This is first and second episodes of Memories of Love Chinese Drama, Lu Fei (Wallace Chung) wants to see Xin Chen (Maggie Jiang) after becoming a successful director, but she doesn’t want to see him and took away the willing bottle they made ten years ago.
Memories of Love Chinese Drama Recap: Episode 1
Lu Fei gets a call from mother who asks him whether or not he is going to return China and reminds him that his business is in unite state after filming. He cannot forget those things happened before and has to go against his mother.
His 4th film is going to wrap up, he chased his dream and lots of friends support him on the road. The person he wants to see most is Xin Chen. Everything was changed in the past 10 years, except the missing to her. He reminds the music in the short film when thinking about Xin Chen, he wants to know whether or not she remembers the appointment which they made in the Yu Wei island ten years ago while standing another side of the world. Lu Fei doesn’t know if she forgave his leaving.
Xin Chen takes a bag of stuffs visiting a convenient store and calls captain, but there isn’t any response. Xin Chen’s uncle almost treats her as thief when noticing there are sounds come from his home, he asks her if she is fired. She doesn’t reply him and is upset, tearing. Xin Chen pretends her emotion well when cutting off chilies.
Lu Fei sends message to Xin Chen’s older sister Xin Di and asks where Xin Chen is, Xin Di lies that she went to Tibet. He goes to seaside of Yu Wei island and wants to takes out the willing bottle, but Xin Chen took it. He knows that she wasn’t go to Tibet and blames Xin Di for her cheating.
Xin Chen knows Lu Fei is looking for her from her sister while she is drinking with her uncle, she doesn’t want to see him. They close the store and hide themselves. Lu Fei sees the motorcycle lying in front of the store and knows Uncle Yu is inside and calls him.
Lu Fei talks to Xin Chen and mentions their first meet on the beach, while she was dancing, he remembers she got angry when she knew he didn’t want to United States and yelled at him loudly, people on the playground. Xin Chen hides in the store, he has to leave.
Lu Fei calls Xin Di and asks her to give him Xin Chen’s number, Xin Chen doesn’t want to pick up the phone, so that Uncle Yu has to put on the speakerphone. Lu Fei says that he will wait her at beacon and thinks he hurt her, but the appointment cannot be removed. Uncle Yu calls police and lets Lao Lin settle this matter.
Lu Fei’s manager Ji Ruoli let him to visit Liu Haoran after landing China, but he doesn’t visit Liu Haoran. Ji Ruoli thinks he is in Yu Wei island. Lu Fei is arrested into police station, he claims he is a director and going to shoot a romantic film.
Uncle Yu thinks Xin Chen made the mistake. Lu Fei kissed Xin Chen when he met her in her 17 year old, she thought he is the one. But she stayed with bad boy and wanted to make him angry when she knew he was going to the united states. She wanted to say sorry and hugged him when he looked her, but she didn’t.
Uncle Yu goes to the police station explaining to Lao Lin about Lu Fei’s case, Lao Lin gets angry and pretends to arrest Uncle Yu, and decides to release Lu Fei. But Uncle Yu worries Lu Fei since it’s dark, and lets Lao Lin treats him something. Lao Lin cooks instant noodles for him. Lu Fei recalls Ji Ruoli thinks his project in China isn’t a good idea, she worries he eats instant noodles again since she doesn’t accompany him.
The next day, Liu Haoran has a meet with Lu Fei and gives him some dance documents. he found Xin Chen’s info.
Memories of Love Chinese Drama Recap: Episode 2
Boss Gao Mei tells Xin Chen that there is one person who comes from film company is going to visit her. Xin Di gets some clothes for Xin Chen from Hong Kong, but Xin Chen doesn’t like it and let her not buy her clothes again. Xin Di explains to Xin Chen the Fu Fei’s matter and promises that he won’t hurt her again, and mentions Lin Leqing and thinks he is a good person who gets rich. Xin Chen doesn’t know why Xin Di leans to Lin Leqing, Gao Mei reveals she saved the spending in housekeeping since he gave her some helps.
Liu Haoran reports to Lin Leqing that Le Fei went to Yu Wei island, he visits the dance class. Lu Fei left after seeing Lin Leqing talked with Xin Di at dance class. Xin Chen’s smile is still there after ten years, but it doesn’t belong Lu Fei. He wants to know if she still misses him since she took away the willing bottle.
Lin Leqing treats Xin Chen delicious foods and asks her what she likes most, she reveals she likes to teach kids dancing. He mentions a director wants her to teach dancing, but she isn’t interested in it. He tells her that he donated a road to their school and named it Chen Guang Road, Xin Chen got angry after hearing what he said and left.

Lu Fei visits Xin Di’s office, she tells him that everything is over since ten years passed and thinks he didn’t care about Xin Chen’s feeling. She mentions Lin Leqing treats her sister well and wishes they get together, blaming him disturbing their life.
Dai Weifan visits Xin Di who recalls their one night stand, she revealed it was her first time, but Dai Weifan ran away. Lin Leqing visits Lu Fei and asks him to attend their school’s festival, but Lu Fei is upset when Lin Leqin holds Xin Chen’s hand at the festival.
Lin Leqing has dinner with Lu Fei and thinks he should settle the matter with Xin Chen, as she has trouble since he returned. Lu Fei knows she didn’t stay with Lin Leqing, but Xin Chen refuses to see her. Lin Leqing has a meet with Liu Haoran and order him to get Lu Fei and Xin Chen meet no matter what way he uses.
Liu Haoran goes to dance class and visits Gao Wei, inviting Xin Chen as the dance director of their movie, after knowing Lu Fei wants Xin Chen to be the lead actress of his movie. But Xin Chen refuses it when she knows the movie’s director is Lu Fei and reveals she won’t dance for everybody, especially Lu Fei. Lu Fei is shocked after hearing what she said.
