Gyeong-Pil is surprised that Mi-Gyeong knows it. He wonders why she didn’t say something. He thinks she’s a fool. She claims that she just protected her love. She thinks she wasn’t stupid to wish Sang-Su to give up Su-Yeong. He tells her that he worries that she will be hurt.
Su-Yeong gets a message from Sang-Su who asks her if she returned home. She walks out of her house to avoid Jong-Hyeon. She calls Sang-Su and asks him if he’s fine. He denies it and lies to her that he’s at home. But she sees him.

Sang-Su turns around. He sees Su-Yeong as well. She laughs. Jong-Hyeon opens the window. He sees the meeting of Sang-Su and Su-Yeong. Sang-Su tells Su-Yeong that he came to her house because he wished to walk with her. She notes that he’s in pain.
Mi-Gyeong takes away Su-Yeong’s coffee. She explains to her that she left with Sang-Su because Sang-Su wanted to stay with her. Tae-Pyung throws a fit in the office after knowing Seok-Hyeon ruined the reputation of the bank. He thinks men and women are the problems.
Ku-Il asks Eun-Jung about which women Seok-Hyeon chose. She tells him that she doesn’t know about it. Ji-Yoon thinks people are scary. She mentions they know the personal information of Seok-Hyeon and his ex-girlfriend. Ku-Il thinks the relationships are scary. He tells Du-Sik not to date anyone. Min-Hee thinks they should support Seok-Hyeon. But Shi-Kyung is furious to walk out of his office. He tells Jong-Hyeon to go to wash his car.
Seok-Hyeon cries to walk out of the office. Sang-Su follows Seok-Hyeon. Mi-Gyeong sees it. She’s surprised. Du-Sik reveals Seok-Hyeon was asked not to work for two months. Mi-Gyeong takes a look at Su-Yeong. She reminds her that her career ends if she has rumor. She wonders why Seok-Hyeon did it. She believes that he has been regretted.
Ku-Il goes to the restaurant with the colleagues. He tells Sang-Su to sit with Mi-Gyeong. It makes Mi-Gyeong smile. Ku-Il thinks Seok-Hyeon was a fool to cheat on his wife. But Seok-Hyeon tells his colleagues that he doesn’t regret. He reveals he did it because he worried that he would lose his ex-girlfriend.
Sang-Su asks Mi-Gyeong if she made the decision. But she tells him that she has given her answer to him. She asks him when he’s going to call her father. He tells her that they’re over. She scolds him because she believes that he will be like Seok-Hyeon.
Sang-Su tells Mi-Gyeong that he doesn’t care for it. She reminds him that Su-Yeong will be hurt as well. She tells him that he will lose his job if he breaks up with her. He points out that she won’t be fine to stay with him because she knows he loves another woman. She tells him that she prefers the relationship than breakup.
Mi-Seon goes to Jung-Im’s shop. She explains to her that she left because she was shocked. She mentions their families are different. She asks her about her plan. She thinks they should care for the children’s future. But Jung-Im tells Mi-Seon that she didn’t think about it. Because the children haven’t been dating for long.
Mi-Seon points out that she found out the children’s relationship a long time ago. She realizes that Jung-Im doesn’t like her daughter. Jung-Im mentions Mi-Seon doesn’t like her son as well. Mi-Seon gets angry because she thinks she should be the only one who’s against the relationship. Jung-Im smiles. She reminds Mi-Seon that she has pimple. Mi-Seon takes a look at her face in the mirror. She’s upset.
How Does Sang-Su Find Out that Su-Yeong is Living with Jong-Hyeon?
Su-Yeong gets a call from Jong-Hyeon’s friend who asks her to come to the gathering. Jong-Hyeon apologizes to Su-Yeong for what his friend did to her. But she tells him that she will come. She drinks with his friends. She asks them if it’s a special day.
Seon-Jae tells Su-Yeong that it’s their 50-day celebration. She adds that they have 50 days until the exam. She’s surprised that Su-Yeong didn’t know it. The girl asks Su-Yeong how she encountered Jong-Hyeon. Su-Yeong reveals she and Jong-Hyeon work at the same bank.
The people thinks Jong-Hyeon is skilled. But Seon-Jae tells people that she’s envy of Su-Yeong for owning Jong-Hyeon. She tries to drink. Jong-Hyeon stops her. She mentions he helped her study a lot. She tells Su-Yeong that Jong-Hyeon laughed when he stayed with her. Su-Yeong smiles.
Jong-Hyeon walks Su-Yeong. He mentions she paid the meal. She tells him not to put it into his mind. They pass by the convenience store. Su-Yeong finds out that the convenience store is closed. She remembers Jong-Hyeon applied the band-aid for her after he had taken her to run to the convenience store.
Jong-Hyeon asks Su-Yeong for a date. But she points out that his exam is going to come. He offers to date her when they’re not busy. She agrees to it. He holds her hand to walk. But she mentions his hand is sweaty. He takes off his hand. He wipes off the sweat.
Sang-Su sees Su-Yeong walking into her house with Jong-Hyeon. He remembers Mi-Gyeong told him that Su-Yeong is living with Jong-Hyeon. He takes a look at the tarts he bought Su-Yeong. He takes the tarts to see Jung-Im. He tells her that he bought her the tarts.
Jung-Im lets Sang-Su sit on the couch with her. She reveals Mi-Seon came to ask her about the marriage. She asks him about his plan. He tells her that he wants to break up with Mi-Gyeong. He adds that he gave Mi-Gyeong some time to think about it because Mi-Gyeong didn’t want to end the relationship. Jung-Im asks Sang-Su about the woman he loves. He confesses it to her.
Jong-Hyeon has a date with Su-Yeong. He tries to tell something to her. But he’s disturbed by the people. He takes her to the park. He takes out the rings. He tries to put a ring on her ring finger. But it doesn’t fit. She promises to put it on later.
Sang-Su gets a call from Mi-Seon. He goes to the mall with her. He asks her why she called him. She reveals she was envy of the ladies when she saw their sons accompanying them. She tells the seller that Sang-Su is her son when she buys him suit. But Sang Su wants to tell something to Mi-Seon.
Mi-Gyeong arrives at the restaurant when Mi-Seon is eating with Sang-Su. Mi-Seon tells Mi-Gyeong that he wants to tell something to her when Mi-Gyeong blames her mother for calling her boyfriend. She tells her that she wants to support him and Sang-Su’s marriage because she likes the guy every much. But Sang-Su tells Mi-Seon that he wants to break up with her daughter.

Episode 12 of The Interest of Love K-Drama ends with Su-Yeong asking her father if he loved the woman very much. He tells her that he cannot stop it when she loves someone. He adds that he regretted for doing it. He thinks he wouldn’t do it if the heaven gives him another chance. She realizes that his father cannot help her. So she leaves his restaurant. She sees the sandcastle photo Sang-Su sent to her. She calls someone and asks for a meeting up.
