In the 6th episode of Miss Hammurabi Korean Drama, Ba Reun confesses his love to Miss Hammurabi, but she rejects him because her family condition. The episode is little sorrowful after we know Cha Oh Reum’s past. She has no way but to survive because her terrible family situation.

The witness asks Se Sang to call her Miss in the court, Dan Di tells her that it was inappropriate, but he thinks it’s ok, and asks for a break when plaintiff and defendant are arguing. Ba Reun and Cha Oh Reum talks about plaintiff who asked media to delete the photo of him from college days.
Do Yeon comes to Ba Reun’s office, and tells him that Se Sang wants to see him, but Bo Wang is taking a look at the photo on her desk after she returned. He says that he just walks by desk, and thinks she startles him. Ba Reun says that Bo Wang comes to their office so often these days.
Bo Wang asks Do Yeon, “Is he your dad?” She says that he is her boyfriend, he thinks the man is her type, and leaves. She moves the photo, so that we can see the man is older than her 20 years. Se Sang asks Ba Reun to find what plaintiff wants during the mediation, when he is jumping on the fitness machine. Ba Reun tells him that he will schedule the mediation next week.

Ba Reun thinks plaintiff is handsome when taking a look at his photo, but Cha Oh Reum says he is much better-looking than plaintiff, and dislike his fake smile. He tells her that Se Sang wants him to find out what plaintiff wants, and do the mediation. Bo Wang shows up, and asks him to grab a drink with him.
Bo Wang asks Cha Oh Reum and Ba Reun about Do Yeon when they’re in the bar, and says that he has seen her with high-end designer stuff that only rich people know it. Ba Reun laughs, and thinks Bo Wang is interested in Do Yeon. But Bo Wang claims he has high standards, and swears that he won’t fall for such a cranky woman. Cha Oh Reum thinks Bo Wang looks weird. Ba Reun says, “That’s what’s strange. You care about meaningless everyday gestures. You imagine childish things.” But he realizes something, and is nervous to ask them to drink.
Cha Oh Reum gets stomach medicine for Ba Reun after he returned to office. She says that he acted cute when he was drunk, and reveals he played piano yesterday. He is nervous, and wants to go to library. She thinks it’s a good idea, and goes with him. He stares at her when she is in library, and recalls he did same thing during there high school.
Ba Reun is play flowers when Bo Wang comes to his office, Bo Wang asks him what he is going. Ba Reun is startled, when Cha Oh Reum shows up, and drops the books under his desk. She finds out the books he picked up are brain and psychology. He says that judge works with people’s memory, so that he picked up it. Bo Wang thinks it’s ridiculous, and asks about Do Yeon. Cha Oh Reum tells him that she substitutes for the clerk in trial, and will be back in the afternoon. Bo Wang claims that he isn’t interested in Do Yeon.

He peeks Do Yeon after she returned her office, and is out of mind. He hits his face, and tells himself that she is just a typist with nasty personality. Just then Se Sang shows up, and asks him what he is doing. He claims he thinks about his case, and walks around. Do Yeon smiles to him when he is leaving.
Ba Reun peeks Cha Oh Reum as well, when she is working. She says that she is going to be in charge of the mediation of the fight between friends starting a business. He thinks the case isn’t easy, and asks her not to confine them illegally. But she thinks it’s not confinement to let them stay with a beautiful woman.
The defendant thinks plaintiff just wants to be known from the case, but plaintiff’s lawyer tells Ba Reun that he just wants to forget the past. Bo Wang thinks it’s too convenient to forget the past, but Cha Oh Reum says that she can understand plaintiff’s feeling, because she has the past she wants to forget. Just then the waiter serves drinks, and asks Ba Reun if he will play piano. Bo Wang laughs, and says that Ba Reun was hilarious last night.
Cha Oh Reum plays piano at the stage in Bo Wang’s request. Ba Reun asks Bo Wang if he remembers signing up for the book club with him in high school, Bo Wang says that he remembers it, but he got bored and quit then.
Ba Reun ran into Cha Oh Reum for the first time at the party of the book club. He was out of mind, and dropped his book when she was playing piano on the stage.

