He Yu and Xing Yun see Ling Shan asking for the ring he bought, and He Yu thinks Ling Shan wants to win Shen Qing with their memory. Xing Yun wonders if Ling Shan wants to propose, but He Yu catches the chance to wear the ring on Xing Yun and takes a photo.

Ling Shan takes Shen Qing to the restaurant, and she thinks the restaurant has been closed for a long time. But Mr. Shen shows up and reveals Ling Shan invited him to cook a table of dishes for Shen Qing. Xing Yun and He Yu try to walk in the restaurant, but they’re blocked by the waiter.
Xing Yun worries that Ling Shan will propose in the restaurant, and He Yu tells Xing Yun to call Chu Nan. She texts Chu Nan about it, and calls Xia Ke. He Yu brings a ladder, and tells Xing Yun to jump into his arms after he climbs over the wall.
He Yu imagines that Xing Yun jumps into his arms and asks for a kiss. But Xing Yun walks away. Ling Shan takes the ring and asks Shen Qing to remarry. Xing Yun stops Shen Qing and asks her to make the decision until Xia Ke arrives.
Ling Shan blames Xia Ke for making Xiao Xi without dad, and Shen Qing tells Ling Shan that she cannot marry him. She says that their past is just memories, and she loves Chu Nan. Chu Nan shows up, and Shen Qing hugs him. He tells her that she doesn’t ever have to give up her pride.
Ling Shan leaves, and He Yu asks Xing Yun about her feelings of seeing her ex-boyfriend finding his true love. He wants to lend a shoulder to her, but she tells him to take his hand off. Xia Ke mistakes Chu Nan as Ling Shan, and wants to beat him.
Xia Ke reminds Shen Qing about the woman Ran Ran, and she gives him a slap. But she feels sorry and hugs him. Xia Ke tells Shen Qing that he just wanted to protect her. He Yu tells Chu Nan that he is his successor, but Chu Nan thinks He Yu won’t succeed if he’s his successor.
He Yu wants Xing Yun to ride his car, but Xia Ke threatens Xing Yun that today will count as a work absence. Xing Yun explains that they came out for work, and Xia Ke reminds Xing Yun to check He Yu’s friend circle. She sees the photo of couple rings, and asks He Yu to delete it.
Xia Ke gets a call from someone else, and knows that Ling Shan picked up Xiao Xi. Xing Yun leaves with Xia Ke. Xiao Xi keeps asking Ling Shan about his mom, but Ling Shan tells his son to shut up. Shen Qing thinks she was careless to let Ling Shan pick up Xiao Xi, and Chu Nan reminds Shen Qing that Ling Shan won’t hurt Xiao Xi.
Xia Ke calls Shen Qing and asks for Ling Shan’s license plate number. Chu Nan tells Xia Ke that it’s X51, and reminds him that Ling Shan owes ten million yuan debt. Xia Ke asks if Xiao Xi wears the watch with the GPS, and tells Shen Qing to text the location to him.
Xia Ke stops Ling Shan’s car, and gets in the car to beat him. Xing Yun catches the chance to save Xiao Xi. Ling Shan asks Shen Qing to forgive him, and reveals he wanted to get some money to exchange Xiao Xi with Grandma. Shen Qing tells Ling Shan to leave, and Xia Ke reveals Shen Qing cut tie with Xia family for Ling Shan. So Madam Xia won’t pay for the threatening.
Xing Yun notes that Xia Ke’s hand was hurt, and she buys band-aid and treats his wound. He doesn’t expect that she would help Shen Qing and Chu Nan, and asks her if she gets out from the shadow of her last love. Xing Yun wishes Shen Qing not to choose it wrong, and asks Xia Ke why he concealed Ling Shan’s cheating.
Xia Ke shares that he didn’t want to make Shen Qing lose the capacity to love someone, and he couldn’t tell her the truth when she took Xiao Xi back. Xing Yun tells Xia Ke that Shen Qing was sad because of misunderstanding her brother, and nobody can hurt Shen Qing and Chu Nan.
Chu Nan drives Shen Qing and Xiao Xi to the cake shop, and he wants to take her to civil affairs bureau. But she claims that she is tired. He tells her that he will stay with her and Xiao Xi forever, and backhugs her. He asks her to marry him, and she agrees.
Xia Ke asks Xing Yun not to tell other people about the case of him and Shen Qing, and Xing Yun promises it’s the secret only belongs to them. He Yu tells Yao Qing that Xia Ke likes the cute girls like Xing Yun, and suggests her to change her sharp personality.

Xia Ke learns that Shen Qing and Chu Nan got married, but he reminds Chu Nan that his mom will be against it. Shen Qing tells Xia Ke that Xiao Xi conquered Chu Nan’s mom, and he doesn’t need to feel guilty. Xiao Xi wants to play Xia Ke’s toy, and Shen Qing wonders why Xia Ke starts liking cartoon figure. Chu Nan reveals he saw figures in Xing Yun’s house.
Xiao Xi wants Xing Yun to draw for him, and Shen Qing tells Xiao Xi to get Xing Yun to be his real aunt. But Chu Nan points out that He Yu likes Xing Yun. Shen Qing wants to see what Xia Ke thinks about Xing Yun. He Yu tells Yao Qing that he appointed Xiao Ke to have meal in Shen Qing’s house, and invites Yao Qing. But she rejects it.
Xiao Xi asks Xing Yun to draw Xia Ke, and she draws a big lion. Shen Qing tells He Yu to get fruits for Xing Yun and Xiao Xi, and He Yu tells Xiao Xi that he has a girl he likes. Shen Qing gets message from Mo Mo who asks her to ask Xia Ke for the gaming item, and Xing Yun tells Shen Qing to tell her assistant to take gaming items on the x website.
He Yu reveals the event will begin at 10 am, but Shen Qing reminds He Yu that she can get it right now. He Yu arrives at the company, and tells Yao Qing to resolve the problem. But she thinks he doesn’t need to do it.
