This is the Recap & Ending for Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Episode 2. The maid looks for Bu-Yeon. She reports to Cho-Yeon that she doesn’t find her sister. Cho-Yeon believes that someone kidnapped Bu-Yeon. Bu-Yeon tells Jang Uk that she feels happy to see him. She asks him to carry her.
Cho-Yeon Gets Angry at Dang-Gu

Bu-Yeon explains to Jang Uk that she believes that they will run fast if he carries her. But he rejects it because he thinks she can walk. She follows him and thinks it’s very easy to him to carry her. He points out that she’s not light.
Bu-Yeon complains to Jang Uk that she wears layers. He tells her to take off the layers. She mistakes that he wants to sleep with her. She reminds him that it’s her first time to sleep with a man. He explains to her that he just wishes her to take off the robe.

Jang Uk is startled when Bu-Yeon takes off her clothes. She comforts him that she will only take off her robe. She reveals she was ill. She knows nothing about her illness because she lost consciousness. She asks Jang Uk to find out why her mother wanted to concealed her.
Cho-Yeon tells Ho-Gyeong that she believes Dang-Gu kidnapped Bu-Yeon because the guy thought Cho-Yeon is the bride. Dang-Gu cries when he thinks about that the bride is Cho-Yeon. But Seo Yul tells Dang-Gu that the bribe is Bu-Yeon. He hands over the handkerchief to him.
Dang-Gu wipes off his tears. He wonders if Seo Yul saw Bu-Yeon. Seo Yul denies it. He mentions Yoon-O promised to let him see Bu-Yeon after he gets married. Jang Uk walks Bu-Yeon by the river. He mentions the Bu-Yeon he knows is blind.
Bu-Yeon leaks that her vision came back when she recovered. Jang Uk holds her head. He takes a look at her eyes. He thinks she’s not a soul shifter because she doesn’t have the blue mark. He reveals he’s the only one who can see the blue mark.
Bu-Yeon believes that Jang Uk killed the infamous soul shifter. He stops and tells her that he wasn’t the one who killed the soul shifter. It makes her ask him more questions about the soul shifter. She explains to him that she wants to know more about him because he’s her husband. He’s furious to tell her that he wants to send her back to the boat.
Bu-Yeon tells Jang Uk that she will stay with him even if he’s a thug. He comforts her that he’s not a bad person. She asks him why he saved her from the wedding boat. He reveals what she saw was the ice stone. He tells her that he saved her because she has divine power.
The soul shifter shows up from the lake. He sees the ice stone Jang Uk takes. Bu-Yeon senses the soul shifter. He dives into the water. He pulls the fisherman into the water and kills him. Go Won tells Jin Mu that he doesn’t want to see Jang Uk again. Jin Mu tells Go Won to use Jang Uk.
Seo Yul runs into Yoon-O. He thinks he should be in the wedding room. Yoon-O complains to Seo Yul that Dang-Gu kidnapped his bride. Dang-Gu shows up. He’s surprised that he did it. Ho-Gyeong visits Park family. She tells Park Jin that she came to catch Dang-Gu. He intends to have a fight with her because Dang-Gu is the master of Park family.
Dang-Gu shows up. He tells Ho-Gyeong that he didn’t kidnap Bu-Yeon. He explains to her that he wanted to ruin the wedding because he thought the bride was Cho-Yeon. Seo Yul tells Ho-Gyeong that Dang-Gu has stayed with him. Park Jin realizes that Ho-Gyeong came to look for Bu-Yeon.
Heo Yeom mentions Bu-Yeon is dead. He asks Cho-Yeon to explain it. She tells him that her sister has lived in Jin family. Ho-Gyeong feels sorry for bringing the trouble to Park family. She walks away. Cho-Yeon glares at Dang-Gu. She leaves Park family as well.
Dang-Gu wonders why Cho-Yeon was upset. Seo Yul thinks Cho-Yeon wished Dang-Gu to kidnap her. Dang-Gu claims that he’s the master of Park family. So he couldn’t do anything he wants. Seo Yul tells Dang-Gu not to regret for the things he didn’t do.
Bu-Yeon returns to Jang family with Jang Uk. She tells him that her family is very rich. She believes that it will help him. But he tells her that he’s only interested in her holy power. She regrets for bragging her power. Do-Joo runs into Bu-Yeon. She asks her who she is.
Bu-Yeon Persuades Jang Uk to Share a Wedding Drink with Her
Jang Uk introduces Bu-Yeon as his bride to Do-Joo. He asks Do-Joo to prepare a room for Bu-Yeon. Do-Joo agrees to it. She walks away. Jang Uk tells Bu-Yeon that Do-Joon has taken care of him since he was born. She’s surprised that he let the woman he trusts take care of her.