Bo Wang praises Cha Oh Reum’s performing after she returned her seat, and thinks she played the song comes from “Titanic”. She is shocked. He thinks about the man with Do Yeon in the photo is her dad. Cha Oh Reum guesses he is seeing someone, and asks Ba Reun if he has hit on a girl. He isn’t sure about it, she says that he was always dressed up like a princess and is shy when they first met in the book club. But he doesn’t think so, and says that she was a nice person. She tells him that she hated herself back then, and thinks he is trusted senior.
Do Yeon shows up in the bar, and seeing Bo Wang drooling in sleep. Ba Reun wakes him up, Bo Wang is startled, and asks her what she is doing there. She says that she heard he is buying everyone drinks. He is stunned, and asks Cha Oh Reum, “is it on me?” Cha Oh Reum nods at him.
Cha Oh Reum wants to be Do Yeon’s friend, but Do Yeon thinks they should keep some distance. Bo Wang asks Do Yeon why she works as typist, since she looks like from a rich family. She smiles, and thinks he has quite an imagination. She reveals she comes from a very poor family, and has a hobby to work at night. He is shocked when she says, “At night!”
Bo Wang thinks Cha Oh Reum thinks her “Titanic” music is amazing, when she is going to leave. He recalls she was the girl who played “Titanic” at the book club, reveals Ba Reun had crush on Cha Oh Reum. Ba Reun blocks Bo Wang’s mouth, and says he talks nonsense, and wants to take him home. Do Yeon points out Cha Oh Reum is Ba Reun’s first love, and thinks he loved her because she was quite with long hair and looks like a princess.
Ba Reun walks down the stairs in the evening, and recalls he asked her mom for piano lesson, after knowing Cha Oh Reum was playing piano. But his mother asked him to play the guitar his father left. He took out two tickets of free concert for Youth, Debussy, and Ravel, and wanted to invite Cha Oh Reum to go together. But she told him that her piano teacher put his hand under her clothes, and didn’t dare to tell her father as he would be scary if he knew it. She left after her driver picked up her. Ba Reun said, “It ended too fast, before I could even begin.” when he was holding the tickets.
Ba Reun asks for the mediation of plaintiff Congressman Yo Han, and thinks he will find the truth if he can hear what he says in person. Yo Han says that the photo is a part of his life, so that he doesn’t want it to be public which he already told the defendant. Cha Oh Reum thinks defendant is too cruel to know the reason behind it.
Bo Wang comes to Cha Oh Reum, and asks for dinner out. But she says that she isn’t hungry, so that he has to leave. Cha Oh Reum and Ba Reun run into Yong Joon who invites them to Cha Oh Reum’s favorite restaurant.
The chef offers special dishes to Cha Oh Reum as she was their regular customer. Yong Joon is glad to come with her, and reveals they joined “Love for Sign Language” club before because his sister cannot walk. She reveals Yong Joon gives welfare to disabled.
She gets a call from someone, and leaves for a while. Yong Joon tells Ba Reun that she had tough time because of loneliness, and wants to be his friend. But Ba Reun rejects, and pays the dinner.
Cha Oh Reum shows up in the hospital, her mother falls asleep, her grandma worries about it. She recalls mother was hit after father died. Mother wakes up, but she is afraid of grandma when she wants to touch her face. Cha Oh Reum and grandma tear up.
Cha Oh Reum shows up at market, and tells aunt that her mother forgets her, but aunt thinks she will never forget her child, even if she forgets everything.
Ba Reun asks defendant’s attorney to leave for a while, when Yo Han keeps writing something on his paper without any words. Yo Han tells him that there are two women in the photo. One is the woman he cannot forget, but she was killed by a iron pipe; another woman is his wife.
His wife tears up in the hospital, while seeing the photo. Because she knows the woman he cannot forget isn’t her. He asks the doctor if his wife didn’t have any chance when she falls asleep. The doctor feels sorry, he lifts his fist, and hits his chest.
Yo Han tells Ba Reun that the suit isn’t about his right to be forgotten, but his obligation to forget. Ra Reun says that he knows his situation, and reveals he is going to persuade defendant. But Yo Han says that he just wants to tell him what happened, and withdraws the suit.
Cha Oh Reum asks Ba Reun why Yo Han filed the suit in the first place, he reveals he had something he wants to forget. She agrees, and thinks everyone has their own stories which he doesn’t want to tell to others. He wants to hear her story, and reveals he likes her. But she says that she has never had any feeling for him, and just treats him as colleague because she has to survive at the court. He tells her that he will help her as her colleague if she brings trouble.
Bo Wang comes to their office, and asks for drinks. Ba Reun tells Cha Oh Reum that she can go home if she is tried, But she wants to join.
Bo Wang asks why they’re so quite while they’re in the bar. Ba Reun says that they’re enjoying the song. Cha Oh Reum thinks the music is forlorn, and asks for the name. Ba Reun says that it’s “Melody of Star-crossed Lovers”, which is about two unfortunate lovers who never meet again after first meet. She tears up, and reminds her mother, going to the stage playing piano. He looks at her with sadder.
