The Silent Sea: Episode 2 Recap

Yun-Jae gets Soo-Hyuk to scan the dead body, trying to know who he is. But the system doesn’t recognize the dead body. Ga-Young takes a look at the dead body. She thinks he was drowned. Gi-Su is envy of the guy because he drank enough water before he got killed.
Ji-An thinks the person got killed by radiation. She wants to do the autopsy for him. But Yun-Jae is against it because they need to go to command center. He takes the team members to the command center. Soo-Chan turns on the lights.
Soo-Chan reports to Yun-Jae that the radiation won’t kill them. He wonders why the workers closed the station. Yun-Jae asks Ga-Young for the permission to take off the helmet. Ji-An takes off her helmet when Ga-Young is thinking about it.

Ji-An tells Yun-Jae to look into the place even if the radiation won’t hurt them. But he rejects it after he took off his helmet because it’s their goal. He gets other team members to take off their helmets. But Soo-Chan doesn’t do that when he’s walking. Yun-Jae hits Soo-Chan’s helmet. He has to take off his helmet.
Soo-Chan tells Yun-Jae that the sample is possible to be placed at the three storages. Ji-An remembers she drew the map in Mr. Hwang’s help. Yun-Jae asks the team members to look for the sample from the three storages. Ji-An tells them not to touch the sample if the screen is red.
Ji-An tells Soo-Chan to let the system look for the victims because she knows they have the biometric chips. He agrees to it but he thinks it just wastes time because they cannot inform their families. Gi-Su walks Ji-An. He tells her that Mr. Hwang isn’t a good father even if he’s outstanding. But she’s not interested in what he said.
Yun-Jae arrives at the gate. But the gate doesn’t open. He calls Soo-Chan and asks him to check the system. He’s told that the gate has a mechanical issue. The team member tries to help Yun-Jae pull the gate. Ji-An walks by the stairs. She stares at the stairs. She remembers Mr. Hwang told her that Luna is a data storage. She turns around and sees Gi-Su’s face. She’s startled by him.
Ga-Young takes a look at the gate. She finds out that there’s a hand on the gate. She’s startled. Yun-Jae opens the gate and sees many dead bodies. Ji-An wants to take a look at the dead bodies. Ga-Young sends the footage to Ji-An. Ji-An finds out that the people were drowned. She asks Yun-Jae to go to check the medical records of the dead bodies. But he rejects it and tells her to focus on her task.
The Silent Sea: Episode 2 Ending
Ji-An remembers Director Choi didn’t reply her when she asked her why she invited her. Yun-Jae walks in the storage. He doesn’t find the sample. So he leaves. Kim Sun looks for the sample. He’s startled after seeing the dead body.
Tae-Suk picks up the water bottle and places it on the table. Soo-Chan sees the dead body taking the water bottle. He drops his flashlight and tries to reach the water bottle. Gi-Su walks when he takes the instrument. He sees the signal and thinks there’s a person who stays in the station besides them.
Soo-Hyuk asks Gi-Su and Ji-An to stay there to wait for him. He takes away the instrument and goes to look for the person. Gi-Su tells Ji-An to go to the medical room to find the truth. He adds that he will explain it to Yun-Jae for her when she’s questioned. She runs away.
Soo-Chan gets the bottle from the dead body. But he presses the dead body’s belly when he leaves from him. The drop flies into his eyes. He takes a look at the bottle. He doesn’t find the sample. Gi-Su returns to the storage. He tries to turn on the lights. But he fails.
Gi-Su drops the flashlight after he found the bottle from the table. The flashlight falls from the table when he takes a look at the bottle. He tries to take back the flashlight from under the table. Soo-Chan is on the way to the command center. The water drops from his ear.
