This is recap for Queen of Tears: Episode 12. Hae-In watches the footage with Hyun-Woo. She recognizes the truck. She remembers she saw the truck when she met with her grandfather. She thinks the money is at home. Hyun-Woo takes Hae-In to take shelter from the rain.
Recap
Hyun-Woo takes off his suit. He puts the suit on Hae-In. He asks her to wait for him. He runs away. Eun-Sung drives by. He sees Hae-In. He gets off his car with an umbrella. He walks to her. But she mistakes him as Hyun-Woo. She holds his hand and she reveals she wishes to eat something.
He takes her to his car. Hyun-Woo arrives. He sees Hae-In getting in Eun-Sung’s car. He drives his car to stop Eun-Sung’s car. Hae-In intends to call the police. But she see Hyun-Woo walking to her. Eun-Sung locks the car door. Hae-In takes a look at him.
She realizes that he’s Eun-Sung. She lets him open the car door. But she refuses to leave with Hyun-Woo. She tells a lie to him that Eun-Sung invited her to go to his house to see her grandfather. She returns the suit to him. She gets in Eun-Sung’s car again.
The guy visits Da-Hye with flowers. She’s startled when she sees him. She steps back. He goes to see his son. He learns that his son’s name is changed. He reveals he did something bad to Soo-Cheol. Gun-U cries. The guy lets Da-Hye take her son to the bathroom.
Du-Gwan calls Hyun-Woo. But Hyun-Woo doesn’t pick up his phone. Du-Gwan worries that his son will do something with Hae-In. Hyun-Woo wakes up from the car after he was hit by someone. He finds out that he’s tied up. He sees the broker Seong-Uk.
Eun-Sung takes Hae-In to her house. He lets her go to get changed. She walks into the house and she sees the recording pen. Eun-Sung walks into the kitchen when the chef cooked the food Hae-In likes. He goes to the cellar to take wine. He gets a call from Seong-Uk who reports to him that he has killed Hyun-Woo.
Eun-Sung prepares the wine for Hae-In. But she doesn’t want to eat with him. He takes out the necklace. She learns that he was the one who saved her from the dog. He reveals he also saved her when she fell into the water. Seon-Hwa takes a look at the album with Bong-Ae.
Bong-Ae reveals her son saved a person from the sea. It reminds Seon-Hwa the past when she sees the photo of the beach. Hae-In eats with Eun-Sung after knowing he saved her. She goes to see her grandfather. She lets Eun-Sung stay outside.

Seul-Hee shows up. She’s furious to blame Eun-Sung after knowing he let Hae-In see her grandfather. She tries to get in the ward. But he stops her. Hae-In walks out of the ward. Seul-Hee claims that Man-Dae trusts her because his family never did good things. Hae-In leaves. Eun-Sung shakes his mother’s hand when she tries to stop him from chasing Hae-In.
Eun-Sung runs out of the house to look for Hae-In. She walks in the woods. It seems that she’s lost. She sees Hyun-Woo. She tries to walk to him. But she steps back because she worries that he’s Eun-Sung. Hyun-Woo finds Hae-In. He tries to touch her. But she stops him.
It makes him wonder what happened. She recognizes him in the end. She sees the injury on his forehead. She thinks he was hit. But he claims that nobody could hurt him when he strokes her face. She grabs his hand and she realizes that he’s the man she loves deeply.
Eun-Sung is in the CCTV Room to watch the CCTV. He learns that Hyun-Woo found Hae-In. He asks the workers to leave. He calls Seong-Uk and he asks him why Hyun-Woo is alive. Seong-Uk tried to kill Hyun-Woo. But Hyun-Woo persuaded him to call Eun-Sung. Seong-Uk called Eun-Sung. But Eun-Sung didn’t keep his promise. So Seong-Uk released Hyun-Woo after Hyun-Woo promised to help him.
Seong-Uk threatens to report Eun-Sung if Eun-Sung doesn’t give him the money. Eun-Sung hangs up. Hyun-Woo takes Hae-In to his house. He begins to clean the house. She finds the couch he slept. She thinks he slept well after he divorced her.
He denies it and he reveals he didn’t have a good life because she wasn’t with him. He goes to cook after knowing she’s hungry. Eun-Sung returns to the room where he ate with Hae-In. He throws the dish to the window. Hae-In eats with Hyun-Woo. She finds out that he’s a good chef. She gets angry when she thinks about that he will cook for another woman after she passes away. He thinks there’s no woman wishing to marry him. But she confesses it to him that she will marry him if she’s reborn.
Seul-Hee walks into the room. She finds out that Eun-Sung’s hand was hurt. He reminds him that Hae-In has used him. But he points out that the one who used him was her. She reveals she killed the people who hurt him. She asks him not to let Hae-In use him when she threatens to kill Hae-In.
Hae-In dresses Hyun-Woo’s wound. He asks her if he saw her grandfather. She remembered she cried after Man-Dae recognized her. She gave the recording pen to him. Seul-Hee walked into the ward when she believed that Hae-In asked Man-Dae about the secret fund. She blamed Man-Dae for hiding the money. She revealed that his granddaughter is going to die. She left the ward.
Soo-Cheol works out in the woods. He persuades himself that he’s very strong. But he’s startled to run away after he heard the sound from the woods. Hyeon-Tae walks into the gym. He finds out that Soo-Cheol is doing boxing. He’s confident when he mentions his wife. But it reminds Soo-Cheol his wife.
