Queen of Tears Episode 2 begins with Hyun-Woo crying after knowing Hae-In is going to die. He hugs her. She offers to die together since he cannot live without her. She mentions the accompanying funeral. She plans to bury him after she passes away.
Queen of Tears Episode 2 Recap: The Lady I Love

Hyun-Woo laughs because he thinks Hae-In is just kidding. But she tells him that she’s serious. He takes her to the couch. He asks her about what the doctor said when he conceals the divorce agreement under the couch.
It flashes back. The doctor asks Hae-In to come to the hospital. She walks out of her office. She runs into Hyun-Woo in front of the elevator. She asks him to go somewhere with her. But he rejects it and he’s furious to walk away.
She goes to to the hospital alone. She meets with the doctor Jin-Guk. She finds out that she forgot what she did after she arrived at the hospital. He tells her that she has Cloud Cytoma. He believes that she only has three months left.
Hae-In complains to Hyun-Woo that she tried her best to maintain a healthy body. She wonders why she cannot be treated. He offers to go to the hospital again because he thinks it was a misdiagnosis. He asks her to take a break. But she points out that she cannot sleep well.
Hyun-Woo has a good sleeping last night. He walks to the window. He opens the window and he looks outside. He’s very happy. But he doesn’t want to be buried with his wife. He plans to find a way to part with Hae-In before she passes away.
He tells himself not to smile. He walks into Hae-In’s room. He finds out that she’s falling asleep in the bed. He’s close to her because he mistakes that she’s dead. But she wakes up and asks him what happened. He kisses her and tells her that it’s a morning kiss. But she points out that he slept well last night.
They’re on the way to see the doctor. Hae-In asks Hyun-Woo not to leak her illness to her family because she knows she will be kicked out of the house if they know it. Soo-Cheol is going to go to see his grandfather Man-Dae. He wonders that his grandfather will scold him because he was tricked by a bad guy when he ran the business. Da-Hye comforts Soo-Cheol. She tells him to be confident.
Man-Dae scolds Soo-Cheol for overpaying the tax. But Soo-Cheol confesses to his grandfather that his deal fell. Man-Dae is furious to yell at Soo-Cheol. He thinks he should learn from Hae-In. Soo-Cheol passes out. He wakes up and blames Hyun-Woo because Hyun-Woo was the one who found his mistake. Sun-Hwa wonders where Hyun-Woo is.
Jin-Guk rechecks on Hae-In. He brings a bad news to her and Hyun-Woo that the results are the same. Hyun-Woo wishes to know how long his wife is going to leave. Hae-In doesn’t want to talk about her disease with the doctor. So she leaves the doctor’s office.
Hae-In tries to walk out of the hospital. She sees the patient in a wheelchair. She thinks she’s different. She goes to her office. She runs into her mother Sun-Hwa. Sun-Hwa wishes to see Hyun-Woo after her son was scolded. But Hae-In asks Sun-Hwa not to bully her husband. She threatens to give Soo-Cheol a hard time.
Yang-Ki meets with Hyun-Woo at the restaurant. He tells him that he’s going to help him get a divorce. But Hyun-Woo doesn’t intend to get a divorce with Hae-In. He takes Yang-Ki to the parking lot. He reveals his wife is going to die.

Yang-Ki feels happy when his thinks his friend is going to take over Queens Group. But Hyun-Woo reveals Hae-In signed the will to make him not get anything from her. Yang-Ki persuades Hyun-Woo to win Hae-In’s heart within the three months so that Hae-In will change her will. Hyun-Woo scolds Yang-Ki because he thinks he’s not that kind of person. But she visits his wife with the flowers. He reveals it’s their wedding anniversary. He thinks their marriage can be lovely. He hands over the flowers to her. He leaves her office. She calls Secretary Na and she asks her to bring her a vase.
Episode 2 of Queen of Tears ends with Hae-In walking into the woods alone. She’s attacked by the wild boar. She remembers Hyun-Woo told her that he loves her. She closes her eyes before the wild boar hits her. But Hyun-Woo shows up to protect Hae-In. He kills the wild boar.
