Li Yanran hugs Xu Ningyuan. He gets in the car and leaves. She smiles. He stares at her photo on the plane. She greets him and wants to sit with him when she takes off her sunglasses. She tells him that she resigned. She adds that she wants to pursue herself since everything is fine.
Li Yanran thinks it was coincidence that she and Xu Ningyuan took same plane. She shares the song she likes with him. Zhao Jiangyue and Gu Jiaxin are buying the baby clothes. Gu Jiaxin wants to buy Qian Jingjing’s baby a little motorcycle.
Zhao Jiangyue is against it because she’s not sure if the baby is boy or girl. Gu Jiaxin thinks girls can ride motorcycle as well. He offers to prepare it. She points out that he wants to visit toy store. The boy hugs Gu Jiaxin and calls him dad.

Zhao Jiangyue asks Gu Jiaxin to explain it. He tells the boy that he’s not his dad. The boy is sad to cry. He tells Zhao Jiangyue that his father is missing when he hugs her. Gu Jiaxin tells the boy not to touch his girlfriend. Zhao Jiangyue laughs because Gu Jiaxin is jealous of a kid.
The boy blames Gu Jiaxin for bullying him. Gu Jiaxin promises to buy him a toy. The boy asks for a little car. Gu Jiaxin agrees to it. But he asks the kid for calling him older brother. The boy wants to ride the carousel. Gu Jiaxin carries him to ride the carousel. Zhao Jiangyue smiles when she sees the two getting together.
Gu Jiaxin buys the boy a car model. The boy tells Gu Jiaxin that he’s hungry. Gu Jiaxin takes the boy to the restaurant. He notes that he’s happy when he plays with him, thinking he doesn’t look like a lost kid. He blames him for coming out to get the foods and drinks from them.
The waitress brings the drinks to Gu Jiaxin. She thinks his wife is very beautiful. He tells Zhao Jiangyue to call him husband. They take the boy to see his parents. The boy tells his mom that he wants to get a girlfriend like Zhao Jiangyue.
Gu Jiaxin tells Zhao Jiangyue that he wants to get a kid like the boy. But she points out that they don’t get married. He thinks she’s playing with him, asking her if she thought about their future. She says that she thought about it but she doesn’t have a plan because she worries that she won’t be a good mom.
Zhao Jiangyue tells Gu Jiaxin that she doesn’t want to bring the life to the world when she doesn’t think through it. He worries that he won’t propose successfully because she doesn’t want to get married. Qian Jingjing tells Gu Jiaxin to let Zhao Jiangyue understand his love.
Zhao Jiangyue shows up. She tells Qian Jingjing that she’s going to take Gu Jiaxin to see her parents. Gu Jiaxin blames Zhao Jiangyue for not telling it to him early. He adds that he didn’t take any gift. She comforts him that it’s just a meal. He asks for Qian Jingjing for the tips.
Gu Jiaxin brings the gifts to Mr. Zhao. He asks him if he drinks. Mr. Zhao denies. Zhao Jiangyue’s mom points out that Mr. Zhao worries that his daughter will run away from him with someone else. She tells Zhao Jiangyue that they wish her to get happiness.
Mr. Zhao asks Gu Jiaxin about his salary. He asks him how he helped his daughter to get happiness. Gu Jiaxin tells Mr. Zhao to hand over Zhao Jiangyue to him. He promises to give Zhao Jiangyue the happiness. Mr. Zhao chooses to trust Gu Jiaxin.
Zhao Jiangyue asks Gu Jiaxin what Mr. Zhao said to him. He reveals he promised to give the happiness to her. She smiles and tells him that she begins to miss him after knowing he’s going to leave. He tells her to leave with him. But she points out that she needs to get the permission from his mom. She tells him to kiss her. But she yells when he does so.
Xu Ningyuan announces that the 2020 best app is “Love Note”. Zhao Jiangyue is happy to hug Gu Jiaxin after she heard the good news. She walks to the stage to give a speech. She tells people that she wants to thank a person who helped her learn courage. She adds that the guy let her love a person without caring for anything, and she got a true heart.
Zhao Jiangyue says that the person let her understand that they cannot learn love because they don’t encounter love. The footage is played that Zhao Jiangyue asks Gu Jiaxin if he will marry her. It makes Gu Jiaxin tears up. He walks to Zhao Jiangyue and tells her that he wants to marry her. But he doesn’t take the ring.
Zhao Jiangyue takes out the ring she prepared. She wears the ring on Gu Jiaxin’s ring finger. She hugs him. Li Yanran gets a message from “Love Note” that her true love is on the right hand side. Xu Ningyuan sits on the right hand side. He asks her out. She smiles to agree to it.
Zheng Duoxi is excited after knowing the couple she cares got together. Qi Heng asks her about their love relationship. She holds his hand. Zhao Jiangyue walks to Gu Jiaxin with a style of motorcyclist. She tells him that she’s going to ride the motorcycle.
