In the 5-6th episodes of Our Glamorous Time Chinese Drama Recap, Li Zhicheng and Ning Weikai want to hire Lin Qian. But Lin Qian signs the contract on the end. She is shocked that he knows so many in cloth, and he takes her to the party, which they meet Ning Weikai again.

Li Zhicheng visits Lin Qian and wants to hire her as the designer. She is convinced, but he keeps urging her. She blames him for being rude. He says that he gives her a chance, and she gives Aida a chance.
Lin Qian thinks about it and gets a call from Ning Weikai. He heard his alumna applied for the position, but was rejected by the director. He saw the painting Lin Qian left and thought she was a genius. So he thrilled to call her.

He appoints her to have dinner together and apologizes to her for what the director did. She promises the meeting joyfully, and tells Li Zhicheng that she will consider his offer.
Lin Qian arrives at the hotel and talks about the studying abroad with Ning Weikai. He asks her to join his design team, but she says that Li Zhicheng visited her and invited her to join Aida. Ning Weikai thinks she will bury talent in Aida because Wenda likes a big ship which is going to sink. Lin Qian agrees to join New Baorui.
Gu Yanzhi interviews the designer for Aida, but he is disappointed to the guys. Li Zhicheng interrupts the interview, and asks Gu Yanzhi to visit Lin Qian. But she was hired by New Baorui and is on the way to the company. Gu Yanzhi reports the case to Li Zhicheng.
Li Zhicheng drives his motorcycle to chase Lin Qian. Gu Yanzhi gets the route and taxi number from Cheng Yayi, and tells it to Li Zhicheng. Li Zhicheng asks Lin Qian to get off, and promises to send her to sign contract. She cannot believe it.
He sends her to the parking lot of New Baorui, and insists on escort her to nineteenth floor. She says that she won’t change her mind. He gets in the elevator with her and badmouths New Baorui that it belongs to Zhushi Group.
President Zhu and his son Zhu Han argue about Lin Qian. Ning Weikai thinks she is a genius. But Zhu Han says Lin Qian was the one he rejected, and she doesn’t have any experience. Ning Weikai is speechless. So President Zhu cancels the hiring.
Li Zhicheng continues persuading Lin Qian in the elevator, and takes out the contract. She is moved by his sincerity and agrees to sign it, but her condition is that she must take her assistant Chen Yayi. He forces her to sign the contract and is pleased to leave.
Lin Qian thinks of how to explain it to Ning Weikai, but he tells her that New Baorui cannot hire her. They meet up in the cafe. She tells him that she signed the contract with Aida. He sighs but pretends to be regret.
The next day, Lin Qian and Chen Yiya arrive at Aida, and Lin Qian gives work clothes scheme to Li Zhicheng. He is satisfied with the style but rejects the budget.

Lin Qian works overtime to think of how to lower budget but improve performance. Li Zhicheng orders the meal for her and asks her to eat it up.
The next day, she thrills to him that they could use different fabrics to save the costing. He points out that the fabrics joint damage the performance. She sighs that he knows something about clothes, and mentions a fabric with high performance, which comes from Belgium. He says Tex. She is shocked that he knows so many. Li Zhicheng asks Lin Qian to take a break and attend a party with him in the evening.
Li Zhicheng knows from Grace that Li Zhiqian had accident when he contacted with ewer. Then New Baorui was cooperation with ewer, and became industry giant. Li Zhicheng thinks his brother’s death is related with Chen Zheng and Ning Weikai. But he didn’t find any evidence. Grace wants to hook them to speak out the truth.
She talks with Japanese merchant Teng Ye in the party. Ning Weikai and Chen Zheng walk to her. Ning Weikai asks Grace to introduce him to Teng Ye. But she rejects it and says her friend asked it in advance. Li Zhicheng and Lin Qian arrive. Grace introduces Li Zhicheng to Teng Ye. Chen Zheng and Ning Weikai are furious.

Li Zhicheng asks Lin Qian to approach Varna. He let Grace to introduce him to Teng Ye was to cover his actually intention. Lin Qian tells Varna that she wants to cooperate with him. But he thinks Aida isn’t the right company and reveals he knew their situation.
Ning Weikai sees Lin Qian and asks her why she sits alone. She is embarrassed. Li Zhicheng shows up and stares at Ning Weikai. Ning Weikai points out Li Zhicheng utilizes Aida to set up his team. Li Zhicheng sneers that he hated Ning Weikai when he betrayed Li Zhiqian.
Li Zhicheng returns hall and sees Li Jinyuan talking with Chen Zheng. Chen Zheng wants to shake hand with Li Zhicheng. But Li Zhicheng ignores him and warns Li Jinyuan not to contact Chen Zheng. But she says it isn’t his business. She walks out of hall and gets in Chen Zheng’s car.
Li Qian follows Li Zhicheng, but he asks her to go home. She worries about him and follows him. He sees her hurting her feet with high heels, and sits with her on the bench. She mentions her older brother. He says he understands her older brother action. Just then the driver drives car arriving. He hugs her and takes her getting into the car.
