In the 5-6th episodes of Ever Night Chinese Drama Recap, Zhuo Er is killed by Zhang Yiqi since he knows he murdered Ning Que’s father. Ning Que kills him, and unites Zhao Xiashu to fight with army at Chun Feng pavilion. Zhao Xiaoshu shows his stunning sword skill.

Emperor Tang apologizes to Li Yu sincerely, and wishes her to stay with him. She is moved to tear up, and asks him to release Xia Hou. Because Xia Hou takes army, and Jinzhang Wangting and Yan kingdom will attack Tang Empire if Xia Hou stays at capital. Emperor Tang is pleased for her kindness. Sang Sang picks the cheapest store, and asks Ning Que to see his texts in it. He thinks the store is shabby, but is satisfied with it.
Li Hunyuan takes his brother Xiao Liuzi to play at the palace, and beats him up for a sachet. Emperor Tang and Li Yu pass by, and he scolds Li Hunyuan. Ning Que and Sang Sang’s store is set up, and Zhao Xiaoshu praises them. Ning Que recommends his texts. But Zhao Xiaoshu claims the stores of the street belong to him, and bets to waive Ning Que’s rent if his store can survive.

Li Yu scolds Li Hunyuan, but he wrongs Xia Tian. She warns him not to do things Emperor Tang dislike, and remembers the revenge. The next day, Xia Hou is released and returns his camp. Li Yu takes a night to sew a sachet. Ning Que takes Sang Sang to visit the cosmetic store. She likes the cosmetic, but doesn’t want to waste her money. He buys it for her, and she thrills.
Li Yu heard that Chong Ming played at Hong Xiuzhao, and doesn’t expect he is so decadence. He claims he is so dumb, and didn’t protect her. She encourages him to return Yan Kingdom to get his throne, and mentions Long Qing who is called son of light. But Chong Ming is frustrated.
Long Qing sees wizard leading people to asks devil king to save them, but Long Qing thinks Hao Tian won’t die, and kills the wizard. Zi Mo fights with Long Qing because his task is to kill him, but wizard wakes up to absorb his life and dies. Zi Mo asks for death, but Long Qing forgives him. Zi Mo is moved to tear up the wizard’s clothes, and find the map of devil sect. Long Qi asks Zi Mo to finish the task, and says that he wants to see the real ever night.
Zi Mo begs Long Qi not to return west palace, but Long Qing doesn’t fear it at all, and promises to see him at west palace. Zi Mo thinks Long Qi is true sons of light. Ning Que and Sang Sang see the spellmaster Yan Se exchanging sugar fruit with texts. Sang Sang wants to eat sugar fruit. Ning Que writes the text in the sand, and takes away the sugar fruit. Yan Se finds out Ning Que is the successor he looks for, but Ning Que and Sang Sang disappear.
Zhuo Er is surrounded by the soldiers in the lane, and he fights with them. But he is wounded, and flees to visit Ning Que. Nobody opens the door, so he has to place his rope in the cabbage. The person blocks Zhuo Er’s way, and kills him. Ning Que finds the blood on his door, and sees the soldiers taking away his friend’s body. Sang Sang find the rope, and a note from the cabbage. He takes the note, and finds the place Zhuo Er was killed.
Ning Que is sad, and the note proves Zhang Yiqi is the officer wronged his father. Ning Que swears to kill Zhang Yiqi, and follows him to Hong Xiuzhao. He runs into a person Chu Youxian, and Chu Youxian takes him to visit Hong Qiuzhang since Ning Que is first time to look for girl. The leader of Hong Xiuzhao, Jian Dajia finds out Ning Que is a good boy, and tells him to study. Ning Que is speechless, and explains that he came there because of curiosity.
Ever Night Chinese Drama Recap: Episode 6
The girl Shui Zhuer thinks Ning Que is very handsome, and asks Xiao Cao about him. Xiao Cao says Ning Que is the person wanting to study in academy, and asks Shui Zhuer to welcome new guest. But Shui Zhuer touches Ning Que’s cheek. Zhao Xiaoshu finds Zhuo Er’s sword, and knows Zhang Yiqi killed him because he found out he is double spy. Zhao Xiaoshu feels guilty, and swears to take revenge.
Ning Que decides to kill Zhang Yiqi tomorrow, but he wants to let people know it. Sang Sang suggests him to write a poem. The next day, he sneaks into Hong Qiuzhao, and wants to kill Zhang Yiqi. Zhang Yiqi is scared to beg for mercy, and reveals he interrogated General Lin’s case. Chen Zixian wronged General Lin to betrayed empire, and he is a blacksmith. Yan Suqing cut off General Lin thumb to sign the faked contract.
Ning Que asks Zhang Yiqi about the behind, but Zhang Yiqi pretends to be death. Ning Que wakes him up with water, and Zhang Yiqi flees. But he trips to die. Then Ning Que leaves, but Zhao Xiaoshu saw the scene.
Li Peiyan is furious after hearing the news. Cui Delu reveals someone spots Zhao Xiaoshu at Hong Xiuzhao, and thinks he must be related to it. Li Peiyan scolds Zhao Xiaoshu, and asks him to be his dog since princess Li Yu returned. But Zhao Xiaoshu claims he won’t be anybody’s dog, and leaves.
Li Peiyan abuses Zhao Xiaoshu. Magician comes in, and predicts Zhao Xiaoshu’s death. Chong Ming wears mask, and asks Cui Delu to kill Zhao Xiaoshu. Hua Shanyue informs it to Li Yu, and she asks him to help Zhao Xiaoshu. She says that she will reports it to Emperor Tang.
Yu Lin army surrounds Zhao family, Lao Wu gathers everybody to save their boss. Zhao Xiaoshu visits Ning Que, and promises to free his rent. But Ning Que is ungrateful. Zhao Xiaoshu reminds him that his brother Zhuo Er was killed, and says he needs his help. But Ning Que asks for $500. He says that he will finish the task if those people really killed Zhuo Er. But he needs to leave money for Sang Sang. Zhao Xiaoshu agrees.
Ning Que takes his weapons to arrive at Chun Feng pavilion with Zhao Xiaoshu. Lao Meng and Mao Shu take their followers to wait for them. They blames Zhao Xiaoshu for commandeering their businesses. Zhao Xiaoshu claims people of fish and dragon sect won’t appear at Chun Feng pavilion. People of fish and dragon sect go to mess up Lao Meng and Mao Shu’s camps. They their spies were arrested.
Lao Meng thinks nobody will go to save Zhao Xiaoshu. Zhao Xiaoshu rushes to them in Ning Que’s help, and kills a group of enemies. Mao Shu asks to cast knives, but Ning Que blocks them, and kills Mao Shu’s followers. Lao Meng flees. Zhao Xiaoshu kills people beside Ning Que with his flying sword, and shows up to Mao Shu. Mao Shu is scared, and recognizes Zhao Xiaoshu is the swordmaster.
Zhao Xiaoshu waves the water to kill Mao Shu’s followers, and they win. They return to Zhao family, and archers hide at the stairs. Zhao Xiaoshu gives a mask to Ning Que, so nobody will recognize him. They step into the house, and Zhao Xiaoshu recognizes the leader is the person killing Zhuo Er.
The leader asks archers to shoot, and Zhao Xiaoshu copies his sword into 5 swords to protect he and Ning Que. The soldiers at stairs come out, and fight with them. Zhao Xiaoshu kills the leader with his mind. Ning Que is tired when fighting with the soldiers.
