Queen of Tears Episode 3 follows the past of Hae-In and Hyun-Woo. Hae-In just became Hyun-Woo’s girlfriend. He took her to the orchard of his family. He bragged to her that his famous is famous in the town. They arrived at the store where his mother owns.
Does Hae-In Fall for Hyun-Woo?
Note: From here on out there are specific plot spoilers for Queen of Tears Episode 3.
Hyun-Woo walked into the convenience store to look for his mother. But his mother wasn’t in the store. He opened the fridge and he asked Hae-In to choose one ice cream. He made the decision for her. He let her taste the ice pop. He revealed that the kid liked the buy the ice pop after the school.
Hae-In tasted the ice pop. She revealed it’s her first time to taste the ice pop. She told Hyun-Woo that her mother never bought her the ice pop before. He mentioned she always wears T-shirt with holes. But she claimed that she bought the T-shirt from Europe. But he mentioned his grandma wore the T-shirt. She laughed to claim that she’s not poor. He promised to be her side even if her family has debts.
Hae-In wonders why the memories come back when she’s going to be killed by the boar. Hyun-Woo blocks the boar in front of her. He kills the boar. Hae-In opens her eyes. She sees Hyun-Woo. She comes back to the reality. He drops his gun. He asks her if she’s fine.
Eun-Seong shows up. He asks Hae-In if she’s fine as well. Hyun-Woo guards Hae-In. He reminds Eun-Seong that Hae-In needs to take a break. He holds Hae-In’s hand. He takes her away. They’re on the way to leave the forest. Hae-In tells Hyun-Woo that she doesn’t want to die. But she trips.
He checks her leg. He finds out that she sprained. He carries her. Soo-Cheol makes the smoke when he burns the wood. Beom-Jun mentions Hyun-Woo would do a good job if he’s there. He sees Hyun-Woo coming back when he carries Hae-In.
Seul-Hee talks with Sun-Hwa in the kitchen. She mentions the shaman told Man-Dae not to go hunting. Soo-Cheol breaks into the kitchen. He reports it to Sun-Hwa that Hae-In was hurt when she hunt the boar. Sun-Hwa runs out of the kitchen to see her daughter.
Man-Dae wakes up when Seul-Hee is talking with the shaman over the phone. She tells him that his ex-wife intended to kill him when he hunted. She asks him to listen to the shaman. Hae-In treats her wound. Beom-Jun plans to call the doctor.
But she rejects it because she thinks she just sprained. Soo-Cheol is surprised that Hyun-Woo killed a boar. Beom-Jun thinks Hyun-Woo is an expert. But Sun-Hwa thinks Hyun-Woo is just a rookie. Hae-In reveals her husband was a marine.
Hyun-Woo goes back to the woods. He finds out something. He has dinner with Hae-In’s family. He reports to them that the fence was broken so that the boar could attack Hae-In. Seul-Hee reveals there was a person trying to kill Man-Dae. Man-Dae decides to go to check it on his own.
Beom-Jun hands over the food to Hyun-Woo after Hyun-Woo saved his daughter. Sun-Hwa tells Eun-Seong to treat her as his mother after knowing his parents passed away when he was young. The woodsman shows up with the dog. He reveals the dog saved his son when his son fell asleep in the fire.
Man-Dae asks the woodsman to sell the dog to him. But the woodsman rejects it because the dog is his family. Eun-Seong visits the woodsman when he’s chopping the wood at home. The woodsman agrees to sell the dog to Eun-Seong after Eun-Seong promised to give him 100 million.
Soo-Cheol has a talk with his wife Da-Hye. He drinks the wine alone. He feels regret because she cannot drink with him. But she drinks up the wine when he goes to the bathroom. Soo-Cheol runs into Hyun-Woo. Hyun-Woo tries to share the knowledge with Soo-Cheol. It makes Soo-Cheol realize that Hyun-Woo fears to sleep with Hae-In.
Hyun-Woo denies it. So Soo-Cheol persuades Hyun-Woo to go upstairs. He returns to the living room. He finds out that the bottle is empty. Da-Hye tells him that the one who drank up the wine was him. Hyun-Woo sneaks into Hae-In’s room.
Hae-In wakes up when he tries to life the cover. She gets angry after knowing her younger brother delayed him. She lets him take off her top. She asks him to go to take a shower. She remembers he protected her when he’s taking a shower in the bathroom.
She tells herself that her husband isn’t handsome at all. But she’s lost when she remembers Hyun-Woo carried her in the woods. He opens the door of the bathroom. She sees his body. She’s flustered to walk into the bathroom. She fans her face because she feels hot.
He walks into the bathroom. It makes her nervous. He explains it to her that he came to wipe the water on the floor. But she’s furious to ask him to go to dry his hair. He sleeps in bed with her. He thinks the bed is too small. But she reminds him that he slept with her before.
It flashes back. Hyun-Woo takes Hae-In to his room. She’s very happy when she sees his photos. He persuades her to sleep in his room because it’s too late. He tells her that he will be outside. He leaves the room. She smiles. He knocks at the window. It makes her go to open the window. He invites her to enjoy the moon with him. She lets him get into the room. She learns her head on his shoulder when she enjoys the moon with him. They sleep together in the bed.
Hyun-Woo wonders how did he sleep with Hae-In. She reveals they cuddled. She invites him to cuddle with her. She tells him that she was just kidding after she noted that he’s scared.
Eun-Seong walks out of his house with the gun. He’s surprised to see the woodsman and his wife. The woodsman tells Eun-Seong that he regrets for selling the dog to him when he tries to hand over the check to him. Eun-Seong takes over the check.
But he tries to shoot the dog. Hyun-Woo stops Eun-Seong. Eun-Seong explains it to Hyun-Woo that he was just kidding. Hyun-Woo lets the woodsman take away his dog. Eun-Seong wonders if he can kill an abandoned dog. He walks away.
Man-Dae watches the footage of the CCTV. He finds out that his son Beom-Seok was the one who got into the entrance. He asks Grace Go to go to find out if Beom-Seok is in Korea. The woodsman talks with his wife about Eun-Seong. He thinks Eun-Seong is like the kid who killed the dog but he didn’t feel guilty.
Eun-Seong returns home. He calls Hae-In. He reveals he booked a meeting with Mr. Hermann for her. She’s very happy. She receives the letter from the doctor who apologizes to her. She learns that she’s going to die. She thinks it’s a waste because she owns many things. She walks into Hyun-Woo’s room when Hyun-Woo is falling asleep. She thinks he’s the biggest waste.

Hae-In goes to the department store. She sees Hyun-Woo when he’s having meeting. She finds out that he’s very handsome. She tells Secretary Na that the woman has feelings for her husband after they got married for three years. But Secretary Na thinks the woman is ill.
Queen of Tears Episode 3 Ending
Hae-In tries to check her message when she’s drunk. Hyun-Woo runs to her. He grabs her hands. It makes her throw away her phone. He tells her that he’s very happy that she found her phone. He tries to leave. But she grabs his hands. She kisses him.
