What Happens In Destined With You Episode 2?

Hong-Jo tells Shin-Yu that she wishes him to leave. But he asks her to come with him. He reaches out his hand to her. She thinks he has nothing to say to her since the demolition is done. But he tells her that she wants to give a present to her.
Hong-Jo tells Shin-Yu that she cannot accept the present because of the law. But he tells her that he wants to give the thing to her that she should take. Hong-Jo takes a look at the box which was placed on the car. She’s surprised that the black mini-coffin belongs to her.
Shin-Yu reveals the shaman Eun-Wol made the box. Hong-Jo remembers the cute lady. She thinks the lady is a good person. But she still doesn’t want to accept the present. He mentions Eun-Wol gave her consent for demolition. He thinks she shouldn’t reject the present because the lady saved her life.
But Hong-Jo doesn’t want to open the box because she worries that there will be bones inside. But Shin-Yu thinks there will be relics inside. He hands over the box to her. He opens the car door for her. He tells her to get in his car.
But Hong-Jo doesn’t want to accept the ride that is given by a stranger. But Shin-Yu tells her that he just wants to give the box a ride. He tells her to inform him if she opens the box. Because he wants to know what’s inside the box.
Shin-Yu tells Hong-Jo that he wishes her to encounter the bus driver she knows. She yells at him that she will take a cab. She’s furious to leave with the box. Hong-Jo returns home. She remembers Eun-Wol thought she’s a nice her when she grabbed her hand.
Hong-Jo thinks Eun-Wol is a good person. She thinks the lady wouldn’t give weird stuff to her. She tries to open the box. But she fails even if she took out a hammer. Shin-Yu reads the book about the wooden box. He calls Hong-Jo and asks her if she opens the box.
Hong-Jo tells Shin-Yu that she didn’t open the box. He mistakes that she’s drunk. She denies it and reveals she couldn’t open the lock. Yoon-Joo shows up. She asks Shin-Yu to hang out with her. He tells Hong-Jo to call him when she opens the wooden box.
Hong-Jo goes to the company. Sae-Byeol asks Hong-Jo to get her some hangover drinks. Hong-Jo tries to go to buy Sae-Byeol hangover drinks. But Seo-Goo stops her. She goes to the flower house. Joong-Beom tells her to choose the flower she likes.
Jae-Gyeong tells Hak-Young to hire a new lawyer because they’re lost. Hak-Young wonders where he can find the outstanding lawyer who won’t ask for too many salaries. Jae-Gyeong tells Hak-Young that there’s a person who’s not interested in money.
Hak-Young laughs. He doesn’t believe that there’s such a person in the world. Shin-Yu is in his office. He thinks the box belongs to Hong-Jo. But she doesn’t call him. He calls her and asks her if she opens the box. She denies it and claims that she’s very busy.
But the kid blames Hong-Jo for sitting on the swing. Shin-Yu realizes that Hong-Jo is on the swing when she’s eating. She tries to tell him what she’s doing. But he’s not interested in her work. He asks her when she will open the box.
Hong-Jo isn’t sure about it. Because she needs to work overtime. But he tells her not to work overtime. He asks her to open the box after she returns home. But she tells him that she doesn’t want to talk with him because he’s not polite.
What Is Inside the Wooden Box?
So Shin-Yu is politely to ask Hong-Jo to call him after she opens the box. She tells him that she needs time to think about it but he hangs up. She’s furious to yell at her phone. But she falls from the swing. The kid mentions what he told Hong-Jo not to sit on the swing. He walks away.
Jae-Gyeong visits Shin-Yu. He tells him that he came to hire him. He reminds him that he will work with big companies if he joins them. He tries to leave. But Shin-Yu stops Jae-Gyeong. He asks him if Haum is one of the big companies. Jae-Gyeong admits it. He leaves Shin-Yu’s office.
Hong-Jo looks at the building Jae-Gyeong works. She smiles when she thinks about that they’re working overtime. She returns home and calls Shin-Yu. She notes that he’s working overtime. She mentions what he told her not to work overtime.
But Shin-Yu tells Hong-Jo that he doesn’t want to see her face. She shows the lock on the box to him. She tells him that she cannot open the box because of the lock. He’s surprised that she cannot open the small lock. She shows how does she fail to open the lock. She thinks he’s a dog. She tells him not to call him. She hangs up.
Shin-Yu arrives the company Law and High. The president Hyun-Seo apologizes to him and prepares a watch for him. He blames him for not bowing to him. Shin-Yu claims that he doesn’t work for Law and High anymore. He shows the message to Hyun-Seo that he just resigned.
Shin-Yu tells Hyun-Seo that he chose a big client. He smiles to walk away. Hong-Jo enjoys the noodles at home. She begins to dance and sees the broken light. She falls from the chair when she tries to fix the light. Jae-Gyeong shows up. He asks Hong-Jo if she’s fine. He thinks she should let him fix the light. He wonders why she did it.
Hong-Jo cries to tell Jae-Gyeong that he’s not there. He disappears. She cries and wishes him to come. Shin-Yu returns home. Se-Heon tells Shin-Yu not to go to work since he has resigned. He tells him to get married. Yoon-Joo is against it when she shows up.
Yoon-Joo tells Se-Heon not to force their son. She mentions her life got ruined after she got married. Shin-Yu returns home. He takes a look at Jae-Gyeong’s business card. Hong-Jo opens the wooden box. She finds a spell book. She reads the book and finds out that she can get a lover if she uses the spells in the book.

Episode 2 of Destined With You ends with Hong-Jo taking a look at the goat milk. She remembers the the spell book told her to use the goat milk to get her love. She smiles because she thinks she can make Jae-Gyeong have feelings for her with the love spell.
