This is the recap for Queen of Tears: Episode 11. Hae-In tells the reporters the truth that she’s sick at the press conference. Hong family and Baek family are shocked after they saw the news. Hae-In tries to walk to Hyun-Woo. But she finds out that she’s in the field.

Hae-In passes out in Hyun-Woo’s arms. He sends her to the hospital. The doctor gives Hae-In a treatment. Hyun-Woo watches his wife outside the emergency room. He tears up. Hong family and Baek family come to the hospital. Seon-Hwa sees Hae-In when Hyun-Woo is taking care of Hae-In. She apologizes to her.
Beom-Ja and Grace Go get in the elevator. They’re going to go to save Man-Dae. But Seul-Hee kicks them out of the elevator. Beom-Ja follows Seul-Hee to the ward. She begs her to let her see her father. Seul-Hee agrees to it. They walk into the ward.
They find out that Man-Dae is awake. Beom-Ja cries to hug her father. Grace Go breaks into the ward. She sees Beom-Ja and Man-Dae. Beom-Ja asks her father to sue Seul-Hee. But Man-Dae forgets Seul-Hee. Seul-Hee smiles. She kicks Beom-Ja and Grace Go out of the ward.
Seon-Hwa scolds Hyun-Woo after knowing he concealed her daughter’s illness. Beom-Jun stops his wife. He learns that his daughter cannot be saved. Seon-Hwa cries in her son’s arms. Beom-Jun looks at Hae-In when she’s in a coma. Hyun-Woo apologizes to Beom-Jun.
He explains it to him that Hae-In didn’t tell them about her illness because she didn’t wish them to be sad. Beom-Jun gets in the elevator. He remembers Hae-In when she was a little girl. He cries. The doctor reports to Seul-Hee that Man-Dae is demented because of the brain damage.
Beom-Ja joins Seon-Hwa. She apologizes to her for not telling the illness of Hae-In to her. Seon-Hwa gets angry because she thinks Hae-In told everyone except her. But she remembers she was heartless to her daughter. She cries. Beom-Ja comforts Seon-Hwa.
Da-Hye calls Eun-Sung. She asks him to let someone get Soo-Cheol to take the medicine. Because she worries that her husband will die. He throws a fit to her when he threatens to kill Soo-Cheol. Soo-Cheol walks into Hae-In’s ward. He takes out the talisman.
He thinks his sister is sick because he keeps the talisman. He tears up the talisman. Hyun-Woo is moved to hug Soo-Cheol. Hae-In wakes up. She apologizes to Soo-Cheol. It makes him believe that she’s not well. Hyun-Woo lets him go to look for doctors.

Hae-In confesses it to Hyun-Woo that she has loved him. She feels regret for not being nice to him when her family bullied him. He comforts her that he won’t let her die when he hugs her. Seon-Hwa walks in the hospital. Soo-Cheol reports to her that his older sister woke up. But she flees. Beom-Jun is in the ward with Hae-In. He’s happy to tell her that he knows many famous doctors. But she asks him about her mother. Hyun-Woo finds Seon-Hwa when she cries in the hallway alone.
