Xi Chi prepares the birthday present for Xu Fang, and she fools him again. It makes him thinks she has a crush on him. Xi Chi opens the closet. She gets her herself a clean coat. But her roommate tells her to throw it away. Because she thinks she looks like her father when she wears the coat.
Xi Chi gets herself another shirt. But her roommate thinks it’s ugly. Xi Chi wears the shirt to see Xu Fang. He lets her wear his clothes. But he thinks she’s cold. She tells him that he’s outstanding. But he scolds her because she made him lose face in front of his team members. She returns the clothes to him. She leaves the archery range.
The team member teases Xu Fang. Xu Fang tells the team member to get lost. He eats with his friend in the cafeteria. His friend thinks Xi Chi has feelings for Xu Fang. He reminds Xu Fang that Xi Chi will be stolen if he doesn’t take action.
Xi Chi is in the dormitory. She wonders why Xu Fang doesn’t contact her since she worked hard. Her younger brother visits her when she’s working at the pet store. Her boss goes to get them drinks. Her younger brother thinks the guy is warm.
He wonders if the guy works at the store like Xi Chi. Xi Chi reveals the guy is the store owner. The guy brings the water to Xi Chi and her younger brother. Xi Chi’s younger brother asks the senior how much older is he than Xi Chi. The senior reveals he’s three years older than Xi Chi.
Review
“The Best of You in My Mind” brings us the confession moment. Xu Fang and Xi Chi fell for each other, but the two don’t want to confess their feelings even if Zheng Xu sees it.
They follow the rule that the one who confesses first will lose in the love battle. So Xi Chi still calls Xu Fang dog even if she likes him.
Xu Fang confirms Xi Chi’s feelings, and he asks her if she likes him. It makes her nervous when her head hides in the hoodie.