Da-Hye’s boyfriend gets angry after knowing Da-Hye only took very little money from Hong family. He hits the pillow and the light hurts Da-Hye. She hugs Gun-U when her son cries. They guy threatens to hurt her son if she doesn’t give the statue of Buddha to him. She promises to give it to him. So he goes to sleep. She drops the medicine into his wine. She leaves with Gun-U when he falls asleep.
Hae-In walks out of her room. She sees Hyun-Woo falling asleep on the couch. She’s close to him and she tries to touch his face. She takes back her hand when he wakes up. She reveals she had a good sleep last night. He hugs her and they sleep together on the couch.
Grace Go joins Eun-Sung and Seul-Hee when the two are having breakfast. Seul-Hee reveals Hyun-Woo sneaked into the house. She thinks someone helped the guy when she holds the knife. Grace Go met with Hyun-Woo in the car. She gave the gate card to him after he promised to give 5 percent of the secret fund to her. Seul-Hee tries to kick Grace Go out of the house because she believes that Grace Go betrayed them. Grace Go shares the secret with Seul-Hee that Hyun-Woo thought the money is in the house.
Mi-Seon notes that someone took photos of her house. She’s furious to stop the guy when she asks him to give the camera to her. He has a fight with her. He drives the car to hit her. Du-Gwan passes by. He sees his daughter lying on ground. But he ignores her and he leaves.
Hyun-Woo drives Hae-In to the mountain top. He takes her to see the sunset. He reveals it’s a good confession place. He takes out the ring. He asks her to take back the divorce. She tries on the ring. But she puts it back. She asks him to refund the ring. She reveals she mistook Eun-Sung as him. She cries in his car.
Beom-Ja watches Man-Dae’s footage with Conan Park. Yeong-Song shows up when he looks for his mother. He asks Beom-Ja about the whereabouts of his mother. But she doesn’t know it. Yeong-Song’s friends join Yeong-Song. They’re going to go to look for Yeong-Song’s mother.
But Beom-Ja stops them. She takes out the drone. Conan Park drives the drone to find Yeong-Song’s mother. Yeong-Song is happy to hug Beom-Ja. Yeong-Song takes his mother home. He helps her sleep. It reminds Beom-Ja her father. She cries when she remembered she was heartless to her father. He comforts her that her father knows she loves him deeply.
The maid sees Man-Dae taking the pill. She leaves. But he spits out the pill. He puts the pill into a box. Conan Park meets with Hong family. He believes that the secret fund is in the house of Hong family. But Hyun-Woo got nothing when he went to look for the money.
Hae-In remembers her grandfather asked her to come to the air-raid shelter. Eun-Sung talks with Seul-Hee about the secret money as well. He remembers Soo-Cheol told him that there’s a panic room in the house. Soo-Cheol patrols with his friends. He sees a woman getting off the cab with a suitcase. He tries to call police because he mistakes her as a killer.
But he finds out that the lady is his wife Da-Hye. She cries when she sees him. He runs to her and he hugs her. He sees his son. He strokes his hair. Da-Hye returns the statue of Buddha to Seon-Hwa. She promises to return the money to her.
But Seon-Hwa thinks it’s not enough. She asks Da-Hye to leave with the baby. But Soo-Cheol claims that the baby is his son. He takes Da-Hye to his room. She decides to leave after she returns to money to him. But he swears to go to look for her if she does so. She cries in his arms. Mi-Seon’s friends watch Da-Hye get together with Soo-Cheol. She wonders if they need to be nice to the lady. But Mi-Seon isn’t sure. Because she doesn’t know Da-Hye.
Hae-In puts on the ring in her room. She takes a look at the ring. She likes the ring very much. Because it’s suitable for her. But Hyun-Woo returns at that time. She’s startled to close the ring box. She conceals the ring. He takes the ring box and he intends to return it to the store.
But she puts the ring into the box. She claims that she tried on the ring because she wanted to study it. She leaves the room. He’s happy to place the ring on the desk. She returns to her room. She hits the pillow because she feels embarrassed.
Hyun-Woo meets with Yang-Gi at the restaurant. He reveals Man-Dae hid his money in the panic room. But he doesn’t know where the room is. Yang-Gi takes Hyun-Woo to meet with the designer who designed Man-Dae’s house. The designer reveals the money is in the elevator.
Hyun-Woo meets with Hong family. He reports it to them. He plans to break into the house with the police. Man-Dae doesn’t take the medicine again. Seul-Hee catches him. She asks him about his secret fund. He falls from the stairs after she left.
Hong family arrives at the house. Beom-Ja sees the ambulance in front of the house. She’s close to the ambulance. She learns that his father fell off the stairs. She cries when she sees her father. Man-Dae passes away. His family holds the funeral for him.
Seul-Hee cannot manage Queens Group because of Man-Dae’s death. Hae-In is sad when she’s in the car. Hyun-Woo grabs her hand to comfort her. He takes Hong family to the house. He asks Seul-Hee to leave the house. But she wants to wait until the funeral ends. Hyun-Woo and Hong family get in the elevator. They find something.
Epilogue
Hyun-Woo appears on the beach. He sees Seon-Hwa looking into Hae-In. He jumps into the sea to save Hae-In. The coach comes to pick him up when he comes out of the sea. Hyun-Woo sees Hae-In who’s sad after she lost her older brother.
