The Impossible Heir Episode 3 picks up with In-Ha walking to the stage in an empty hall. He smiles when he thinks he’s going to take back anything. Dong-Uk welcomes Joong-Mo in the meeting room when Joong-Mo joins him. In-Ju asks Dong-Uk if he’s Seong-Ju’s follower. Here is a recap of what happened.
Joong-Mo’s Plan Faces A Problem
Dong-Uk claims that he’s Joong-Mo’s son. Tae-O walks into the meeting room. He introduces himself to Joong-Mo. Joong-Mo lets everyone leave the meeting room except Tae-O. He asks him what kind of owner he is because he’s not the one he described.
It makes Tae-O believe that Joong-Mo is going to fire him. Joong-Mo smiles at Tae-O in The Impossible Heir Episode 3. But he fires him. Tae-O thinks Joong-Mo will need him in the future. Joong-Mo mentions Tae-O asked Dong-Uk to arrange the meeting. Tae-O reminds Joong-Mo that she can created another Kangoh Group somewhere.
Joong-Mo brings up that Tae-O turned his father into a murderer. Tae-O decides to resign. But Joong-Mo tells Tae-O to conceal himself. He gives a speech in a hall. He tells everyone to turn himself into a monster when In-Ha walks into the hall.
Joong-Mo walks out of the hall. Tae-O and In-Ha watch him. Tae-O believes that Dong-Uk will be given up because Dong-Uk isn’t useful anymore. In-Ha wonders if Seong-Ju will take over the company. Tae-O believes that Seong-Ju wants to control Kangoh Group. He goes to see Joong-Mo. He tells him that he’s going to work for him.
Joong-Mo swims in the swimming pool. He drowns. Geum-Seok arrives at Joong-Mo’s office with the family. She finds out that he’s eating. In-Ju is surprised that Joong-Mo didn’t pass out. Joong-Mo claims that he’s fine. In-Ju leaves Joong-Mo’s office with Geum-Seok.
They get in the elevator. In-Ju thinks there’s a problem that Tae-O is close to Joong-Mo. Geum-Seok asks Ji-Sun to manage her husband well. But In-Ju laughs to ask Geum-Seok to manage herself first when he grabs her shoulders in The Impossible Heir Episode 3. Seong-Ju is furious to scold In-Ju because he thinks he didn’t respect his mother.
Joong-Mo plays music in his room. Tae-O walks into his room. He reports to Joong-Mo that he has completed the task he asked him to do. He reveals Sang-Su agreed to their plan. Joong-Mo believes that the Royal Road Project will begin when Sang-Su becomes the leader of the party.
The doctor gives a presentation in the meeting. But he forgets what he’s going to say. So he goes to check the papers. In-Ha scolds the doctor. He thinks he’s wasting their time. He receives a message from Tae-O who tells him that Joong-Mo has left the hospital.
Seong-Ju shoots with Sun-Dong at the shooting range. They don’t know someone is watching them through the camera. The computer expert sends a footage to Tae-O. Tae-O learns that Seong-Ju met with Sun-Dong. He meets with In-Ha at his house.
He believes that Sun-Dong will be a problem because the guy is going to be a chairman of the Royal Road Project. Hye-Won shows the message to Tae-O that Seong-Ju is going to visit Blue House. Hye-Won attends the meeting. Sun-Dong is chosen to be the party leader.
Sun-Dong gives a speech. Tae-O leaves the hall. Joong-Mo gets angry after knowing Sun-Dong became the party leader. He asks Tae-O to find out who’s behind Sun-Dong. Hye-Won meets with Tae-O. She tells him that she’s not ready to marry In-Ha.

He asks her to bring the concrete facts to him within two days. She meets with Gyeong-Cheol. He tells her that he doesn’t trust her because he cannot see through her. He mentions there’s another person he cannot see through. She realizes what he means is Sun-Dong.