Do-Joo takes Bu-Yeon to the room. She gives a beautiful dress to her. Bu-Yeon likes the dress very much. She tells Do-Joo that she wants to keep the dress. Do-Joo agrees to it. Bu-Yeon reveals Jang Uk took her home after she had made a proposal to him. Do-Joo is surprised because she thought Jang Uk wouldn’t get married.
Jang Uk drinks alone. He remembers someone told him that he will die if he loses the ice stone. The soul shifter possesses the bodyguard. He swears to get ice stone when he walks on the street. Bu-Yeon finds the wine from Jang Uk’s study. She drinks the wine.
Jang Uk shows up behind Bu-Yeon. He asks her if she stole his wine. She feels sorry for doing it. He lets her have a seat. He hands over the wine to her. She drinks the wine and pours another cup of wine. She hands over the wine to him. He tries to drink the wine. She reminds him that it’s a wedding drink.
Jang Uk refuses to drink the wedding drink. Bu-Yeon persuades Jang Uk to drink the wedding drink. He agrees to it. But he needs to check one thing first. He closes the door and places the lantern on the table. He asks her to turn off the lantern. He believes that she has the ability if she’s the greatest priestess.
Bu-Yeon takes a look at he lantern. She confesses to Jang Uk that she lost her divine powers. He believes that she’s a useless woman to him. He tells her to go home. He tries to leave his study. But she stops him and shows her bracelet to him. She leaks that the maids found her through the bracelet.
The priestess finds the wedding boat. She believes that she will find Bu-Yeon soon. Bu-Yeon tells Jang Uk that she’s going to tell the priestesses that she got married with him when they find her. She tells him that she doesn’t want to leave his house.
But Jang Uk cuts the tracking thread. He tells Bu-Yeon to leave. Bu-Yeon drinks up the wine. She reveals the person who treated her told her that her divine powers will be back if she finds her memories. Ho-Gyeong reports to Lee Cheol that Bu-Yeon is missing. She worries that Bu-Yeon got her divine powers back. Lee Cheol reveals Bu-Yeon would be Naksu if she got her divine powers back. He tells Ho-Gyeong that he knows she will kill Bu-Yeon once she gets Bu-Yeon’s baby. He reminds her that the promise she made.
It flashes back. Ho-Gyeong takes Bu-Yeon’s body to see Lee Cheol. She asks him to save her daughter. But he tells her that he has to kill Bu-Yeon’s soul to let her alive. She agrees to his plan. So he saves Bu-Yeon’s life. He tells Ho-Gyeong that Bu-Yeon is Naksu even if she looks like her daughter. He asks her to let Jang Uk help Bu-Yeon. But she rejects it because she knows the guy has feelings for Naksu. She believes that Jang Uk won’t recognize Naksu even if he sees her. Because he didn’t see her before.
Lee Cheol mentions everyone knows Bu-Yeon is alive. Ho-Gyeong thinks she was so lucky to find her daughter. Bu-Yeon leaves Jang Uk’s house. She runs into the bodyguard. She smells something from the bodyguard’s body. She returns to Jang Uk’s house. She finds out that the bodyguard passed out.
Bu-Yeon walks into the bathroom. She sees the soul shifter from the pool. She tells him to leave. But he drags her into the pool. Jang Uk shows up. He saves Bu-Yeon when he kills the soul shifter. He carries her to the bed. Servant Lee reports to Jang Uk that Bu-Yeon came back to save him.
Jang Uk feeds Bu-Yeon the wine. He drinks up the rest wine. He remembers what she told him that it’s a wedding drink. Yoon-O gives Bu-Yeon’s portrait to Dang-Gu. Dang-Gu promises to find Bu-Yeon for Yoon-O. Queen gets angry after knowing Yoon-O wanted to marry Bu-Yeon. Because Bu-Yeon’s father made her have the looks. She asks King to help her leave the body. But he rejects it.
Jin Mu takes a look at Bu-Yeon’s portrait. He’s surprised by her looks. He decides to look into Bu-Yeon. So-Yi sees Bu-Yeon’s portrait as well. She knows the person isn’t Bu-Yeon. Do-Joo pours Bu-Yeon tea. She tells her to drink the tea to warm herself. She asks her if she intended to leave last night.
Bu-Yeon Leaves Jang Family to Meet with Seo Yul
Bu-Yeon realizes that Jang Uk didn’t told Do-Joo about their business. Do-Joo reveals Jang Uk had taken care of Bu-Yeon all night. She adds that he allowed Bu-Yeon to stay in his house for three days. Bu-Yeon feels happy. Do-Joo tells Bu-Yeon that Jang Uk has sleeping trouble. Bu-Yeon believes that Jang Uk wishes her to take out the ice stone from his body with her powers.
Park Jin is making meju with red beans. Do-Joo thinks Park Jin won’t make it. She has a fight with him. She complains to him that Jang Uk took a girl home when he still has feelings for Naksu. Yun-Ok is surprised to see Bu-Yeon in Jang Uk’s house. She asks her who she is. Sun-I recognizes Bu-Yeon because she saw her portrait before.
