Rang and In-Wook go to the room of the hotel. She asks him why he called her. He says he was curious. He mentions they met for the first time. But she wanted a date. She says she’s curious as well. What will he be like when he dates? He hugs her to kiss. They sleep together.

In the studio, Yi-Jae wonders what Su-Bin wants to do. She gets a call from him. She asks him where he is. She mentions they promised to keep each other informed. He apologizes to her. He reveals Jong-Sun passed out. He went to the hospital so that he didn’t have time to contact her. She asks him if the old lady is fine. He says Jong-Sun strained her back. She needs to stay in the hospital.

Su-Bin tells Yi-Jae that she needs to work on her own. She asks him if he won’t come back today. He’s not sure. He’s at his father’s hospital.

The next day, Yi-Jae goes out. She talks with Su-Bin over the phone. She decides to go to Jong-Sun’s house to take some daily necessities. At the hospital, the nurses talk about that Su-Bin is the dean’s son. Cheol-Gyu overhears it. The doctor persuades Cheol-Gyu to show off his son. Cheol-Gyu admits that he’s very proud. But he thinks the doctor shouldn’t have made a mountain out of a molehill. They should keep a low profile. He says the kid doesn’t like being too flashy. He wonders why his son came to the hospital.

Cheol-Gyu walks into Jong-Su’s ward. Jong-Su tries to get up from the bed. But he stops her. He asks her if she’s fine. She says she feels much better. He heard that his son was taken care by her when he was at her house. He thinks he should have done something. She says Su-Bin saved her life. He asks her where Su-Bin is. Yi-Jae said she would come, Su-Bin went to pick up her.

Su-Bin tries to get off the elevator. He runs into his father. Cheol-Gyu gets in the elevator. He turns off the light of the elevator. Su-Bin remembers his father locked him in the room. Cheol-Gyu tells Su-Bin that he should have stayed away from him since he wants to cut ties with him. Su-Bin says he wanted to return to the place. He won’t run away. Cheol-Gyu laughs when he looks at his son.

Yi-Jae arrives at the hospital. She sees Cheol-Gyu walking out of the elevator. She goes to check the elevator. She sees Su-Bin sitting in the elevator. She hugs him. She comforts him that it’s fine.

Yi-Jae and Su-Bin return to their studio. He walks into his room. She approaches the room. She tries to knock at the door. But she gives up the mind. She sits at the door. She tells him that she’s there. He hears her voice. He tries to open the door. But she tells him that he doesn’t have to come out. She just wants to let him know she’s there.

She heard that he met Ms. Lee. She didn’t see the lady since her wedding. She filmed wedding movie for her and Jin-Soo. It’s been three years already. The movie is still there. She will show it to him. Jin-Soo resigned. He went to write novels.

In the evening, Ha-Na is in the van. She reads the comments. She asks Chae-Yeon if her acting was terrible. Chae-Yeon denies it. She thinks Ha-Na was hindered by her beauty. She’s a talented actress. She could handle various roles. Ha-Na wonders why she turns out like that as long as she stars romance movies. Chae-Yeon thinks Ha-Na does it because she didn’t date. Ha-Na says following the logic, hasn’t she killed someone? Chae-Yeon tells Ha-Na that love is written all over her face when she has a crush on someone. She cannot conceal it. Ha-Na looks at herself in the car window. She asks the driver to make a U-turn.

Ha-Na walks into the restaurant where Yu-Geon works. He asks her if she wants to wait until her friend comes. She asks for a serving of grilled meat. But he tells her that she must order two servings. He recognizes her when she smiles at him. He asks her why she came to the place. She says she wants to ride a motorcycle. She asks him when he will get off work. He says there’s one hour left. She will wait for him.

The customers are watching Ha-Na’s movie. They badmouth Ha-Na. They think she’s like her mother who abandoned her husband after he was broke. Yu-Geon is furious to turn off the TV. Ha-Na leaves the restaurant. Yu-Geon tells his boss that he resigns. He chases Ha-Na out of the restaurant. He stops her. He asks her why she didn’t say a word. He mentions she would step forward when he was wronged. She was wronged, but she fled.

She tells him that it’s fine. After all, those guys could talk nonsense. She would be badmouthed. He asks her to get on his motorcycle. He hands over the helmet to her. He riders his motorcycle. She cries. He takes her to his roof. He hands over the coffee to her. She asks him why he didn’t ask her why she knew he was there. He says he thinks he shouldn’t ask her the question. And he thinks she won’t leak it even if he asks it. She says she searched him online. But he doesn’t have any information as an actor.

He asks her where she saw it. She reveals she saw the photos that he works at the barbecue restaurant on the social media. Those photos were taken without permission. She asks him if he wants her to sue the guy for him. He shakes his head. He asks her why she searched his name. She says it’s unfair that they’re friends, but she knows absolutely nothing about him. She guesses he searched her name as well. He could get her birth chart if he did it. She heard that she could make a fortune. But she’s destined to be alone all her life.

He says that he didn’t search. He thinks he would ask directly since they’re friends. He’s Sim Yu-Geon. He’s 29 years old. He and his father depend on each other for survival. He wanted to be an actor because he thought Jin Chengwu was too handsome. The movie he likes most is “Chongqing Forest”.

Yu-Geon tells Ha-Na that he has accomplished nothing even if he worked hard for ten years. She asks him what constitutes success? Who set the standard? She persuades him that he should go home to see his father. He can come back later. She’s envy of him that he can go back in his parents’ arms anytime. She asks him if he wants to know the story of her that he cannot get it even if he searches her.

She liked to show up on TV when she was a kid. Because she looks much happier on TV. She doesn’t know it’s fake.

