Queen of Tears Episode 4 follows Hae-In and Hyun-Woo outside the house. Hae-In is drunk. Hyun-Woo calls someone. He finds out that Hae-In is taking her phone. He tries to grab the phone from her. But she kisses him. They return home.
Hyun-Woo Buys Hae-In Shoes
Note: From here on out there are specific plot spoilers for Queen of Tears Episode 4.
Hyun-Woo doesn’t give up the idea to take back the phone. He follows Hae-In to her room. He asks her if she’s going to the bed. She’s not sure. She walks into her room. She’s very happy because she mistakes that he wanted to sleep with her.
She charges her phone. She goes to the bathroom. Hyun-Woo sneaks into the room. He sees the phone on the table. He deletes the message from the phone. He tries to flee. But she catches him. He explains it to her that he couldn’t sleep.
She mistakes that he cannot sleep because of her. He denies it and he reveals he just wanted to have a talk with her. She tries to have a talk with him. But he thinks she’s tired. He’s flustered to leave her room. She finds out that he cares for her. She laughs. He returns to his room. He remembers she used the pin 1031.
It flashes back. Hyun-Woo and Hae-In are very happy after knowing their child will be reborn on October 31. They prepare a starry sky room for the baby.
Hyun-Woo’s mother Bong-Ae blames Hyeon-Tae blames Hyeon-Tae and Mi-Seon after knowing they went to see Hae-In. Mi-Seon explains it to her mother that they did it because they heard Hyun-Woo wishing to get a divorce with Hae-In. She reveals Hae-In knows nothing about the divorce. She adds that Hyun-Woo gives up the divorce the idea as well.
Mi-Seon and Doo-Gwan think Hyun-Woo and Hae-In did a great job. But Bong-Ae points out that the two don’t know each other’s feelings. She goes to take the eggs.
It flashes back. Bong-Ae follows Sun-Hwa to the room at the wedding of Hae-In and Hyun-Woo. She tells her that she knows she doesn’t like her son because he comes from a poor family. She asks her to take care of her son. But Sun-Hwa thinks Hyun-Woo plans to get rich through the marriage. She tells Bong-Ae not to care for the two kids.
Bong-Ae wishes the two to live a good life. Hae-In drinks the orange juice in the morning. Hyun-Woo notes it. He remembers Eun-Seong told his wife to drink the juice. He plans to prepare some tea for her. But she rejects it and she’s close to him.
He closes his eyes because he mistakes that she’s going to kiss him. But he finds out that she just took off the hair for him. He returns to his room. He persuades himself that his heart raced because he feared her. She walks downstairs when he’s reading the newspapers.
He finds out that she wore a black dress. She reveals she’s going to wear the dress to see Mr. Hermann because she heard Mr. Hermann’s wife has the same dress. Hyun-Woo is outside the house. He wonders why his wife is pretty. He plans to go to work with Hae-In. She tells him that she likes his suit. He’s very happy.
Hyun-Woo is working in his office. Hyun-Woo’s secretary notes that Hyun-Woo is very happy. Hyun-Woo tells himself not to be happy because Hae-In just praised him one time. He sees her having meeting with the employees. He believes that she’s going to throw a fit. But she smiles after she got what she wanted. He smiles as well. He meets with Yang-Ki at the restaurant. Yang-Ki thinks Hyun-Woo has feelings for Hae-In. Because Hyun-Woo bought Hae-In shoes.
It flashes back. Hae-In trips when she takes the elevator. Hyun-Woo watches it. He tells her to be careful. She looks around and she tries to find out who called her. He’s startled to avoid her. She thinks the person is just a crazy man. Hyun-Woo buys the shoes.
He visits Hae-In with the shoes. He reveals he bought her the shoes because it was at half price. She points out that she has many expensive shoes. He persuades her to wear the comfortable shoes. She wears the shoes. But he sees her meeting with Eun-Seong. She let Eun-Seong touch her hair.
Yang-Ki hears the story from Hyun-Woo. He thinks Hyun-Woo is jealous. Hyun-Woo denies it. Yang-Ki reminds Hyun-Woo that he’s grilling the vegetable instead of the meat. Eun-Seong is on the way to see Mr. Hermann with Hae-In. He notes the shoes she wears.
She complains to him that her husband asked her to wear the shoe. He persuades her to change the shoes. But she’s very happy when she mentions Hyun-Woo worried that she will trip. Eun-Seong and Hae-In arrive at Mr. Hermann’s house. He asks her to just tell one thing to Mr. Hermann.
Hae-In meets with Mr. Hermann. She mentions his mistress. She knows his wife won’t let him see her daughter if his wife knows he cheated on her. She leaves his place with Eun-Seong. She mentions Mr. Hermann glared at Eun-Seong. Eun-Seong comforts Hae-In that he knows many secrets of Mr. Hermann.

Hae-In finds out that Eun-Seong isn’t the man she knew. She thinks she owed him because he just helped her. Hyun-Woo passes by the street store. He buys Hae-In the peanut cakes. It makes Yang-Ki believe that Hyun-Woo loves Hae-In. Hyun-Woo gets a message from Hae-In who tells him that she has a good news for him.
Queen of Tears: Episode 4 Ending
Hyun-Woo bikes to look for Hae-In in the field. He finds her when she walks alone on the road. He’s furious to give up his bike. He walks to her and he yells at her when he asks her why she came to his hometown. She explains it to him that she just came out for a walk.