Bu-Yeon is surprised that Yun-Ok knew her name. Sun-I tells Bu-Yeon that everyone in the city is looking for her. She tells her to leave Jang Uk’s house. Bu-Yeon wonders who wants to find her because she knows Ho-Gyeong wouldn’t do that.
Yun-Ok recognizes Bu-Yeon’s wedding dress. She tells her that the one who looks for her is Seo Yul. Bu-Yeon is happy to leave her room with the wedding dress. She runs into Servant Lee. She asks him to tell Jang Uk that she doesn’t need the medicine.
Bu-Yeon sees her poster. She decides to marry Seo Yul because she thinks he will be a good husband. She goes to the restaurant to look for Seo Yul. Ju-Wol feels sorry for treating Bu-Yeon as a thief. She wants to help her return to Jin family. But Bu-Yeon tells Ju-Wol that she wants to see Seo Yul.
Ju-Wol tells Bu-Yeon to wait for a while. She goes to the second floor to look for Seo Yul. Bu-Yeon takes a look at the cup on the table. She remembers Jang Uk drank the wedding drink. Ju-Wol wakes Bu-Yeon up. She reminds her that Seo Yul came. Bu-Yeon smiles when Seo Yul shows up.
Seo Yul is surprised that Bu-Yeon wanted to see him. She tells him that she wouldn’t run away from home if she knew the groom is him. Because he’s very handsome. She tells him that she has given her heart to someone else. He realizes that she doesn’t wish to marry the man of Seo family.
Bu-Yeon admits it. She wishes Seo Yul not to look for her. He agrees to it. He tells her that he will tell it to his uncle. She feels happy because she can give up the marriage with any regret. He takes a look at her. He thinks he saw her somewhere. She denies it because she hadn’t left her room. She tries to leave. But she sees the priestesses. The priestesses take Bu-Yeon away.
Do-Joo runs into Jang Uk. She tells him that Bu-Yeon ran away with the wedding dress. She asks him what happened to him and Bu-Yeon. He tells her to forget it. He returns to Bu-Yeon’s room. He sees the bracelet she left. He remembers she told him that she cannot leave her mother. He believes that she has been locked again.
Ho-Gyeong is furious to break into Bu-Yeon’s room. She gives her a slap. She hugs her when she stares at her. she tells her that she thought she lost her again. Yoon-O meets with Seo Yul. He tells him that he broke off the marriage because Queen didn’t wish him to do so. He thinks he doesn’t have to care for Bu-Yeon.
Seo Yul feels painful in his heart. Yoon-O asks Seo Yul if he let the doctor treat him. Seo Yul asks Yoon-O not to tell anyone about his illness. Jin Mu meets with Ho-Gyeong. He tells her that he wants to see Bu-Yeon. But she rejects it because Lee Cheol told her that he will hurt Bu-Yeon. He tells her that she won’t keep Jinyowon if she doesn’t let him see Bu-Yeon.
The follower reports to Go Won that Bu-Yeon is going to attend the party. He asks him if he wants to see Bu-Yeon. Go Won rejects it. Park Jin lets Jang Uk taste the porridge he made. He asks him why he kidnapped Bu-Yeon. He believes that he did it for taking out the ice stone. He tells him not to marry a girl who will kills him.
Jang Uk reveals Bu-Yeon ran away. Park Jin tells Jang Uk that Bu-Yeon will be the heir of Jin family. Ho-Gyeong tells Bu-Yeon that she needs to attend the party for helping Jin family. Bu-Yeon points out that she has no holy power.
Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Episode 2 Ending
Episode 2 of Alchemy of Souls Season 2 ends with Ho-Gyeong telling Bu-Yeon not to leave the house. She finds out that the tracking thread is missing. She sews the tracking thread on her back. Jang Uk takes a look at the lantern. He finds out that it was turned off. He wonders how Bu-Yeon achieved it since she lost her holy powers. Bu-Yeon was sad to leave Jang Uk’s house. She turned off the lantern by mistake. Jang Uk remembers Bu-Yeon told him that she didn’t lie to him.
Ho-Gyeong takes Bu-Yeon to show up. She asks her not to leave her house after the party. She introduces her to the people. Bu-Yeon walks to the stage. Jang Uk arrives. He turns off the lights. He takes the lantern to walk to Bu-Yeon.
Bu-Yeon is surprised to see Jang Uk. He asks her to turn off the lantern. He tries to leave after she refused to do it. She tries to stop him but she turns off the lantern by mistake. She’s surprised by her powers. He hands over the lantern to her. He turns on all of the lights. He tells the people that Bu-Yeon cannot be the heir of Jin family because she has gotten married with him. Bu-Yeon admits it. She tells her mother that she shared a wedding drink with Jang Uk. She adds that she won’t return to Jin family. Jang Uk hugs Bu-Yeon. He asks the people for their blessings. Bu-Yeon takes a look at Jang Uk.