It flashes back. Ha-Ha drinks milk when she films. She chokes on milk. The director asks someone to get a glass of water for Ha-Na. But Su-Hee says it’s fine. It will spoil the kid if she’s given water. She asks Ha-Na if she wants to disappoint her mother. She asks her to smile. Ha-Na smiles. Su-Hee tells the director that Ha-Na is ready for it.

Ha-Na goes to high school. The girl stops Ha-Na. She heard that she filmed until very late yesterday. She asks her if she’s tired. Ha-Na says she’s fine. The girl tells the camera that Ha-Na is decathlon. In the classroom, the director tells Ha-Na that the filming ends. The girl asks Ha-Na how much longer will this show be filmed? Ha-Na says it ends next week. She tries to leave the classroom. But the classmate brings up that Ha-Na’s parents got a divorce. She doesn’t expect that she owns the thing that Ha-Na doesn’t have. That’s a harmonious family.

Ha-Na walks on the campus. She’s surrounded by the reporters. She gets in her mother’s van in the bodyguards’ help. Su-Hee calls the director. She offers to film a new show. She thinks Ha-Na should get ride of the image of child star. She doesn’t play any new role now. She wants to focus on taking care of Ha-Na. Ha-Na takes over the contract from her mother. She learns that her mother wants to sign with her.

At present, Ha-Na tells Yu-Geon that her world is beautiful and shining to some people. But she wants to run away from the film studio. He can tell that she’s ready for it. She just needs to find the door. She notices that he smiled. She saw it for the first time.

The next day at the hotel room, In-Wook walks out of the bathroom. He sees the cash Sa-Rang left. He reads the note. She asks him not to misunderstand it. It’s just the Laundry Fees for his shirt. A few days later, he calls his brother. He tells him that he slept with a woman a few days ago. But he has missed the woman. His brother asks him to stop it.

In-Wook goes to the network to look for Sa-Rang. She isn’t there. He runs into PD Park. Sa-Rang breaks into the meeting room when In-Wook and PD Park are talking. She goes against it. But PD Park thinks In-Wook is suitable for the role on their show. She mentions the guy worked in Hollywood, and he’s a CEO of the film company. Sa-Rang reminds PD Park that they have decided the cast list. She apologizes to In-Wook that their spots are filled. She asks him to leave.

PD Park thinks In-Wook is a catfish man. She asks him to join on the fifth day. He says he’s fine with it. She discovers that he has a great sense of humor. Sa-Rang confesses it to PD Park that she slept with the guy. But PD Park asks Sa-Rang how many times they did it. In-Wook says one time. PD Park asks Sa-Rang if she loves the guy. Sa-Rang denies it. In-Wook doesn’t love Sa-Rang as well. PD Park thinks it’s enough. She asks In-Wook to star in.

In-Wook is going to sign the contract. Sa-Rang asks him if he thinks it’s funny. He says yes. She persuades him that it’s not late if he regrets it. She will explain it to PD Park for him. He asks her why he’s not good since her ex-boyfriend can do all of that. He asks her if she likes him. She reminds him that she blocked him. He came there on his own. He thinks she will think it’s a shame since they’re over after they did it one time. She asks him how he knew it. Did he ask the women who he slept with? He tells her that he believes that he will sleep with her again.

In the studio, Su-Bin and Yi-Jae talk about the roles. He notices the scar on her leg. In the evening, they drink with Ms. Lee Mi-Hyun and Jin-Soo at the restaurant. Jin-Soo says that he doesn’t expect that Su-Bin and Yi-Jae sit together. Yi-Jae reveals she didn’t believe it when Jin-Soo and Mi-Hyun wanted to date. But the two supported each other. Mi-Hyun tells Yi-Jae that she should have beaten her and stopped her. Yi-Jae says she did it.

Su-Bin receives a message from his mother. She tells him that she loves him very much. He texts her back. He offers to have a meeting tomorrow at noon. Jin-Soo tells Yi-Jae that there are a lot of plot holes in her story. He wants to help her. He says Lan Ying is going to give up on love.

The time is the capital in 1930. Lan Ying chases Wu Qian on the street. He tells her that he didn’t know the guy he killed was her friend. She pulls out her gun. He says he’s ready for his death. Because he loves her as well. She says goodbye to him. She shoots him.

Su-Bin sees the message that his mother sent. She apologizes to him. She says she’s very busy. Hwa-Yeon walks into the room. Cheol-Gyu tells her that if she wants to see her son, she should recover soon.

Outside the restaurant, Su-Bin and Yi-Jae say goodbye to Mi-Hyun and Jin-Soo. Su-Bin wants to take Yi-Jae home. But he gets a call from his mother. They return home. Su-Bin finds his mother at the house. He notices that she was beaten. She apologizes to him. But he thinks the person who should apologize is someone else. He goes to the study to see his father.

He tells his father that he shouldn’t have beaten his mother. Cheol-Gyu drinks the wine. He tells his son that the one who beat the woman was him. He thinks he shouldn’t have come back. He mentions he dislikes Defective Products. Su-Bin grabs his father’s collar. He asks him not to talk nonsense before he kills him. Cheol-Gyu reminds Su-Bin that the woman is his wife, but she’s not his mother.

Su-Bin beats his father. He asks him not to show up in front of him and his mother. Cheol-Gyu tells Su-Bin that he will flee like a coward. Su-Bin says he will be always Cheol-Gyu’s flaws. Cheol-Gyu laughs. He thinks his son is very stupid. He mentions he fled to save his life. But Yi-Jae almost lost her life to catch up to him.

It flashes back. Hyun-Ok grabs Cheol-Gyu’s collar. She tells him that her daughter had an accident when she was on the way to look for his son. She wants Su-Bin to be like her daughter. She wants to break his leg. At present, Su-Bin runs on the street. He feels guilty after knowing what happened to his girl.
