This is the Recap & Ending for Love Between Fairy and Devil: Episode 35. Rong Hao holds the bloodied to stand in the woods. There’s many dead bodies around him. Chidi Woman shows up. She calls Rong Hao. Her eyes are red. Rong Hao absorbs the evil spirit from the dead bodies. He transfers the evil spirit to Chidi Woman.
Why Rong Hao Kills Chidi Woman?
Note: From here on out there are specific plot spoilers for Love Between Fairy and Devil: Episode 35.
Chidi Woman looks around. She sees the dead bodies. She yells at Rong Hao, asking him what she did. She passes out. He runs to her, taking her home. He visits Tai Sui. He asks him what happened to Chidi Woman. Tai Sui points out that the looks of Chidi Woman is what Rong Hao wanted.
Tai Sui mentions Rong Hao asked him to use evil spirit to help Chidi Woman cohesion of her soul. He think he has seen the people’s natures had changed after they touched evil spirit. Rong Hao asks Tai Sui why Chidi Woman keeps asking for evil spirit.

Tai Sui tells Rong Hao that Chidi Woman will be a monster if she’s lack of evil spirit. Rong Hao asks Tai Sui why he hurt Chidi Woman. Tai Sui comforts Rong Hao that Chidi Woman will be free if he gets her body. Rong Hao points out that Chidi Woman will be puppet.
Tai Sui tells Rong Hao that Chidi Woman can have fun with him even if he possesses her. Rong Hao tells Tai Sui that he won’t believe what he said. Tai Sui is confident because he thinks Rong Hao doesn’t have other ways. Chidi Woman asks Rong Hao to kill her when he combs her hair. She tells him that she doesn’t want to be alive in such a way.
But Rong Hao wants to get evil spirit for Chidi Woman. She’s in tears. He remembers Tai Sui told him that he will stay with Chidi Woman forever if he gets her body. Rong Hao tells Chidi Woman that she won’t feel any pain if Tai Sui gets her body.
Chidi Woman rejects it. She tries to take her life. But Rong Hao takes off her sword. She thinks he was used hy Tai Sui because he has mortal heart. She tells him not to make the mistake again. Rong Hao points out that he’s a mortal. He doesn’t want to understand life and death.
Rong Hao thinks Chidi Woman doesn’t understand what he thinks because she was born to be an immortal. He tells her that he wishes her to be alive. He can do anything for her living. He gets on knees to her. She reveals she had mortal heart before.
It flashes back. Rong Hao plays flute on a snowy day. Chidi Woman listens to the music when she sits in front of the window. The waiters talk about Rong Hao. They think he’s going to die. Chidi Woman walks to Rong Hao who passes away on the snow.
Chidi Woman visits Si Ming. She asks her how she can save Rong Hao. Si Ming tells Chidi Woman that it will bring disaster if she insists on resurrected Rong Hao. She asks her if she makes the decision. Chidi Woman admits it. She tells Si Ming that she can take any cost. Si Ming asks Chidi Woman if she will regret it if she will be sent to hell. Chidi Woman smiles. Si Ming takes out the destiny book to save Rong Hao.
Rong Hao gets up. He’s surprised that Chidi Woman had mortal heart for him. She admits it when she tears up. He laughs to wipe off her tear. He hugs her and takes out his dagger to stab her back. He cries. Tai Sui asks Rong Hao what he did.
Rong Hao mentions the promise he made with Tai Sui. He thinks Chidi Woman won’t feel painful. Tai Sui blames Rong Hao for fooling him. Rong Hao tells Tai Sui that he wants to die with him. He thinks he’s going to stay with Chidi Woman forever. Tai Sui laughs. He thinks Rong Hao doesn’t have to power to kill him.
Rong Hao apologizes to Chidi Woman. He passes away. Goddess senses the anger of Tai Sui. Chang Heng pours Rong Hao a drink. He thinks he achieved his wish because he’s buried with Chidi Woman. He promises to bring wine to him when he visits him.
How Does Dongfang Qingcang Find Out that Goddess is Orchid?
Dongfang Qingcang pours Chidi Woman a drink. He regrets that he doesn’t have a chance to fight with her. Goddess mentions Tai Sui appeared. She tells Chang Heng to do the thing with her. She walks away. Chang Heng takes a look at the spiritual stone. Goddess recognizes the stone.
Goddess tells Chang Heng that she wished to pick a star to treat it as lantern in the evening. She mentions an old friend told her that the stone is like star. Chang Heng asks Goddess if she’s Goddess or Orchid. She tells him that she’s both.
Goddess tells Chang Heng that she remembered the past of two lives. He asks her if she has feelings for him. He realizes that she still loves Dongfang Qingcang. He asks her why she wants to get married with him. She mentions the alliance contract East Emperor did with Xilan Clan. She thinks she can only get power through marriage.
