This is the Recap & Ending for The Forbidden Marriage K-Drama: Episode 1. So-Rang tells the gambler that she will give him a secret wedding. But the bodyguards break into the room. So-Rang tells the gambler to keep the money. She runs away in someone else’s help.
Is Crown Princess Dead?

So-Rang walks into the room. She sees the couple. She mentions she helped them. But she’s caught by the bodyguards. So-Rang is released. Gwaeng-Yi goes to pick her up. She tells him that she needs money. So he gives her some money. She tells him that she wants to open a store with the money.
King stays in his palace. Someone cuts the flower. He runs away. Won-Nyeo is on the way to see King. She doubts if they really need to do it. Se-Jang convinces her. She mentions it’s a crime to drop the drugs into King’s tea. He tells her that he will do it even if he will be an eunuch.
Won-Nyeo points out that Se-Jang has been an eunuch. He persuades her that they did it for the nation. Cho Ran shows up. She introduces herself to Won-Nyeo. Se-Jang believes that Cho Ran will defeat King in the bed. He shows the medicine to her. She smiles.
Se-Jang takes Cho Ran to see the king Lee Heon. He tells him that the maid will serve him. Cho Ran takes over the tea from Won-Nyeo. She walks to Lee Heon. He drinks up the tea. Se-Jang has an eye contact with Cho Ran. She smiles when she takes off his clothes.
Won-Nyeo and Se-Jang leave the palace of Lee Heon. They close the door. Cho Ran takes off her clothes. She tells Lee Heon to treat her as his lover Ja Yeon. But he’s furious to cut her hair because he thinks she shouldn’t mention the name.
Lee Heon summons his followers. Cho Ran is scared to run out of his palace. Won-Nyeo and Se-Jang get on knees to Lee Heon. Lee Heon points his sword at Se-Jang. He asks him who gave the idea. Se-Jang tells Lee Heon that he just wishes him to get married.
Lee Heon asks Se-Jang if he wants to be killed. He tries to kill him. But Shin-Won stops Lee Heon. Lee Heon tells Se-Jang to leave. Se-Jang worries that Lee Heon will have a fight with Shin-Won. Won-Nyeo doesn’t believe that Lee Heon will do it because he and Shin-Won are friends.
Shin-Won reports to Lee Heon that he completed the task. Lee Heon throws away his sword. He asks him if he saw a crazy woman. He takes a look at the woman’s clothes on the floor. He admits it. He tells Lee Heon that the time of the Forbidden Marriage is too long to people.
Lee Heon realizes that Shin-Won still looks for the beauty. He tells him that the only one who can understand him is him. He tells him to continue to support him. So-Rang tells the real estate agent that she wants to open a tea house in city.
The real estate agent takes So-Rang and Gwaeng-Yi to see some buildings. So-Rang chooses one of the buildings to open her tea house. The real estate agent worries that So-Rang will be arrested if some of the couple are caught at her tea house when they have dates. So-Rang gives the money to the real estate agent. He laughs to tell her that he won’t betray her.
So-Rang sees Shin-Won walking on the street. She avoids him. She hears the bodyguard telling Shin-Won that King encountered a ghost. Grand Queen Dowager meets with Lee Heon. She’s furious to blame him for driving the girl away. It makes him want to look into the drugs.
Grand Queen Dowager asks Lee Heon if he slept with the beauty. She tells him that she worries about him. Sung-Gyun thinks Lee Heon released the Forbidden Marriage order because he likes men. Lee Heon promises to marry a queen for the future of the nation. But Sung-Gyun doesn’t believe that Lee Heon can do that. Lee Heon is furious to walk out of the court. He tells his follower that he’s going to go to the palace of Crown Princess.
It flashes back. Lee Heon prepares the lights for Ja-Yeon. He asks her to call his name instead of King when he paddles for her. He tells her that he wishes her to treat him as her man. He takes out the sweet drink. He drinks the sweet drink with her. He asks her to promise him that she will take care of herself. But she refuses to promise it.
Ja-Yeon kills herself in her palace. Lee Heon walks into Ja-Yeon’s room. He sees the death of her. The doctor doesn’t allow Lee Heon to be lose to Ja-Yeon. Because he thinks she’s a sinner. Lee Heon believes that his wife was killed by someone else. He cries to hug Ja-Yeon.
The follower persuades Lee Heon not to get into Crown Princess’s palace. But Lee Heon ignores him and walks into the palace. He sees some dead bodies. He kills all of the ghosts except Ja-Yeon. Lee Heon wakes up from the nightmare. He cries to look for Ja-Yeon.
Shin-Won walks into King’s palace. It makes Lee Heon realize that Shin-Won didn’t see Ja-Yeon. Shin-Won reminds Lee Heon that he promised to find a queen. He worries that he won’t get married if he keeps seeing Ja-Yeon. He tells him to forget Ja-Yeon.
So-Rang tells the two men that she will make the ladies they like fall for them. Gwaeng-Yi scolds So-Rang. He asks her if she wants to be arrested. Hae-Young shows up. She tells the two that she knows they need a worker. So-Rang interviews Hae-Young. She finds out that she likes to read novels. She hires her. It makes Hae-Young happy.

Lee Heon tells Shin-Won that he wants to know how the people talk about him. He visits the tea house Aedaldang. He thinks the palace is suspicious. So-Rang tells the customer that King likes men. Lee Heon tries to show up. But Shin-Won stops Lee Heon. He calms him down.

Episode 1 of The Forbidden Marriage K-Drama ends with Lee Heon remembering that crown princess told him to forget her. He walks to the garden. He sees Ja-Yeon. He tries to touch her. But she disappears. He wakes up from the dream.
