Wei Wuxian tells Xue Yang his sin that he turned Song Lan into the looks. He adds that he refused to forgive A Jing who is just a little girl. Xue Yang laughs. Wei Wuxian feels disgust. Xue Yang blames Wei Wuxian for dragging him back to play the bad game. He shows up and claims that he doesn’t want to play the game with him.
Wei Wuxian asks Xue Yang why he got on knees to beg him to fix the soul for Xiao Xingchen. Xue Yang reveals he doesn’t want to give what Xiao Xingchen wanted since he wanted to be a good person. Wei Wuxian asks Xue Yang why he killed Chang Ping since he hates Xiao Xingchen.
Xue Yang shows up behind Wei Wuxian. He tells him that he told him the reason that he wants to kill the whole family of Li Yang. He adds that he doesn’t want to leave a dog for him. He disappears. Wei Wuxian thinks the excuse is good, but he points out that the time isn’t right. He thinks he didn’t have to spend several years to complete because he’s the guy who wants to take revenge instantly. He adds that he knows who he was going to take revenge.
Wei Wuxian asks Xue Yang who he used Frost Sword to scoop Chang Ping’s eyes and made him look like Xiao Xingchen. Xue Yang yells that he didn’t have to make Chang Ping die comfortable because it was a revenge. Wei Wuxian thinks Xue Yang should kills himself if he wants to take revenge.
Xue Yang is furious to cast the nails to Wei Wuxian. But it’s caught by Wen Ning. Wei Wuxian thinks Xue Yang’s life power is so tough and he cannot feel the pain. He thinks he should provoke him to talk. Wei Wuxian asks Xue Yang how he fixed half piece of Evil Tiger Symbol since he only had one Evil Iron. He thinks someone helped him.
Wei Wuxian asks Xue Yang about the friend who is good at acting. He asks him why he doesn’t come to help him. Wei Wuxian gets Lan Zhan to stab the place the bamboo pole makes sound. Xue Yang is injured. He complains that A Jing dares to come out after he cut her tongue and scooped her eyes. He is stabbed by Lan Zhan when he stabs A Jing.
A Jing collapses. Wei Wuxian runs to lift her. Xue Yang tries to kill Wei Wuxian. But Lan Zhan cuts off his arm. The masked man takes the Evil Tiger Symbol away from Xue Yang. He wants to take him away. But Wei Wuxian stops the masked man. So he flees alone.
Wei Wuxian tells Lan Zhan that Masked Man took away Evil Tiger Symbol. Lan Zhan reveals Masked Man fled even if he stabbed him three times. Wei Wuxian points out that he knows Xue Yang and Masked Man are friends, and thinks the two work for same master.
Lan Zhan says that Masked Man’s sword art is very special and it comes from Lan family. But it conceals the special sword art of Jin family. The students arrive. Xue Yang laughs. Song Lan takes his sword to stand up. The students pull their swords as well. Wei Wuxian comforts the students that Song Lan knows who he is now. He wants to let Song Lan and Xue Yang do it themselves. Wei Wuxian carries A Jing and walks away. Song Lan takes Xiao Xingchen’s sword to kill Xue Yang.
It flashes back. Xiao Xingchen stabs Xue Yang and asks him if it’s funny. Xue Yang admits it and asks Xiao Xingchen if he wants to know how his finger was off. Xiao Xingchen says that he doesn’t want to listen to it. But Xue Yang still wants to say it. He adds that he can do anything to him if he still thinks it was his fault.
Xue Yang tells Xiao Xingchen that the little boy wanted to eat the candy. He tried his best to wave to them and want them to stop. But the man took away the whip from the driver, and whipped the boy’s head to make him fall down. The carriage wheel crushed the boy’s finger.
Xue Yang complains that Xiao Xingchen was justice when he caught him to dirty place. He yells that the man is the father of Chang Ping. Xiao Xingchen thinks Xue Yang should only cut off Chang Cian’s one finger since he only did it on him.
Xiao Xingchen asks Xue Yang why he killed all of families of Chang Cian. He asks him if one finger should be repaid by 50 lives. Xue Yang admits it because the finger belongs to him but the lives belong to other people. So Xiao Xingchen asks Xue Yang why he killed all of people in White Snow Tower. He asks him why he blinded the eyes of Zi Chen.
But Xue Yang asks Xiao Xingchen why he stopped him from killing people of Chang family. He thinks it was his fault from the beginning. He adds that he shouldn’t step in the resentment of other people. He thinks it cannot be explained by outsiders.
Xue Yang thinks Xiao Xingchen shouldn’t walk downhill. He blames him for not listening to his master Baoshan Sanren. He tells him not to step in the world when he cannot understand the world. Xiao Xingchen thinks Xue Yang is disgusting. Xue Yang tells Xiao Xingchen what he hates most is the person who claims to be justice like him. He adds that he always thinks the world will become better once he does something good.