Goddess tells Chang Heng that the marriage is the mission they cannot betray. She tells him that she can only kill Tai Sui through the power. She thinks it’s the only method even if he doesn’t like it. He asks her if she will pass away after she kills Tai Sui. He tears up.
Goddess admits it. Chang Heng realizes that she doesn’t wish Dongfang Qingcang to get hurt. He blames her for letting him send her to die after he marries her. He thinks she didn’t think about his feelings. She apologizes to him. He tells her that what he wants isn’t her apology.
Chang Heng asks Goddess if she wants to tell him that she doesn’t have other ways. She denies it. She reveals she chose to accept the fate of Xi Mountain Goddess. She adds that she chose to give up her happiness and her sadness when she resurrected. Goddess tells Chang Heng that only he can help her. But he cannot give up her life. She tells him that he must help her.
Chang Heng follows Goddess. He tells her that Tai Sui’s next target is Dongfang Qingcang. He asks her if she wants to give up her life to protect Dongfang Qingcang. She admits it and confesses that she loves Dongfang Qingcang. Dongfang Qingcang joins Goddess. He comforts her that he understands that she’s not Orchid.
Dongfang Qingcang tells Goddess that he won’t tangle her because she’s going to get married with Chang Heng. He asks her a favor before he leaves Xi Mountain. Dongfang Qingcang takes Goddess to Lovesick Bridge. He tells her that the bridge was the place that he and Orchid were engaged.
Dongfang Qingcang takes a look at the Love Lock. She tells the tale to Goddess that he can stay with his lover forever if he hangs the lock on the bridge. He reveals he and Orchid intended to hang the love lock. But they didn’t make it.
Dongfang Qingcang asks Goddess to hang the lock with him. She rejects it because Orchid passed away. But he insists on doing it because he doesn’t want to forget Orchid. He promises to guard the memories of him and Orchid. Goddess asks Dongfang Qingcang if he has feelings for any girl except Orchid.
Dongfang Qingcang denies it. He tells Goddess that he only loves Orchid. She wonders why he cannot forget Orchid since she’s just an ordinary grass. He thinks she doesn’t understand the love of him and Orchid. He reveals Orchid was the only one who loved him. He adds that Orchid followed him even if she would be against the world.
Dongfang Qingcang tells Goddess that he broke Orchid’s heart because of the thorns of him. He cries to mention Orchid forgave him even if she knew he’s a bad person. He wishes to tell Orchid that he’s not the bad person anymore. He promises to protect her and make her not get hurt. But he doesn’t have the chance.
Dongfang Qingcang thinks he shouldn’t take Goddess to the bridge. Because he knows she’s not Orchid. He decides to hang the lock himself. He thinks Orchid will stay in his heart forever, and they won’t part. Goddess tries to leave. Dongfang Qingcang confesses to Orchid that the bone bracelet was sucking her soul. He thought the only way to protect her was to make her not love him.
So Dongfang Qingcang bullied Orchid to make her not love him. Goddess tears up. She joins Dongfang Qingcang. He tells her that he’s going to return to Blue Salt Sea. He wishes her to have a good marriage. He tries to leave. But she stops him. She’s close to him. She tries to touch his cheek to make him smile. She realizes something so that she’s startled to take back her hand.
Love Between Fairy and Devil: Episode 35 Ending
Episode 35 of Love Between Fairy and Devil ends with Dongfang Qingcang remembering Orchid taught him how to smile. He grabs Goddess’s arm when she tries to run away. He recognizes her and asks her why she doesn’t admit that she’s Orchid. She takes off his hand and runs away. Dongfang Qingcang remembers Si Ming handed over Orchid’s destiny book to him. She told him that she couldn’t change Orchid’s fate.
Dongfang Qingcang takes a look at Orchid’s destiny book. He finds out that she intends to die with Tai Sui. He remembers Si Ming told him that the only one who can change Orchid’s fate is him. He promised to try his best to resurrect Orchid. She thought he doesn’t understand it.
Dongfang Qingcang realizes the ending of Orchid’s fate. Shang Que shows up. He tells Dongfang Qingcang to leave with him. But Dongfang Qingcang wants to change the fate of Orchid. Goddess sits on the bed. Dongfang Qingcang stays outside.
Goddess notes Dongfang Qingcang’s leaving. She goes to look for him. He shows up behind her. He kisses her after she turned around. It makes her tear up. He walks away. Shang Que hands over the crown to Dongfang Qingcang. Dongfang Qingcang shakes hands with Shang Que. Goddess gets married with Chang Heng. Dongfang Qingcang walks in the wilderness.
