Ling Xi takes care of Jiu Chen and makes the handwarmer for him. She mentions the female immortals glared at him when he took her to walk out of court. She thinks it’s normal that immortals fear his position, and wants to beat Tian Lei and Madam Yuan.
Jiu Chen laughs and asks Ling Xi to get out. Shi San and Ling Xi sigh that they couldn’t help Jiu Chen. Madam Yuan thinks Yuan Tong only has Jiu Chen in her mind, and asks her to make clear her standpoint. But Yuan Tong thinks her brother’s death isn’t Jiu Chen’s fault.

Yuan Tong realizes that Du Yu knew it, but grabs the letter, thinking it can prove Jiu Chen’s innocence. But he points out that she won’t see Jiu Chen again if she does so. Du Yu thinks Jiu Chen didn’t explain it because he wants to protect Yuan family, and Yuan Tong remembers Yuan Zheng wrote down that he got confused by demon. Yuan Tong burns the letter on her own.
Ling Yue thinks Zhong Hao is kind, and doesn’t want him to get the sins of his ancestors. She asks Jing Xiu to help Zhong Hao in heaven, and thinks Zhong Hao’s clansmen shouldn’t get involved. Jing Xiu drops the immortality knot, and Ling Yue is surprised to see it.
Ling Yue remembers she fled with Mo Huan while taking the baby Ling Xi. Mo Huan told Ling Yue to take the baby to flee, and he fought with the enemies alone. Ling Yue left the immortality knot on Ling Xi, and went to look for Mo Huan.
Ling Yue realizes that Jing Xiu lay to her, and her child is still alive. Ling Xi wonders why what immortals said is same to her dream, but she thinks they wronged Jiu Chen. Heaven Emperor gives the book to Bai Shan, and Bai Shan finds out that the evil power of Ghost Mountain increases more.

Heaven Emperor can ignore Jiu Cheng killing Yuan Cheng, but he cannot stand demon king’s waking. He intends to kill each immortal relating to demon. Huan Yan helps Ling Xi weave immortality knot, and thinks Ling Xi intends to give it to her love.
Hua Yan shares that she used to be mortal who lived in the court, but Ling Yi points out that Hua Yan always serves people, even if she came to heaven world from mortal world. Ling Yi runs into the immortal, who intends to feed the mortal dog to mythological beast. Ling Xi stops her and decides to raise the dog.
Ling Xi wakes up and finds out that the dog Little White disappeared. She thinks Shi San ate her, but Shi San denies it. Ling Xi goes out and runs into Jiu Chen, who is hugging Little White. He allows her to raise Little White but requires her to take the duty. Ling Xi tells Jiu Chen that she believes him to be a good immortal.
Little White takes the immortality knot to get in Jiu Chen’s room, and he takes away the immortality knot from the dog. But he finds out that Little White just peed. Ling Xi is on knees and wants to get punishment for Little White.
Jiu Chen asks Ling Xi to clean up the palace, and thinks the immortality knot he takes is fake. She wonders why he found it out, and he smiles that White messes the palace up while she cleans it.
